Well, first off: Looking at your profile, a background about your character should help things greatly. How did she get here? What was life before she got her like? Stuff like that can help call attention to your character.

And posting a thread saying where you're looking for someone to set up an RP with can work too.

The activity on SHS can vary a lot too, so sometimes it will take some time for someone to respond. Does not mean that not anyone are interested, just that people are busy elsewhere

If you are more into getting action instantly, you can also try our irc channels, although activity there goes up and down as well.

BTW, Felicia is my favorite Darkstalker character, with Morrigan on a (very) close second
