What was this shit? Of course Etolie had not been too happy about the slip of yellow paper. It had been a message though usually demerit slips had been given out.

She had to think, she hadn't earned a visit to the basement she was careful about that given that there were thinks down there the frightened even her and there threats had been reason enough not to go there again,

She had been a little sloppy with the memory chants as of late … she didn't think that was it, maybe the contraband at the party last weekend, that had to be it. She crumpled up the slip and tossed it out. Message received.

“What's that all about?”

“Nothing,” she lied and the meeting went on as usual though she had not been in the best of moods and even was more than a little short with the other girls. At the aforementioned time as indicated on that slip and not a second sooner she arrived to keep her “appointment” leaving all her henchmen and lackey's behind as they did not have to see this and thus she arrives right on time to deal with this matter ...

Etolie Leblanc, Student Council President... Vera had been studying this particular student for some time now. Though the student council had little power compared to a Head Girl, it was still a position that Vera expected nothing less than excellence in. They were representatives of the school and student body much like Prefects were representatives of all that along with the Head Girl they worked under.

Though a Head Girl, the silver haired woman held no official position in the student council. It would not be fair to use her position to gain yet another position of authority. Still though, Vera attended as many meetings as possible. Her presence there ensured not only order but gave the council someone to ask questions to about what resources Shokushu can and cannot provide. She also acted as the final word should the council fail to resolve a dispute during the meeting.

Vera had looked into every member of the council periodically, ensuring they were maintaining her high standards and accomplishing their duties. The trail she found on Etolie, the President of the Council, ran long to say the least. Shokushu had a record on the woman. This was a student who was attacked by guests. Rather impressive the woman could keep her composure and perform her duties despite such attacks. But that was not he main area of concern.

Etolie's performance was bare minimum at best. The student was not failing her duties but nor was she excelling in them. The President had grown complacent of her position which that alone warranted Vera's attention. Then there was her arcane practices and use of contraband either for her rituals or for a certain party that happened recently. Shokushu had cameras hidden everywhere and it was not long before Vera was provided footage of how Etolie used her powers on other students.

What happens behind closed doors was irrelevant. But, Etolie's lack of performance and using her powers to go beyond her station could not be ignored. This so called upper class woman needed to learn her place in the grand scheme of things. Whether that requires the basement or not would depend on how Etolie presents herself to the Head Girl.

Thankfully for Etolie, this slip was a request of presence in Vera's suite up in the tower. There was no sign of Vera at the meeting. Vera was certainly not afraid of the student but her presence there could have been a distraction for Ms. Leblanc. The Head Girl sat patiently at her desk, waiting for the student council member to arrive. When the knock came to her door, she would call for Etolie to enter, reading the woman's aura as she approached. On Vera's desk was a closed file that was not huge but not necessarily thin either. "Ms. Leblanc," Vera greeted, "Thank you for coming. Have a seat, please. Would you like some tea?" Vera would pour Etolie a cup if she wishes before sipping from her own, "Do you know why I have called you here?"

Let into the suite Etolie had always wanted a room of this size but her money could do nothing to acquire it and she was stuck in an ordinary dorm room where she was bunked with her “servant” now. Without the influence of her father who she could only contact by letter now she had not been able to have him throw his weight around.

This was a far cry than the basements that Midnight tricked her into once, well more like strong armed when her usual set up went horrible wrong. She was not expecting the Demon and best she could tell Midnight had been compulsed to serve him.

“Please,” she accepted the offered drink even though she wasn't much of a tea drinker herself, Vera was of the same caste and she did not mind rubbing elbows with her. She was not so much as confused but more trying to work out why she was summoned here.

Still, she had not tried to play dumb here though she gave the question some thought after a long sip of her tea.

“To be honest it could be one of several things, if I were to chose which is most likely the contraband at the party last weekend,” she might not have brought it herself but she did arrange in part for it to be there. That was something that might have stood out. “Or my grades, with the exceptions of chemistry and business though biology has come up a far bit these last few months.”

Oddly that was due to the influences of one of the guests, Tidal, and to understand some of the experiments a strong working knowledge in biology helped as much as her skill at chemistry. Though anyone who knew her realized that her grades were fairly lackluster. She was so good at chemistry that the grades came easy whereas she only recently started to pay attention about biology though as soon as she had her efforts with business slackened her interests were shifted elsewhere.

There may have been other matters that she wasn't thinking of though but those were probably the two biggest and to sit back and claim that she had no idea would have been an insult to both of them, Vera was no idiot unlike that ditz Amy and Etolie knew if she were being summoned here there was reason for it and without any huge projects immediately on the horizon she doubted that this had anything to do with that.

"One of several things..." Vera repeated coolly, "Care to elaborate, Ms. Leblanc? Or is that as far as your honesty goes when it comes to speaking with me?" Etolie may think she is of the same caste and league as Vera but, the Head Girl would make it very clear that was not the case. Etolie's caste was one given to her along with a life of luxury. Vera's wealth was from her own business she ran in competition with her own family. Etolie was student council president but had little to no command over anyone. Vera was a Head Girl who served directly under the headmasters and had power over the entire student body including the student council. Vera saw Etolie as a peasant just like all the other students while she was nobility. The mere 'commoners' Etolie has seen wearing navy blue sashes were closer to Vera in class than Etolie ever could be.

What Etolie mentioned so far was true enough. The lackluster grades alone would be enough to warrant possible removal as president as it meant the student did not have the time or ability to balance both. The contraband was another black mark as it was an event under Etolie's watch and it would be even worse if Etolie was the one had it brought to the event whether it was by her direct hand or not. But was that all Etolie has done? How much did Vera know? Was she trying to trick the student to reveal more or was this an opportunity for Etolie to come clean with an honest admission of guilt? The silver haired woman continued to gaze at Etolie, reading the woman's emotions as she waited for further explanations of the student's sins.

Did she know about the monsters? Few had from her understanding and to bring any of that up … how she's sacrificed girls to save or try to save her own skin. Some times it worked, other times it hadn't especially in the case of Ania who seemed to have had targeted her for some reason.

No, that couldn't be it … nor bringing hapless victims to Tidal as per arrangement …. those girls were all memory wiped, her eyes widened, no there was one that wasn't, Rhaine! They were blackmailing her into compliance though that had not lasted long. She didn't count on her squealing though …

“It was mere teasing, not hazing and that has stopped,” it had stopped, she wasn't worth the trouble when there were softer targets about. What was that girl's name? Fisher? No, not exactly but it was close there was a “K” sound in there somewhere, it wasn't too important.

“I thought Rhaine and I came to an understanding and left things where they were with no hard feelings.” Well, Etolie was bitter about matters but the consequences were to great to deal with so she cut her ties there, not that Tidal had pressed her to specifically torment her after all ...

"Do you really think something like that could even be classified as teasing or even hazing?" Vera replied coldly, "You even decided to try hiding such conduct from me. What else have you been hiding, Ms. Leblanc? Would you prefer elaborating on your first victim or do you have more sins to confess?" A hand rested on the closed file, finger tapping lightly as if Vera's patience was growing thin. What was in that file? How much dirt did this Head Girl have on Etolie? How much must Etolie confess before Vera was satisfied? Then after that, what was going to happen to the poor student who had committed so many violations?

Her eyes dashed to that file and there was a wonder as to what it contained. Like a captured suspect she was admitting to the little crimes in hopes of avoiding the big ones to avoid self incrimination of thins that had not been in that vanilla file.

A bluff to gather information? Maybe. Maybe not. How to elaborate with the whole Rhaine situation without addressing the supernatural element though. So she opted for an embellishment that was close to the truth, that went beyond the nonsense of ocean creatures and … was that a Werewolf? A Demon?

“I'll elaborate on Rhaine, that is the worse case I can think of. I lured her to the beach and teased her, I knew she was bi-sexual and when I made my advances it got a bit out of hand. The whole idea was to get her girlfriend to see before it got to far but she was resistant and hurt her hand.”

Well that was sort of true … avoiding the supernatural element of course though it was suppose to be capturing images of Rhaine with Tidal in her human guise then blackmailing her, and she did break the girl's hand but that was after Tidal snap her jaw and Etolie felt the need to keep pace.

“She got hurt pretty bad and we stopped. Since then we've kept to ourselves. I've tried to set girls up in similar situations driving a wedge between them and their girlfriends but nothing even close to the whole matter with Rhaine occurred.”

Vera's eyes narrowed. "And you think that is proper behavior for the president of the student council?" she replied, "Is that what you think the students want to see in their representative? It disappoints me greatly that even now, you continue to hide things from me, Ms. Lebanc. I am even more annoyed by the fact you think this is some kind of joke where you can refuse to take me seriously. There are two things I despise more than anything, Ms. Leblanc. One is lies and the other is repeating myself. Both waste my time and energy that could be put towards students who actually put forth an effort to improve themselves. What have you done recently to improve yourself? Try to break up relationships? Command students against their will?"

How much did Vera know? Did she know about what Etolie did to her roommate and a number of students? Memory spells would do nothing if she already knew about such events through other evidence. But, how could she know? "It seems you have already made your decision, Ms. Leblanc," Vera said coldly, "You do not wish to speak openly with me, fine. We will continue this conversation downstairs then." Just like that, Vera was on the verge of sending Etolie into the basement. Etolie may have never suffered the wrath of a Head Girl but she heard the rumors and had seen the basement herself. One way or another, the silver haired woman was going to get the answers she wanted.

“The basement ...” her eyes went wide, she had heard the rumors but knew that there were worse things there, darker things that she did not wish to run into again. How much of their existence had been known to Vera had been another matter entirely though she was operating on the assumption that Vera did not know and would not believe such outlandish tales.

What happened with Rhaine had been before she was President but that was a moot point there were many others that occurred afterward.

“Not there … not again ...” She had been down their twice though neither time had she been sent down there. Once she was taken there and another time she had been tricked as to that whole situation and neither time did she like it.

It was no good though and she had found herself being escorted down to the basement. The place had a gloomy feel much unlike the suit she had just been at. There were nervous thoughts, she knew that there was at least two creatures down here though one may have just been passing through as far as she could tell.

Being here brought up those feelings of dread though and she found herself taking deep breaths praying that she did not see him again. So far so good … at least until the door to the room was opened for her and she could see into the dimly room where she was soon prepared and left their to await Vera's arrival.

The Head Girl never called Etolie to the basement before so she could only assume that was a matter involving a guest. It mattered little to her though. Etolie was a disappointment as a student and more so as a member of the student council. This so called high class bitch was going to be shown what class she truly was.

Surprisingly, the student did not protest or even beg for an alternative. The woman merely obediently followed Vera out of the tower and into one of the buildings that had basement access. The silver haired woman could feel the fear radiating from Etolie as she led the way down those foreboding stairs. The halls were barely lit with several lights either flickering or burnt out entirely. Countless rooms spanned the labyrinth like halls of the basement, each one containing numerous instruments designed to break students and correct them.

Guests did sometimes open up shop down here and some were even willing to work with the Head Girl rather than interrupt her work. But, their assistance would not be required this time. No, Etolie would be Vera's alone to punish and correct.

Vera opened one of the doors which happened to be unlocked. Inside was a single bulb providing bright illumination in the center while the rest of the room was shrouded in darkness. "Center of the room, Ms. Leblanc," Vera ordered, "Remove your uniform and state why you have been brought here." Vera would stepped into the darkness, considering her options of how she would deal with this troublesome student and council member.

“Remove my -” the look alone had told her that she had heard correctly there. Memories of what had been in those shadows returned or rather some of the tools that seemed to hang on the walls. She did not complain despite the fear that Vera picked up off her.

She herself knew how intoxicating that thrill was, to have another at your mercy … it would have been very unlikely that pleas to avoid this would have worked out too well.

Her shirt was unbuttoned, there was a tremble to her hands as she folded it but seeing nothing to set it on she had no choice but to use that floor. A gold heart shaped locket had been affixed to her neck in addition to all the rings and bracelets she was wearing.

“For abusing my position on the student council, involvement with contraband and a lack luster performance with my grades.” Was there anything else she was missing? She unzipped her skirt, folded it and set it aside leaving her only in her green under garments, shoes and socks. The uniform was off, she awaited further instruction, her heart rate still elevated and they were yet to truly begin.

"I said remove your uniform," Vera said coldly, "Did you already forget what two things I dislike most? All of that is school issued, remove it!" The Head Girl would not tolerate anything from this particular woman. It was one thing for a student to fail or violate a rule. But, this was a student council member. The fact the president was breaking the rules and participating in such events, Vera took it as a betrayal of trust which was a matter the Head Girl took very personal.

There was a loud clack of something metal against a table in the darkness. It was unknown what Vera was doing but the sound was shocking nonetheless. "That is not all you have done, Ms. Leblanc," Vera stated, "What about those students you took advantage of? What did you do to them? Explain in detail. I do not need to remind you yet again what lying will lead to do I?" The voice seemed to always come from another direction, the Head Girl easily moving through the darkness with no issues at all. She was very familiar with these rooms and knew just where she could step and where every object was in relation to her position.

“What, that's ridi -” the thwack. What was that? Her father was going to here about this but that tone of voice, harsh and commanding, she had heard it before in the likes of Tidal and other creatures that asserted command over the situation.

She did as commanded though, her CDR buzzing about her head though even that had been checked by the constant attacks of the monsters. But until now there had been no human, male or female, that had commanded her like this.

Now naked hands over her tender breasts, still a residual effect from Tidal, something that was suppose to be temporary though it had been weeks now, the venom fading to the point that her breast size had gone back down though they still remained sensitive.

It was a little chilly down here and her nipples puckered a little. “I … I ...” What was Vera looking for here, how much did she say without sounding like a loon. “I ran some experiments on them, mostly toyed with their relationships … treated them like toys ...”

Much like most students, Etolie was a rather attractive woman. Her breasts were reasonable without being too large or too small. Vera could sense the fear and reluctance and now she felt how vulnerable the student felt. Etolie was not used to being commanded like a peon. It was like the way she commanded one of her many servants she took advantage of.

The student began telling more about the many wrongs she did. The list was growing longer with each passing moment, Etolie being forced to reveal more for fear of lying to Vera yet again. "And you just decided to leave those details out? A student council president, lying to a Head Girl... Or perhaps it would be more accurate to say former president," Vera said from the shadows, "What experiments? What were you doing to those students?"

Etolie had treated other women as toys and now she was the toy as Vera grabbed a special device that would quickly wear down this particular student. There would be more sounds of metal though not as sudden or loud as the previous. The device was a unique strap on with a pair of pistons that could be fitted with dildos. Vera listened for Etolie to explain herself while she worked on preparing the long night ahead.

Expecting not to be believed about outlandish tales of being assigned “home work” by a guest she had kept things as close to the truth without getting into that detail of the supernatural.

“Social experiments mostly, I've already told you about braking up girls or blackmailing them into doing stupid sh – crap, that sort of thing ...” she cringed further at that metallic sound, something was being prepared and she was trying to imagine just what it was.
