Ah, the wonders of civilization.

What was once a barren rock, all alone in the midst of the ocean, had long been transformed into a tranquil place of study. People began flocking, the wildlife diminished...and it has grown into what has become the island-campus of Shokushu. Haven for starving scholarettes, and a place of free camaraderie among other girls and such.

Looking around there were various places of learning, and nice places of recreation. Walking around one would admire these tall structures reminiscent of the Forum in Ancient Rome, or the Lyceum in Greece. Impressive buildings countered with a perfect exercise program to keep nubile young girls in perfect shape...what else could one ask for?

Of course, the campus' best kept secrets were the relaxation places for the students, in which usage were restricted to one or maybe two. Two students sharing these places were rare...usually it was only one, due to the cramped space, coupled by the heat.

Heat?

It was the school's new 'Love Spa' that was in emphasis. It was just opened some days ago, and this was built by a company connected in some way with the school's ruling hierarchy. Anyway it boasted of state of the art gadgets, sound-proof walls for your privacy, and state of the art locks which cannot be opened unless the owner of the cubicle permitted it. Perfect for someone who wanted to relax alone, unwind, or...otherwise.

Shokushu did not only cater to its student's education, it also provided for their pleasure.

Pretty soon, this impressive place of recreation were the talk of the town, especially among tired students who wanted to unwind.

The girl was madly excited, running up the steps to the brand new spa at the school. It was something she'd only dreamt of, and it was so close. Eagerly, she thought about what it would be like - how big, the temperature, the different rooms - swinging her towel along beside her. In her excitement, Riko had already gone to the trouble of donning her turquoise bikini, with a linen white dress thrown over the top for dignity's sake. Hair was already tied back (although rather messily) with fringe and short hair still down, framing her sweet face.

After checking in with the older student manning the reception, Riko was given a pretty green robe, made especially for the college's spa, even bearing a small embroidered school name and logo. She literally threw off her dress a split second before punching her arms into the fluffy sleeves of the green robe.

The petite girl padded through the building in her now bare feet to find herself in a corridor of doors. Many bore "engaged" signs. Riko had been given one of these at the desk so that she could hang it outside the room she chose. She walked along, hearing the bubbling of water beyond some doors, and rather questionably happy sounds of girls in others.

Eventually though, she did find a vacant one and slipped in after hanging up her sign. "WOW!" exclaimed Riko, wide-eyed and open-mouthed. The room was almost entirely taken up by items of relaxation. The room itself was lightly steamed, so the air was humid, and the lights were a very dim yellow colour. In front of her was a heated tiled seat, beside a shallow hot tub with bubbling jets.

Almost before taking in this sight, Riko had dive bombed into the hot tub, splashing water over the floor, but submerging herself in the delightful warmth of the water.

The spa was one big relaxation central within the confines of the school's gymnasium structure. Mainly it was built for the sake of the swimmers who wanted to get a relaxing dip in warm water after a long, tiresome day of practice, but the school deemed it to be open to other student's as well, since the schoolwork were tiresome...

And in their knowledge, some other 'activities' were tiresome as well.

Yet, somehow each spa contained one big, dark secret which the school conveniently hid from most of the students. The glass which met the students upon entering the rooms was one, big sliding door, for the use of whoever wanted to. Mainly this was placed so that it was a fire exit...rather, some argued it was a disguise for a fire exit. It's main purpose?

No one but the 'other' inhabitants of this island knew.

Somehow the heat wafted from the room and into the other side of this one-way mirror, which looked into the room, but not out. It attracted a creature which, in turn, was taking a dip in his own pool of water which was in a cavern, situated near the spa. Silently he got out and into the shed which housed the spa's 'viewing room' and cam face to face with the green-robed Riko, oblivious to what had been happening so far.

Ah, it seemed relaxation would have to wait for the creature.
