Fuu sat at her desk in her dorm room, looking down at her textbooks that were open before her, trying to focus on finishing the last part of her summer homework. "Why, why did the history paper have to be on the Edo Period? I swear that professor gave it to me just because I'm Japanese!" she said as she rubbed her head in frustration, she has always struggled with her country's history even back in middle and high school. In her right hand was her pen, sitting over her notebook, ready to start writing but she can't think on how to start it. She gets up from her desk, saying, "Maybe I need a break, I did get my economics and science homework done after all, I might be pushing it." She pushed the chair into her desk and heads out her dorm room, of which her door was open so if anyone needed to ask her anything it wouldn't be a problem. As she headed out she grabbed her key and closed the door behind her. Her attire for the evening was a cream-colored sleeveless button-front blouse and a brown pleated skirt, of which she brought with her when she came to the school during her freshman year. "I'll be so glad when classes are back in full swing," she says, sighing, "this summer break is murder, especially the heat." As she heads down the hallway she notices several other girls wandering the halls, some heading to their rooms for the night, others going to talk to classmates about the latest gossip.
