I know there's nothing saying someone can't have multiple characters, but two or three seems to be the accepted limit. However, what
s the deal with NPCs? For NICE labs you HAVE to use an NPC but what if you wanted an NPC somewhere else? Would you have to make a character profile even if you wanted to use that character for only one scene in the woods, for example?

NPC's though not widely used amoung the populace, are acceptable. Just keep in mind that with an NPC you have to pretty much dictate their actions and that makes extra writing for you ;] Plague had Kohyru(sp?), and I remeber a monster from IRC has quite a few NPCs he used. Iacio used golems when she'd lure her students. Just a good description in the post of the NPC should suffice ;]
