Background: Katy was born in oxford, her parents passed away when she was ten during a fire, which is also the cause for the scar on her back. HAving lost her parents Katy explored her world, a traveling merchant found her starving to death, and took her in as his own. At the age of fifteen katy fell down an open manhole, this lead to her being afraid of dark cramped spaces. At the age of sixteen Katy learned an interesting technique to create a small fire by concentrating her energy in to the palms of her hands, this allowed her tomake fire without a lighter or matches.
