Background: Alynia is from a very wealthy family in Japan. Her European mother died when she was young so she was constantly in the care of various nannies and maids. Alynia's Japanese father was always very busy so she never spent much time with him. Mr. Evans owns a variety of businesses ranging from soap to electronics all under the name of Evans Enterprises. Not to mention he is currently ranked the 15th Most Richest Man on Earth.

Alynia herself was also a bit of a celebrity, not just because of her family name but because she was a model before she decided to go to Shokushu. Her career was kick started when her father decided to use her face for company commercials, but since then she has been on covers of various well known magezines and became well known for her sweet and innocent appearance. Alynia was home tutored and excelled at everything to do with education simple because she liked to learn. She's not considered an outright genius, but she is a very logical and an above average memory.

Despite her potential, Alynia's father didn't want her to go to college and instead set up an arranged marriage so he would have a male heir for his fortune, but unfortunatly for her father Alynia rather disliked the boy he selected. Though her suitor was unmisakenly handsome and very business savvy, she found him oppressive and controlling. After a long argument with her father it was decided that she would be allowed to pursue further education as long as she married her suitor after she graduated. So with that, Alynia applied to many schools but chose Shokushu because she wanted to go somewhere far away from home to live independently rather than in the lap of her fathers money. While at Shokushu she tries to pretend that her fiancee doesn't exist.

Personality: Alynia is rather reserved and very modest but has strong opinions that she never was allowed to say. She is strong willed, but also very obedient because she is used to obeying her fathers wishes. She is used to not speaking often so most people would mistakenly take her as someone who is shy. Nevertheless Alynia tries to be kind to everyone she meets. She is very formal, cordial, and polite due to having to grow up in surroundings where everyone treated her like such.
