Samantha's strides left small tracks in the grass as she walked into the forest. She looked around, breathing in the earthy smell and smiling softly. She continued to walk, going deeper and deeper into the forest, where the vines became thicker and thicker, and the light was decreasing.

Kori lay just about 20 feet from Samantha. Close too falling asleep, she didn't notice her won hand resting on her thigh, and moving closer to a wet spot through her skirt. Kori also didn't notice a black tentacle slither its way down the tree she is leaning against.
