Things had been frigging fantastic … Etolie shook her head, pondering on the ups and downs of life here on the island thus far. She had a company to inherit one day, a career that was up her alley and it took no genius to realize that that was not going to happen.

She was stuck here for who knew how long. She had even thought she had a great arrangement going with the Princess too but she had been gone for so long that Etolie was left alone, abandoned. She longed for the return of Tidal though. She felt so vulnerable and confused.

Her thoughts had been all over the place … punished by Vera then there was not one but two beasts that cane after her for what she did with Rhaine. She seemed to be doing well before back sliding a bit with Caddie lately but that had unforseen results.

She was still President of the Student Council but that was in name only really, not until she had proved herself in some way to Vera. Her thoughts were all jumbled up, though she helped Rhaine in the past, going against her usual self preservation she didn't know if that was acting because she was afraid of the consequences in not helping or if she had started to change a little.

Butt then her thoughts drifted to Caddie, a streak of her old self had been there. She just didn't know what she was going to do any more, currently or in the future. She didn't think of life beyond Shokushu much, though she was smart enough to see that that wasn't going to be good.

Today she had her glasses, her prescription for the contacts ran out and she forgot yet again to renew it having people to do it for her in the past.

The being known as Ugaidi was finally released onto campus and after such a long time without feeding they were famished. They decided the best course of action was to go on their first hunt at the school, floating high above the school grounds they looked around for potential targets. He had been about to touch her though it was soon after that she had felt that she was being watched. Turning she witnessed nothing seeing the sands of the beach behind her and the blue ocean. Etolie knew that she couldn't trust her eyes. There had been at least one of them that had been able to go invisible but she saw nothing, heard nothing. The feeling subsided though after a moment and she continued on.

Shit! She felt the droplets, began to hurry, her eyes scanning as she thought of where there was shelter. She had not been one for caves but there was plenty of jungle perhaps getting beneath a tree to avoid getting soaked … too late, it began pouring, a voice capturing her attention she swung her gaze in that direction.

Oh hell no! There was menace in his voice. She had gotten away before though at that time she had another to toss to the wolves and thus the creature did not chase her down. She had done so more than once too but dropped her basket racing towards the treeline no longer concerned about being wet but having some place to get out of site, more options to hide though she feared that he would be upon her before she even reached the trees. She lead a life of privilege and had not been the most athletic of people.

The rain continued to fall from the sky. In fact the sky became even darker and rumbled angrily. As if the very notion of her escape or even her running now was making even the heavens laugh. He saw that she was approaching the treeline and quickly realised he might lose her if she ventured into the trees. He appeared in front of her suddenly, walking out of thin air. His body reflected the night sky above them which was currently hidden by the dark clouds.

"We grow tired of running, while we may have enjoyed chasing you at first we do not plan on allowing you to slip through our fingers"

Ugaidi opened his arms wide welcoming her in, whether she embraced him or fought him was another question all together...

It seemed to be everywhere and nowhere at the same time. She could not see it and pressed herself onward feeling that any second now it was going to pounce, the trees couldn't have been further and then he appeared right before her. She jumped then took a few steps back.

Behind her was the beach, no good. Even if she managed to swim he could fly and she was fairly certain she wasn't going to make it. Another option was the sleep spell … not only had it failed with Ania it had failed with that water thing too. Even if it bought her a few seconds what then? She would still have to get around him and would he be amused or angry?

She didn't like it but she knew when she was beat. Most of her life she had been in the position of power until she came here. Those arms opened, the rain had a chill with it that caused her nipples to stiffen. She hated being submissive but running through her options there wasn't much of a choice other then hoping for the best, hoping he did not hurt her too much. Ugaidi shrugged his shoulders. "Whatever" He replied coolly. "We have been all through the universe, visited planets a young fledgling race such as yourself could only dream of. Alas we all must settle down. This school is the perfect place for us. We do not have to go on the look out for people to consume as this school is full of willing and unwilling subjects to prey upon."

His two tentacles had slithered up past her wait and were slowly curling around her breasts as she was talking. He chuckled at her pessimism. "For one so young to think so darkly It makes us laugh. "We just realised. There is no real point of us telling you anything about us, as you wont remember it. She had doubted she would be given anything that was potent enough to challenge one of the other visitors but she had no idea if it could be used to safeguard against something trivial or something another wasn't unleashing on her deliberately.

“I might be able to remember,” she was unsure but the longer she kept him talking the more he would tease right? She was hoping to build up a bit of a charge in that ring, she would need it if her plan worked.

Ugaidi stopped what he was doing, pondering what the girl had said. "It is true what you say. Strong minds are able to keep the memories we take, they are fragmented but they are there. Hmmm." Ugaidi continued to ponder her words as he continued his assault on her body. He noticed a ring on her finger and stopped studying it silently he recognised an aura around it, one that he hated with every fiber of his body.

Ugaidi rained in his temper his skin returning to the quiet star system of the planet he was on. He let go of her hand in disgust, the tentacles wrapped around her body constricting her slightly as he contemplated what to do to her. "Now we don't wish to enlighten you with our knowledge and stories. We shall simply carry out our task."

Beings of the immaterial realm wield power that we do not understand. Being able to create fireballs from nothing or summoning some kind of magical entity such as a demons. We do not understand why mortal beings would wish to create such abominations."
