The guard led Hope and Nail back into the makeshift bunker which once was one of the security alcoves. The only entrance was fully barricaded, and inside were three other guardsmen, two keeping track of the beasts through camera loop, the third was treating a wounded woman, her jumpsuit torn open from the front, medpatches covering her nipples and her sex as she's dabbed with ointment. There were three bodies in the corner already, covered with a sheet for dignity's sake. As Hope approaches, she recognized one of the patches on the torn suit. Ami!

The medic looked up as the guard went back to his post. "So you must be Mia's colleagues. Good to see you both in one piece." He frowns, looking down at Ami. "Don't worry about her. She's a tough one. Ridley found her under one of those bugs getting her brains fucked out until she blew its head off with a flash bang. He and Mia dragged her halfway across the station to here. They said they found another survivor at the heat labs. They should be back in a minute."

One of the guards monitoring the cameras gestured to Hope, pointing to three figures carefully walking along a corridor, an armored security guard taking point, Mia supporting another female scientist. There was another burst of gunfire from the front, as if the bugs were stirred by the approaching movements...

“CAPTAIN!” She rushed forward, enured that she would be OK. Ami survived worse after all. She was a fighter no doubt and that was one of the reasons why she was still alive today.

She listens to the story. Bugs that wanted to fuck … she had eerie images of the things implanting them with eggs.

“Yes, I am her subordinate, Lieutenant Dephis and this is Agent Nail who responded as well.”

Though she had to take her own advice and keep it together. “How can you detect them?” Her attention shifts to Mia on the monitors and her group coming under fire. Damn!

“Where is that place? We got to get to it.” Not only was a team mate in trouble but by the looks of it there had not been a single scientist amongst this crew but there was one there judging by the lab coat. Either she or maybe Mia would do though the fact that Mia had to grab a scientist for a still unknown reason, probably to get by the safeguards in place or to be prevented from being locked out of something (Hope had yet to learn what) then this was something that Mia might not have been able to deal with on her own.

Nail fallowed Hopes lead into the makeshift bunker behind that guardsmen as she kept her guard up around all thses men, her hand on her pistol whilewatching Hopes and he own back. Having trust issues around most males, these days after her privious missions were she was brutal gang raped several times by a master and his minions.... Yet Nail kept her cool in side around the belived to five surviviors...plus the wounded women. Yet despite her anxity agiest these men Nail realized they had there troubles too... their dead was evidance of that, covered and to the side having no were to put them as Nail took in her surroundings, watching their every moves.

It was untill she noticed Hope's reaction to seeing the wounded women the medic was patching up as Nail's eyes flicked to Hope then to this Ami... another superior. " What happened? to her sir?" Nail asked the medic with the up most respect befor she gave him a scowle as he quickly explained she was fucked silly (his words) by those bugs and by the looks of where those bandages were plced on her body she was fucked rather roughly. " I think a less volgur way is more appropriate..." Nail added as she stared daggers at the medic.

Nodding as Hope indroduced her Nail decided to help Ami as Hope was pulled to the side, assisting the medic by applying some ointment and offering up her own medical supplies to help agent Ami... plus Nail gave the medic, her only silver foil emergancy blaket from her pack so Ami could hide her self from prying eyes and keep what little modestiy she had left befor Nail rejoined Hope by the monitors looking over her sholder as they both watched the events unfold on screen. "If we hurry we can still reach them..." Nail added as she looked to Hope

The medic looked to the entrance. "No need to go after them. They're just around the bend. KRAID! Covering fire!"

Kraid, the gunner at the front, gave a nod as the other three survivors scurried into the makeshift bunker. Ridley shouldered his weapon, letting Mia and the scientist pass by into the hands of the medic. They didn't look too bad, though the scientist's outfit looked torn, face scratched, clinging to consciousness. As the medic began to set her down, Ridley flipped up the visor of his security helmet.

"It's hell out there. Nothing but corpses on this level. Don't think we'll find any more survivors at this rate, boss. Sorry..." He looked crestfallen.

The shots get louder and no sooner is the situation explained to them did the three survivors appear. A little banged up but not much. “Sarge,” she nods in passing to Mia just to ensure that she had been alright indeed.

“What's going on out there? “ She would assess all the details that had been coming in so that they could form some sort of plan. Five security personnel, a scientist … so six survivors plus her team and Nail. From what she saw there wasn't likely to be any other survivors out there but she remembered the corpse that fell out of the vent earlier and while the bugs had it now it was obvious that the passages were used … someone might have gotten some place safe and there may be others out there. Still …

Communications? Get to a PA system and try to gather people up in a central area though with the bugs … she drew in all the available information, scenario as these men knew it, weakness if available , best course of action … there was still the fail safe and it was about time to learn what that was as she turned to ask.

Mia wasn't much of a fighter so she may have been better off here watching over Ami if she was unnecessary, there may be locked doors but she would have to check upon the specialties of the woman.

Of course if it were hell out there then Nail was probably her best option in a fight.

"We dont?" Nail replied to the medic confused by his statment befor he shouted to his other guards men as they covered fire for suvivors to make it back into their makeshift bunker. Nail catching the wounded women and helping the medic lay her down and treat her wounds best she could while Hope chatted with her fellow sweeper. Looking up at this Ridly as he stated the situation out there, yet Nail coud not help but curse the idea of no more survivors.... but at the same time it was unlikly any more people could be saved here...

Leaving the medic to do his job Nail joined Hope and Mia, giving Mia a formal salute and stude by Hope. " Ma'am.... What is our next move?"

As the girls talked amongst each other, the medic started to treat the scientist, Ridley crouching next to them.

"She was hiding under some corpses when we found her," the guard explained. "One of those beasts had its way with her too, lucky she wasn't split open. Think there's about five of those things still out there of the original eight."

The medic hrmphed. "At least we all have an escape plan too. Probably for the better, since I don't see us keeping holed up here for the next few hours. And we'd be running blind." He looks over to Ami, who was still sleeping.

She was still in charge here at least until the captain was back up. She listens to the report … eight bugs did all this! Five left so how were they going to deal. Evacuation was probably for the best seeing that 8 took down the station and an entire station took out only three of them and these are only presumed numbers though there had to be some basis for that figure such as eight eggs being brought to the station or what not.

“How did this occur, be brief,” she said to the doctor. They would have to get a move on it soon. Five security, one scientist, Nail and her team … was that all? Ten in all and 40% of that number had been recent arrivals.

“Fill us in on this escape plan. There was some sort of fail safe that we found too but I could not access it.”

She was worried about these bugs – the psychological effects on their victims too. She knew her captain would bounce back given the Xagi and her experiences with them, ADD agents had been trained for this at least in theory. She would gather as much information as she could before issuing orders to her team.

Nail blink as she heard Ridlys statment, shocked by what she heard. "How did only 8 possibly do all this?" Nail asked same as Hope, her nerves sinking at the idea of what they were up agiest here. This was all discouraging Nail thought, ten of them in all with two of which who were down and out.... This was a pickle...

"Whats the plan... We cant stay here.... Mybe we could simply fight our way to the hanger, we out number them two to one..." Nail stated as she threw out her idea since no body els seemed to be trying.

"The lab folks don't tell the security force anything...we just have to come in if something goes out of control. All I know is that the containment alarm sounded two days ago, and before we knew it we lost most of our personnel. We only made it back to this alcove a few hours ago. We've been moving from room to room before then. Left behind some good men too." The medic looked briefly at the body bags in the corner, then looked back to Nail and Hope. "Protocol says we need to activate self-destruct before we leave. If those...things get out and into the neighboring planet, no telling what damage they'd do."

The scientist starts to stir, biting her lip, arching her back, taking a few low pants, as if she was feeling more...pleasure than pain.

"Oh God..." Ridley said hollowly. "It's happening again."

“It doesn't matter, Nail. It happened though even out numbering them as we do they're probably got strengths that more than make up for that seeing what they did. They almost took me out.” She could only hope that she did not get a scar though medical treatment had progressed a fair bit and their was synthaflesh to conceal such blemishes.

An aphrodisiac? She shifts her eyes to the scientist who begins to stir. Too bad Luna wasn't here, she manufactured a serum out of her blood. The run down was complete as far as she was concerned it didn't matter how the bugs were here, only that they were. There were at least five of them and no more than eight.

The captain was out, it was her call. As a Sweeper she was well aware of having to destroy a ship or station if the threat could not be neutralized.

“Alright,” she nodded. “Here's a muscle relaxant from my field kit, see if that helps calm her at least ...” So that was the fail safe, destroying the station. No, there was something else she though.

Orders came out to her. Mia did not have the combat skills, Nail did. “Agent you and the Sarge will go back to that terminal and see about accessing it. If that proves fruitless access the self destruct.” She assumed it could be accessed there too if the fail safes didn't work.

“I'll take the others back to the Behemoth. You two get to your ship or the Behemoth, whichever is closer. Since our comms may be no good I'll wait as long as possible before disengaging the Behemoth from the dock. “Questions?”

"Yes Hope.... but these things use an ambushing tatic, creatures like these always target weaker pray... humens arnt the strongest beings thus they must have choosen.... uh..." Nail paused as she realized her statement and looked around shocked. " Uhm S-sorry....I didnt.. Hope... I spoke out of line... I apologize.... I only ment..." Nail apologized as she lowered her head to Hope shamfuly. Embaressed my her own words to the humens around her befor suddenly like every one els her attention was captured by the hot and bothered scientist, hearing te women lowly pant softly as her body quivered, thighs rubbing together as thesight made Nail'blush. "W-whats happening?" Nail asked confused and out of concern for them womens sudden stirring.

Nail must have realized that they were all human here. It may have been true that humans may have been frail but they were resourceful beings and could adapt to the situations that they had been cast in. She frowned at that acknowledgment, even so she was certain that their was something further at work here, that the security team must have been able to detect them or recognize their approach and prepare for an attack.

“No?” That surprised her, a brow shooting up. “Then I will go with Mi – the sergeant and you can lead these people back to the Behemoth unless you have a better idea, Agent.

“If we all go back toward the labs the bugs are sure to follow. One or two of us may be able to brake off from the group seeing that the bugs are likely to target us as we move out -”

She didn't like the idea of splitting up either but when you were in command there were orders that you didn't have to like. It was all about playing the odds here.



Mia spoke up, she knew more things then Hope would, she was a tech wiz and knew her fair share about alien species too. After all it helped with Sweeping missions though she often learned about vermin she had learned a thing or two about sapient species.

“Lieutenant … she meant no questions.” Unless this was a highly unusual Hel'Corian and she misread the matter. There was a blush of embarrassment that washed Hope's features.

“Oh. Well, then let's move out.” And she brought her rifle to the ready turning away.

“That was what you meant right?” Mia whispered to the Agent before she would gather up her gear too. Her's was mostly tech unlike the other two officers where they had more weapons then anything. She had a knife, a pistol and her rifle though she was barely certified with the later on the gun ranges. Tech had been her specialty after all.

The scientist squirmed, pawing at herself until the medic applied the muscle relaxant. Ridley just let the girls talk, as they planned the escape route.

"Okay," he responded. "Which one of my men should help with you? Kraid here has our only heavy weapon, and I thing Packard's gonna be busy carrying your captain and the tech to your ship." He jerks a thumb to the medic. "That leaves Kuros and Staines, our rookies." The two guards stand from the monitors as their names are called.
