Sondra here with my fourth installment. As with the other two, I won't be using her as much as I will with my main character, but will try to do so occasionally. I don't know for sure if I'll bring Josie back or not, but I guess I'll just have to see how things go.

Background: Katrina lived in New York with both parents and two older sisters, Veronica and Samantha. Being the baby in the family, she had gotten the most attention of the three girls, though she never considered herself to be spoiled. She was also the most protected, and she had always led a sheltered life.

New York was a scary place to live, no doubt about it. There certainly was no going out anywhere on her own, especially with all the violence and crime that was going on around the place. School was no easier for her to deal with. Many of the kids were the intimidating, rough-looking type from the tougher neighborhoods. They were the ones typically stereotyped on TV as rebellious wannabe thugs and gangsters who liked to talk smack and stir up trouble.

Kat had a hard time dealing with most of the students at school, mainly guys, who almost constantly bullied and harassed her, both in class and in the hallways. The defenseless girl had frequently gone home in tears, covered in bruises and welts from getting beaten up in the school halls.

One day, the tormented young woman had come home looking worse than usual, and was even bleeding in some places. When Katrina reported that two guys had raped her out behind the school, her parents finally broke down.

Seeing that they could not protect their little angel here, they panicked as they tried to think of what to do. Both parents were tied-down by their jobs and couldn’t move. After looking up several options, Mr. Young stumbled upon some information about a private all-girls school called Shokushu.

After making a few phone calls, they packed her things and sent her off to school, totally ignorant about the fact that where Katrina was going would be a thousand times worse than New York could ever be.

Personality/Psychological Profile: Though friendly enough, Katrina is rather shy, not having made many friends in her life, and is often troubled by her past. She finds it hard to trust others completely, given her past history, and it is often hard for her to open up and let others inside. Jaded by her past experiences, Kat is not often given to cheerfulness, and it takes a lot to make her really happy.

Katrina had grown distrustful towards men, which is understandable, given all that she has gone through at their hands, and the mere thought of a man’s penis going anywhere near her makes her sick. Though given to lesbian fantasies, she had never experienced the touch of another girl, and often wonders what it might be like to be with a woman.

Katrina is not very tough and is no fighter, never having learned how, but she will most definitely put up a fight if any nasty creatures try to lay a tentacle on her.

Miscellaneous: Rather shy and modest, Katrina tends to wear plain clothes that would cover her body in an attempt to keep from receiving too much attention. Kat's voice seems rather high-pitched for someone her age, seeming to be more appropriate for a child of maybe three or four than a young woman of eighteen.

Yeah, her parents tried to protect their precious little princess from the risk of being beaten and raped every time she went to school.

Perhaps they should have done a little more research before sending her to Shokushu Island...

And maybe they should have brushed up on their Japanese as well, Shokushu being (according to the info posted on the old boards) the Japanese word for "tentacle".

Aww, but if they had, we wouldn't have you here, now would we?

The papers lay strewn about his desk had taken on the likeness of a flood. But Magadon, better called 'Sir Anthony', never concerned himself with such matters. He sat at his luxurious red arm chair, watching the inset of night from his third floor office.

"A charming girl," he finally said to himself. "It would be nice for her to break out of her shell..."

He grinned at the prospect, licking his lips with an impossibly long tongue. It was the duty of a teacher to look after his students. And who was he to flout duty?
