Deep in the forest, where the shadows lurk was a cave. In it, the occupant began to stir awake. Boazar had arrived several months before, but due to the winter, he hibernated in his den after consuming a few succulent rabbits that wandered to close to his cave. Now he did not know what the season or weather was, but the warmth that seeped into the cave walls awakened him. He slowly stretched his scaly body and then began to move, slowly but surely out of the cave to hunt. He did not know what he was hunting for yet, but he believed he will find it... and soon. |

El's kept a low profile since she arrived a few months ago. She's kept her head down and her thoughts to herself, and it seems to have helped her stay under the radar - both of the administration and the resident monsters she keeps hearing shushed whispers about. And she's lucky for that, because her extracurricular activities are probably something the staff would be very interested in. That's why she's tromping through the deep, dark woods right now. You see, Elise fancies herself an entrepreneur, and with the high demand for contraband and the low retention rate of students here, the demand for a black market is boiling heavy. So she's been skimming off the top, picking up goods here and there, and the more illicit of them, she's been burying out here. You can call it a secret garden if you want to get smart with it. The sun's just started to go down, but under the heavy canopy of the trees, it looks like the middle of the night. Not that it doesn't do anything to help the heat. It's humid, and her skin is slick with perspiration. She wears a pair of blue Vans, tiny khaki short-shorts, a cut-off Sex Pistols shirt, and a choke chain. The attire exposes most of her piercings and tattoos, and probably too much skin for the adminstrator's approval, but goddamn it, it's hot out here. Finally she arrives at the clearing. The backpack is slung to the side, and she sinks to her knees, first inspecting the dirt where she planted the few marijuana seeds. disappointing. not much growth... Then she feels around. She's got cigarettes somewhere, and she's been nic-fiending like crazy. So she leans over - back arched, sunk to her knees, her head dipped while she feels through the dirt for the buried smokes. She doesn't notice the breeze that flicks through the air around her, or the gathering of shadows.... |

A shift in the wind is all it takes... he thought as he smelled something. His heat sensing organs alerted him to a warm blooded creature nearby. Food , he thought. No... it was much bigger than the delicious rabbits that he often consumed for dinner. No this was humanoid... and distinctively.. female. He grinned to himself, feeling rather curious and excited at the same time, and he stealthily followed the scent, hoping to find its origin soon. He soon came near s clearing where he saw a girl on her hand and knees in the dirt, trying to find something. He did not make a move first, biding his time, just watching her quietly from the shadows. |

She's got a small trowel. The soil is soft, freshly rained, and easy to dig through. So she sits on her knees, little shorts hugging around her ripe ass. Finally, she hits something, and she kneels over the hole, digging through with her hands to pull out a plastic baggy. She tears it open, tugging out the pack of cigarettes and retrieving a loose. There's a blissful smile as she sinks back against a tree, head still dipped, cigarette perched in her lips, feeling out her backpack for a lighter. |

A low hiss of amusement sounded through the trees in the forest, seeming to come from just about anywhere. " Hssss... dealing with illegal material... are we... amussssing... I did not realizzze that humanssss deal with thissss sssort of thing asssss well... not to mention that a woman ssshould not be alone... it isssss dangeroousssssss... out here... " |

Great. Someone's trying to fuck with her. Wonderful. The last thing she needs is someone holding blackmail over her head, especially with the depraved sort of lezzies that tromp around this campus. The lighter rests an inch from the cigarette's tip, flame unsheathed, but her hand shakes and it doesn't catch on the smoke. Eyes dart left and right. Her back presses against the tree trunk, gulping heavily despite herself. Her voice comes out tremulous. "How about you get the fuck out here and show yourself?" |

An amused hiss followed her nervous challenge. " Ahh.. acting brave, are we ? I can sssmelll your nervousssness... my dear little morsssel... not to mention that you are tressspasssing on my domain. I don't think you have any groundssss to make any demandsssss... " Boazar slowly crept closer, just stopping behind a thick clump of bushes near her position and waited to see how she responde, but felt him aroused and excited as he sensed and tasted her fear in the air. |
