Arianna headed out of her last class for the day, and first headed to the dormitory to drop off her things, change, and then headed outside into the open air. Looking around, her long dark hair swaying as she moved, and kept moving along, not really paying attention to where she was headed, and before she knew it she had walked for over half an hour. Looking around, she leant against a tree, looking up at the canopy of trees above her, and closed her eyes.


Arianna felt like screaming, or crying, or trying to get away from this place. She had tried to contact her parents to find out why she had been sent there. She kinda knew why, but she wanted to hear it from her parents. But every time she tried to call, she always got a message that the phone was unavailable. Rubbing her eyes, she pushed away a lone tear that had escaped her. She rarely cried. Hated it. Brought unwanted attention. Looking around, she figured she had a bit of time left before supper. She wrapped her arms around herself and considered where to go next.

Taret slunk through undergrowth his invisibility turned on and his collection pouch was empty.With the words of his creator still in his head Taret crept through the woods,his eyes scanning for any sign of the girls.After a half hour of searching through the forest and two false alarms,one being a delicious fox Taret decided to take another approach to searching for his prey.Taret checked to make sure that his invisibility was still on and Began an arduous climb up a tree,a redwood no less.

Once he had reached the top of the tree Taret scanned the undergrowth for any color that wasn't green or brown.After a long staring search Taret could barely make out a blue figure in the trees."There she is."he whispered to himself as he unfurled his wings.Quickly Zach hurled himself off of the tree and to her direction floating on his wings he made his way right above her.Cute,although most girls here are he thought as he opened his chest and sent one of his needle/tentacles into her shoulder and floated away knowing that all she would feel would be a prick and a gust of wind.This should end her crying.Tartet thought as he retired to the tree she had been leaning on.

Arianna stayed put, keeping her arms crossed across her chest, another few tears leaking from her eyes, and she brushed them away. The last thing she wanted was someone coming out to find her and seeing her cry. She stood up straighter, taking deep breaths, when she felt the prick in her shoulder, and her hair flew about her face as she looked around to see who had hit her, rubbing her shoulder where the sting had occured. When she couldn't see anything, Arianna leaned against the tree again, her hand rubbing her shoulder absently.

After a few minutes more, she sighed, looking down at the ground, then shrugged to herself and would move to push herself away from the tree, stopping momentarily to fix her hair, to make sure it wasn't evident that she'd been crying.
