Definitely not a water lilly (Maylie)
Despite the fact that classes were in full swing and already had been for a while, sounds of amusement from the pool could still be heard. Far from being a student, Flora had taken this opportunity to use the schools quite nice pool. The dividing floaters weren't in at this time, they were removed when there wasn't a PE class in there or a swim team meeting. Or in this case, when Flora didn't want to deal with them. She wasn't the best swimmer, so she wanted to make sure that she could practice without risk of getting stuck.
Not only was Flora there to take advantage of the pool, but she knew that there were a good handful of students that didn't have classes or classes that could be skipped at this time, so she could practice and catch herself some prey at the same time. God bless multitasking. Already in the pool, Flora had her tail curled up behind her, almost like a squirrel, and her bell inside out behind her, much like a jellyfish. Her mushroomed tentacles were wrapped up in her hair, keeping it tied up and out of her way. Her hands normal, she stroked hard with them on her back, seeing if she could swim without the use of her bell. Not really planning on it, she had been secreting her sweet nectar the entire time she had been in the pool. It didn't change the pools color, but it did have a distinct fruit taste if swallowed, stronger than the chlorine. . .

Re: Definitely not a water lilly (Maylie)
Maylie surfaced from under the water, small streams and droplets of water cascading off her face and hair as she rose. It has been way to long since I've taken a swim... she thought to herself. Swimming over to the egde of the pool, she held herself up with her arms, her bare shoulders showing from her pink bikini, as she ran her hands through her hair, appearing a darker reddish brown from being wet. Diving under once again, she swam around a little more before surfacing once more for the needed air. Breathing slightly too early as she surfaced, she accidentally swallowed some of the water. That's funny... It tastes as if it were a fruit of some kind. she thought. Passing it off as the chlorine playing with her mind, she thought noting of it.
The pale skin of her shoulders and upper back glistening as the water reflected the early morning sunlight in random, shiny arrays. Utilizing her break period, she had decidedto take an early morning swim, despite her better judgement. I really shouldn't be out her... I just don't have the time... I should be studying... Or something like that. She thought, her lazy side winning the argument anyways.
As she stayed there, thinking, she began to feel more and more tired and sleepy because of the, unbeknownst to her, effects of the nectar in the water. She began to doze off slightly, only half awake as the morning sun shined upon her face, back turned to the rest of the pool and mostly unaware of her surroundings.

Re: Definitely not a water lilly (Maylie)
Flora felt the water ripple and surfaced slowly, knowing that the ripple had not been caused by her. On the opposite end of the pool, was a student swimming. Flora's glossy eyes widened, wondering just how the two had managed to swim together so peacefully with notice the other. Flora watched as the student dove under again before surfacing again, wondering if she had that much luck, or if the student had that little. Flora smiled wickedly as she had an idea that could provide quite the show. Flora used her bell to suction herself to the bottom of the pool, fully submerged- after all she can stay under for a substantial amount of time- and set to work.
She extended her finger vines out of the water and over the edge of the pool to grab bright green pool noodle, much the same color of her fingers. She the extend her fingers, carrying the noodle like a sword with the vines fairly well camouflaged, she approached the student. Coming up behind her she used the bendy foam 'sword' and whacked the girl on the top of the head. Flora giggled slightly under the water, knowing that there was no possible way it could have hurt, but it would certain get her attention. Using her other hand she quickly grabbed another noodle and tossed it into the pool near the student, well within arms reach.

Re: Definitely not a water lilly (Maylie)
While she was swimming, Maylie suddenly felt something hit the back of her head. "What the..." she said as she turned around, to come face to face with a seemingly disembodied green pool noodle, being waved like a sword. Suddenly, she spotted another pool noodle coming towards her through the air. Catching it easily, Maylie held it up to defend herself, wondering what the heck was going on as she couldn't help but chuckle. "I'm battling a floating pool noodle. This is definitely not something I see everyday" she commented off-offhandedly to herself.
Maylie continued to battle the noodle, but was mostly defending herself against the strange assailant as she had nothing to strike back at. Getting whacked several more times, Maylie decided to just climb out of the pool. [color=red]"Hah! Come and get me now!"[color] she said triumphantly, her luck still failing her as she still didn't see her real assailant under the water, focused on the disembodied pool noodle as she was.

Re: Definitely not a water lilly (Maylie)
[ the pool noodle's thoughts: I win! haha]
Flora almost had to go up for air because she was laughing at the student's battle with the hovering pool toy. Flora, of course, was good at multitasking, and while her one hand fought the student in a duel, the other hand was off to the side, getting a bucket. Her vines strained as they carried the full bucket slowly around the edge of the pool, moving inconspicuously. Flora was a little disappointed when the student climbed out of the pool. She could hav continued dueling with her, but that would expose her vines against the air, and she would be found out. She couldn't have that.
She as the student climbed out Flora dropped the pool noodle in the water, defeated in a sense, and sent that hand out of the pool farther away from the student and into a bin full of pool toys, digging for something better. Wanting to make sure the student didn't notice, Flora brought the bucket over the student and dumped the entire bucketful on her head. Flora had a little bit more time before she needed air, but still she needed to keep the girl distracted. Her hand found something oddly shaped and pulled it out, retracting it quickly to see that it was a inner tube. Rather small in diameter but not a childs tube, which gave Flora a evil idea. She pulled the tube under the water to hide it till it was in the water near the student, waiting, while she tossed the empty bucket into the pool with her other hand before grabbing the noodle again, not needing to worry about her finding her now. The water distorted the path of the thin vines well, and as long as she kept the noodle swinging, it would be a good enough distraction.

Re: Definitely not a water lilly (Maylie)
Maylie had turned around and was about to walk away, but then felt cold water being dump right over her head. "Hey!" she said, spinning around. However, the water was blocking her vision, so she had to rub her eyes to clear it off, ans while she did that, she felt another whack. The noodle was at it again! Laughing, and honestly having fun with the noodle now, she climbed back into the pool, retrieving her noodle and battling the other noodle.
She continued to strike at the noodle, breasts bouncing in her bikini as she swung her arms, her skin almost seeming radiant as the light reflected off the water on her already bright, pale skin. She didn't notice Flora or her movements under the water, sufficiently distracted as she fought with the noodle, giggling in childish fun. an idea popping into her head, she decided to grab the noodle, yanking it from Flora's grasp and holding it above her head in victory. "Hah! Now I win for good!" she said, a triumphant smile on her face.

Re: Definitely not a water lilly (Maylie)
Flora glared at the girl from under the water, she wasn't playing fair, but then again, neither was she. Flora decied to hold off on the inner tube for a minute, seeing as how the student was back in the pool. Flora pulled the inner tube to her and held it with a mushroomed tentacle, sending her hand back to the bin. Flora smiled devilishly as she grabbed two new noodles, grasping them rather well in her spread fingers, before charging them at the student. Wielding both noodles Flora's aim was to knock away the girls own noodles, far enough away that she would have to swim for them or give up on them completely.
Flora stuck at her lightly with each noodle in turn, going in at different angles aiming for the noodles themselves, rather than her. Taking a chance, Flora slide across the bottom of the pool, much like how a slug moves, slowly till she was nearer to the student so she could get a better look. Flora felt a pang of lust run through her form- unintentionally causing more of the tiring nectar to mix with the water- when she saw the exquisite form of the girl much better. The girls lovely almost brass colored hair caught the light beautifully, and her clear pale skin accented it wonderfully. Her brown eyes reminded her of a deer, making Flora wonder if she ever had ever received the 'doe eyed' compliment. But the part that made Flora anxious for a taste of this student was her perfectly round breasts and her firm looking behind. Risking it, Flora using a mushroomed tentacle to lightly caress the students bottom through her -against school pool uniform- bikini.

Re: Definitely not a water lilly (Maylie)
Maylie yelped in surprise as two more noodles popped up out of the pool, attacking her. Holding her noodles out to defend herself, she cowers behind them. After a moment though, she realizes that it seems as if the noodles are attacking her noodles, and not her. In an attempt to distract the noodles, she throws one of her noodles off the side, attacking them with the remaining one visciously. However, she is quickly disarmed as her noodle is knocked out of her hand. She squeals softly, still giggling a little as the noodles hit her arms softly, upheld to protect herself.
Her laughter dies slowly, the effects of the accidental intake of the nectar filled water earlier starting to make her tired. She feels almost sluggish, as if she had just finished a long run. She actually misses the dark shadow under the suface of the water as she leans back against the side of the pool. Water driplets run down body, skin gleaming and hair shining in the sunlight. She seemed almost radiant. Her smile faded and she made a quizzical expression however, as she felt... something rub up against her buttocks; her dulled and temporarily sluggish mind trying to figure out what it was.

Re: Definitely not a water lilly (Maylie)
[ heh, back finally ]
Flora felt like yelling 'Victory!' as she disarmed the girl of her last noodle, the girl having thrown her first one away to use the second better. Although most humans were taught against it, Flora believed it was much more fun to play with your food. Flora watched as the girl went to the side of the pool, ready to grab her if she tried to get out- not knowing if she was going to leave or just get something, but not wanting to risk it- but luckily she just went to the edge and relaxed, looking like a shining cherub, or something close to that. The sun hit her magnificently, and the water added a brilliant facet to the shine. Flora moved the mushroomed tentacle to the girl again, tracing over the skin of her left buttock the sliding down the back of her slender leg, moving the other in to do the same for the other leg. Flora couldn't stay under any longer and unsuctioned herself from the bottom, slowly floating up to the surface. Her head broke the surface and her hair floated out around her wildly, like leaves on water. Flora took a deep breath and went to the side, lounging much like the student was, her mushroomed tentacles slowly winding around the students legs, lightly, still caressing. "Lovely day to be in the pool isn't it?" she asked calmly, wondering how the student would react.
