A question weighed on Natsuki's mind. During the span of her stay here at Shokushu, she had noticed a few things among it's students. A certain naivete for one, at least among the freshmen and sophomores. Their beauty was another peculair, if easily explained, trait. Considering the shcool's purpose, innocence and beauty were almsot prerequisites. However, their propensity for lesbianism was another thing entirely. She knew very well that not all the students were interested in their own gender. On the reverse side of the coin, she was aware that the proportion of them that were was much greater than on Earth. Natsuki was very curious as to why. It was feasible that the school selected for that as well, though unlikely. For one, she could see only a slight correlation between lesbianism and students the other denizens of the island prefered to take their pleasure of. Also, she found it hard to believe that the school would know that much about the prospective students' sexual orientations. Even the all girl atmosphere was not necessarily the cause. After all, there were plenty of all girl's schools where lesbianism and bisexuality was uncommon. She had some theories, but she would have to test them. Luckily, she had become aware of a certain student who's lesbian tendencies she had been regaled with in the grapevine, posing as a student. Natsuki was sure this girl would be able to aid her in her studies. To that effect she drew up the invitation and placed it in Linnis's mailslot. It read thus: The Faculty of Shokushu would like the help of it's students in running a survey. Shokushu students are among the best and brightest in the world of academia, and we want YOUR opinions and input on current issues including: Modern sexual behavior Social practices Contraception Environmental issues Education and more.... If you are interested in aiding our research, come to room 41B in the basement at 11:00 PM Friday evening. Bring a pencil and an open mind. Refreshments will be served, and anyone who shows up may earn up to 3 science credits |

A discussion group about all the things I'm good at, more or less, well it was impossible to pass up! So there I stood, in a matching dark blue skirt and light blue top. Naturally for me, I wore no underwear. |

Natsuki sat across the table from the 'volunteer', tapping her pen on the hard clipboard hanging by a cord round her neck. She wore what appeared to be a soft blue business suit, having chosen it to match Linnis's outfit. The room was a portion of her laboratory, near the shatterproof glass of the door, giving Linnis a good view of the many gleaming steel counters and cabinets filled, doubtlessly, with scientific equipment of various sorts. Other glass doors sat in alcoves in the walls, draped over with cloudy, wide strips of plastic, like an odd, featureless curtain. Natsuki's pen tapped. "Hello Linnis. How are you today?" She inquired pleasantly. Three pieces of paper were slid along to her, studded with questions. "I thank you for volunteering. I feel that student input on these matters can prove invaluable to our research." |
