Background: Miranda was born in the city of Arkham, Massachusetts. Despite the town's reputation due to the writing of a certain Sci-Fi/Horror author, her childhood was normal, even if there always seemed to be strange things happening to other people (though never anyone she was directly close to).

Miranda was a dedicated student and athlete through high school with supportive but stern parents behind her. After winning multiple sports awards, she received a scholarship to the Shokushu High School.

Initially Miranda planned on turning down the scholarship but just before the deadline to decide tragedy hit. Her parents died in a hit and run accident leaving Miranda orphaned. With no remaining family and her parents entire savings (including their home) becoming forfeit to pay debts Miranda was not aware they had, Miranda found herself without home or funds to survive. It was then that a reminder letter from Shokushu arrived and Miranda, realizing that might be her only chance at a salvaging her life, decided to accept the scholarship.

Personality: A serious but quiet girl, Miranda tends to keep to herself, preferring activities that focus on individual athletes as opposed to team activities. Though resolute and determined in most situations, her self doubting can quickly overcome her resolve if her guard is broken.

Thank you for the kind greetings. I am new to the forums but read through the CYOA years ago which left a strong impression on me. I am also a seasoned ERPer on other platforms such as Discord.
