<Ok, this is my understanding of the rules regarding the twins and sex:

Monster x can fuck both Aya and Celia at the same time, and both Aya and Celia can preform acts to pleasure Monster x, Aya can pleasure herself, Celia can pleasure herself, but Aya and Celia cannot pleasure each other regardless of what monster x does. They may very well come into contact during sex, but such contect is more a result of Monster x fucking both of them at once, rather than a serious intercourse between the twins.

Oh and the words Monster and Student are swapable, so it applies to students in exactly the same way it does monsters.
