Dolom was not too far from the planet where the school stood. He had left a while ago to take care of some business and had been sidetracked for a few days because of a certain space pirate. But now that that was over, he was looking forward to some playtime with the girls. An alarm goes off however, and he's forced to bring his ship to a halt. "If it's not one thing, it's another..." He grumbles as he gets up and goes into engineering to see what the problem was. Fortunately for him, it was merely a loose connector between the ship's engine and power supply. It wouldn't take long to fix.

Lt. Renaxi looked at her sensors, her ship had been patrolling the sector closest to the planet hoping to catch any slaver ships that might be en route when her scanners picked up a vessel, smaller, not a slavers ship, but it was stopped hanging in space. Narrowing her eyes at the screen she veered her small craft towards it, kept her shields up she began running scans on the vessel for life signs.

The sensors on Aria's ship likely wouldn't have picked up the unique mineral based life form on the ship, so as far as she would've known, the vessel was empty.

Meanwhile, on board the ship in engineering, Dolom was just finishing the minor repair. This time he re-enforces the connection to ensure it can't simply come loose again and checks for any other potential problems that might occur later on, unaware he would soon have yet another uninvited guest.

Her scanners were picking up no signs of life. An odd sign to be sure. Aria began to move her ship closer to dock, as she readied the ship to connect to the seemingly abandoned vessel, she checked her gauntlet amplifiers and her pulse pistols as she gave the scans a once over.

"This is odd, I wonder why this ship is just floating out here like this..." she muttered to herself as she felt her ship dock, causing her vessel to rock a little from the airlocks moving into place.
