Hi, a quick question before I make a character; I haven't seen anywhere that it says that you're not allowed to make a futanari character (dick girl), so I was wondering whether it would be possible for me to make a futa as a character?

There are a few futa monsters and SFAs, I think. A futa schoolgirl might not fit so well, but I am not sure if it is actually disallowed.

Well, the main thing would be 'What' character would you be making?

SFA(Sexy female aliens) sure, right on it (guy's truly like that XD)

I was planning on making a school girl, but I'll probably have to wait until one of the mods/admins says whether I can or cant before posting a character.

I've talked to people who have asked that same question, and in all cases I've heard that the official stance on futanari student characters is that they are disallowed. Pure humans only. On the same topic, catgirls and other anthros are also disqualified.

Students are normally equipped human females. Their purpose in being accepted into the school is that they are prime specimens of Earth women, not so they can shag the other students.

No dickgirls, herms, transexuals, shemales, one legged hunchbacks or other exotics. The Headmasters at least examine every potential student before recruitment and they are traditionalists. They like all the right bits, in the right places, with the right shape and the right degree of elasticity. And no extras.

Okay, I think I may have a character that'll be suitable. Though I'll have to post her later on. And is it alright that I'll only be able to post, at most, about 5 times a day?

That would be more often than I, and several others, post. So it's ok.
