"That sounds good, Ishtar. It'll give Daphnee the opportunity to gain more experience performing in front of others. Well that is, if she's up for it. We don't want her to feel like she has to. What do you say? Will you do it, Daphnee?" Rosalie said waiting to hear Daphnee's answer.

Reading books, not a problem. Nor was seeing plays. It was the speaking with other students that was tough. It wasn't because she had been shy but not many of the other girls gave her much time. Perhaps if she had been more confident in her approach though as it stood she had been somewhat a recluse dealing with Vera and the few girls that were unfortunate enough to be around when she had been attacked though they had been few, two as far as she recalled and neither dealt with her afterward.

It was almost as if she were deemed to be bad luck. Still …

“That sounds like a good idea. A talent show might just give me the opportunity as long as I'm not first or last.”

Ishtar smiled as she cocked her head a bit. I am sure we can make sure that is arranged. There will be plenty of girls who would like to participate. Ishtar thought to herself that maybe she would even have the courage to participate herself and act again.

Rosalie smiles listening to the two of them talking about the talent show. Any help she gave would have to be for preparation or backstage. She didn't really have any talents that could be used on a stage, and she enjoyed having an audience watch her on the field more anyway.

“What are you going to do,” she addressed the question to the pair as she gave her own role some consideration. She supposed that she didn't have to come up with much in the way of new material sine who here had seen her perform her routine before.

“I think I have something …. how long should it be? Five minutes? Ten?”

Me....I-I most like will act... Ishtar paused a moment before she continued. ....or sing. I am not really sure what I will do.

Ishtar smiled a bit. Many it should be less than five minutes a piece.

"I'll see if anyone on my team wants to participate as well. I'm sure there's at least one member will want to take part. I'm not much for talent shows, so I will help with any preparations and backstage work." Rosalie added.

“That's still good. I'm just curious as to how many people we can get involved in this project in some way. I don't know how good I am unless we put it to the test. If we can get a few more acts, maybe a dozen five minute pieces or so we could have an hour's show with various girls working the stage and what not we could make it work. “ Daphnee gives a determined nod at that already thinking about some of her material and what she was going to use.

Well, given how many students are on campus, I am sure we can get enough people to get a dozen acts together. Ishtar nods her head. Yes, I think we can get this to work.
