Background: Astrid was born of a Norwegian-Danish couple. Both her parents were reporters, both often working internationally. For this reason, Astrid has lived in several countries, not just in Northern Europe, but also in North America, and shorter stints elsewhere. While this has been a great help to her in learning languages, it has sometimes been a disadvantage for her when it comes to social matters, since it means she has had to establish new circles of friends every few years.

Being very physically active and enjoying outdoor activities a lot, she often used this as her gateway to finding a social circle, seeking out other with the same interests. Du to her enthusiastic nature, she often ended up being part of the nucleus of her social circles.

After finishing school,she was pretty undecided about what to do with her life. When she got an offer at SHS, she accepted, figuring there would be good opportunities to go swimming or surfing.
She somehow managed to avoid any monstrous encounters during her freshman year (at least that she can remember). She did join up with the Shokushu Outdoor Exploration Club, and became an active member. As some of the other members graduated, she found herself promoted to a Redscarf, become on of the de facto leaders, more by virtue of being the only one for the job than by any ambition of her own. She is determined to make the best of it, but the club is a bit small. A recruiting drive, perhaps?


Personality: Enthusiastic is perhaps the word best used to describe Astrid. She can be fickle and easily bored some times, but when she finds something she likes, she gives it 100%. She is also relentlessly optimistic, and bounces back easily from most defeats. She can be very loyal to the ones she sees a her friends.
Virgin? Not at all. She had a couple of boyfriends in her teens, became intimate with a couple of the senior Tramps soon after joining, and is quite comfortable with her own sexuality.
Piercing or Tattoos: A bar in her right nipple she got on a dare. Pierced ears.
Language: Norwegian, Danish, English, German, some French.
Likes: Hiking, running, swimming, skiing, camping, the Tramps.
Activities: Apart from school work, Tramp activities take up most of her time.
