"How am I to know you did not get caught up in the moment? And it was more a question for myself to give reassurance that anything that happens between us will not be overlooked by your lover and as a matter of fact, IF anything should've happened, I have the right to understand you better so that we can have some form of considerable relationship. And besides... if I did not have any respect for you I wouldn't be considering what you wanted in the first and we would not be in the position where I teach any martial art styles whatsoever. I don't have to... sharing my scrolls and other books should've been a sufficient enough price but I went over and beyond. Now be honest... do you really think that if I had no respect for you that I would help you at all?"

It agitated her greatly that Kanoe had turned something she meant sincerely about and made it into an insult which wasn't even how she said it at all. Kanoe could've very well got caught up in the moment and didn't consider things; Taisie had to make sure they weren't making a mistake.

“I am not moving onto anything until you come to terms with the fact that I am not a mind-reader and that I had know way of knowing you had such a bond that you can do as please and she can do as well. Give me some consideration that as long as I am agitated I cannot concentrate fully. Do I appear that heartless and unfeeling to overlook a misunderstanding?”

A soft sigh leaves her lips as she sits quietly in her chair once more, closing her eyes and contemplating on what further needed to be said before she even decides that being anti-social was such a better way to go.

“You never know if it could’ve been more reassurance that I wasn’t speaking with your urges, but you. I ask you very kindly to not think I would intentionally cause insults without some form of reason behind them. I would never consider anything you have said to be intentional insult but by way of perception. I think that you missed the fact I don’t… get close to people. I just don’t very often and I happen to like… never mind. I’ve already said too much as it is.”

"If you respect me and my lover, then you should not have to worry about such things," she replied simply, "Dark magic requires dark urges and we cannot be ashamed for them. You said that yourself. Your actions are going against the very things you claim to know." It was Kanoe's turn to lecture. "Discipline is one thing, but completely sealing off your needs and feelings is only weakening your power. I know this and so does Clarice. We are not children nor are we novices, witches are sexual beings due to their affinity for darkness. Even if you were talking to my so called urges, they are my urges just as your urges are yours. If I wanted it then it was because I wanted it trying to claim that my emotions themselves are making the choices is simply silly."

The witch smiled faintly. "As I said, its fine. Your over cautious attitude is a turn off. If you wish to hide in your shell for the rest of your life then that is your choice. It is not Claire's or my name you are trying to preserve by doing this. In the end it comes down to your own reluctance and fear to embrace what you want. There is no reason to be agitated, you made this choice on your own. You are the one who stepped away and tried to shield yourself with excuses. I do not fault you for it, it is simply who you are. That is why I say we just continue with training. It seems to be the only thing you are comfortable with."

"If you are too agitated to continue I understand," she continued, "We can call it a day. And if you find offense that I was insulted, you may take back the scrolls you allowed me to borrow. Since this is all a matter of price to you, I will repay you for the training however you like you merely have to ask it if it is that important to you." Kanoe spoke calmly, her voice perhaps colder than Tai's if that was even possible. There was no point in being agitated over the matter. It was foolish to think this woman wanted such a thing. She should have never pressed the issue and just left it alone. Perhaps it was better to end it here and not harm their already loose friendship any further.

"Even dark magicians have a sense of bonding. Do not perceive to tell me that the things I ask are irrelevant to what I must know. You've already answered in so many words and that's all I required. You make it far too large and far too insulting for me to say things I am not attuned to have ever said before."

Taisie said no more and simply huffs at the woman's attempt to play it off and give her the choice to leave if she so wished. She was not at all shielding her urges but it was a simple question that wedged quite deeply between the two. Taisie would not claim to understand everything fully, but Kanoe's words were not helping in calming her down.

But instead of striking back with a retort, she falls silent and listens to the quietness after Kanoe’s lecture. It was several moments, perhaps minutes before the woman opened her eyes rather calmly to the woman and turns her head to the scrolls Kanoe had borrowed before her eyes go back to the woman.

“I do not make excuses for how I feel and I am not afraid of them. To say that to me only makes me question these emotions I have in the first place. Your entire perception of my words is off completely for I honestly have little emotions to attend to make excuses for myself when I honestly care not of other’s opinion unless they are my own.”

She stands up for a moment before calmly walking to the woman and stares down at her for mere moments before turning her head away to look at the scrolls.

“You think mere passion in magic and simple agreements are all I care for. They are not. Your insults of me hiding in a shell for the rest of my life were unwarranted. To take a stab at me because of my questioning position was rude and do not deny it by giving me half-compliments.”

She grasps the woman’s hips gently and pulls the woman close the point where she and Kanoe’s breaths tickled each other’s lips.

“But I suppose I deserved it from our last meeting. Whether by you or Karma, I was forward with my emotions and sought to rectify it by not speaking my opinion for the remainder of the session. But that does excuse the fact that you became upset. And for that… I apologize. But I will not stand to have my feelings and my words berated by you or anyone else. I know what I want and I am not afraid because I am holding what I want right now.”

The witch did not resist as she was pulled closer to the other woman. "You are right, we do have a sense of bonding," she replied softly, "But such a bond is not something so weak and fragile that our own paths will sunder it. And if you are so unconcerned about other's opinions then what Clarice or I think of this should not matter."

Despite her cruel words, they seemed to work well enough. In an effort to prove her wrong, the kunoichi was becoming more open than ever. Too bad it required aggravating the woman. "You should know I do not like being teased like this," she replied softly, "But I suppose I can forgive that since... You do look cute when you are angry."

Kanoe rested her forehead against Tai's. She did not say anything for several moments. It was probably best to not bother trying to argue anymore. It was all too troublesome. They were holding each and that was all that matters. "This is the first time you have opened up enough to speak your feelings," she said finally breaking the silence, "But what will happen from here on?" The kunoichi was just too difficult to read or understand. The whole matter was confusing and she did not want to think about it anymore. She will just be forward and ask, what now?

"Mmm, my social skills need tuning in the future..." she answers softly. There were few words to say when such a simple sentence answered any questions of if she will perhaps open up again in the future. It would be a long process of getting her out of the habit of being cold yet polite to people she met for the first time, but perhaps it was a safe term to admit progress was happening between Kanoe and herself. But it was indeed a pity she had to get riled into dong so.

She huffs and turns her head away from Kanoe's joking statement, not surprised by the comment but that didn't stop her cheeks from flushing just enough to give color.

"You speak words I can't really answer to. But I suppose I should be honored to have been forgiven after all," she finally says before turning her head back to Kanoe and seemed rather content in sweet talking.

"Perhaps I am better off instead of denying my apprehension of my feelings, I should perhaps show you how I feel."

"You just need more practice," she replied, "You are not the only one with such difficulties." The witch relied on meeting with other gifted students in order to have something to relate to and speak about. That and her growing sexuality gave her a reason to interact with others even if it is merely a fling of pleasure and lust. Taisie she had a similar feeling. They had something to relate to but beyond that it was still hazy. But, whether it was love or just mere lust, she would not mind being with this woman. "I am not a 'tease'. I don't particularly find it comforting for another to play with my wants and needs like an instrument for their enjoyment. Or perhaps you yourself like your strings tuned?"

Feeling around for the woman's wants and lustful behavior was enough to get her body heated. Even she could not deny being this close to a woman who has an uncanny resemblance to her personality to be very attractive. Thoughts of Vera slipped into her wandering thoughts, but she was well aware of their simplistic relationship. Without a simple word or body language to prepare Kanoe, Taisie took a simple step and woman very passionately; a tilting kiss cupped with a very gentle nibble from her lips lapping over the dark witches’ again and again showed she may very well have a very tender side to her, however small it may be.

Hardly realizing she had closed her eyes in the middle of her gentle show, she pulls away very slightly and opens her different colored orbs to see the woman's reaction.

"Seems I am a quick learner in this subject or do you perhaps have complaints so far?"

Kanoe welcomed the sudden passionate kiss. The woman's lips were soft as they pressed against her own. They lightly nibbled between each kiss but never breaking away from the witch. Perhaps the woman could not say such things with words but these actions spoke loudly and clearly. Her own eyes fell shut. She did not dare question the moment and merely embraced it. Her hands gently slid around Taisie's hips, holding the woman much like she was being held.

When the kiss finally broke, she looked back into those different colored eyes. "None," she answered before stealing another kiss from the kunoichi. Despite the woman's tough front and claiming that she would feel no pain emotionally, Kanoe had still had no interest in causing such harm. Even if this was nothing but a fling, a moment to satisfy their own urges, it would do neither of them any good if they did not at least hold some trust in each other.

The witch held Taisie tighter as she took a deeper kiss from her. A hand slid up the woman's back before coming to rest behind her partner's head. Kanoe's tongue jabbed gently at the student's lips before pushing into the woman's mouth. "Mmm.." she purred into the kiss, enjoying the taste and feel of Tai's body. Normally these hands were used to inflict damage upon foes and opponents; knowing every inch of pressure points on a human being might be a little unnerving but of course the kunoichi gave no signs of a threatening motion. In fact, because she knew so much anatomy maybe her gentle prodding of pressure points and teasing rubs to hardened nerves was her goal to give Kanoe a full body rub down.

“… now… I know I would be sad if I had to stop now,” the busy kunoichi jokes with a smile. Their arguments with each other seemed to have been years ago rather then moments. It was obvious Taisie knew little of slowly progressing into another attitude instead of completely changing from on to another. But perhaps that gave Kanoe even more surprises, unsure of what she would do next left the anticipation to be something to look forward to.

Taisie seemed oddly focused as the witch kissed the woman. If it were not for the tongue rubbing up against her own, she would have thought the woman was not enjoying herself. As Kanoe's hands went higher, her partner's went lower. She could feel Tai's hands exploring her body, fingers feeling through her uniform and running down the curves of her hips. While her own fingers stroked through the woman's long blue hair, the kunoichi gently ran her hands over her shapely rear. The slight trust Kanoe had been thinking of seemed thin as the woman’s body remained hard with even the gentlest touch. A simple yet tender kiss is put over the woman’s lips at first as the kunoichi returns to being affectionate to the dark witch. Their moments together although edgy at times only made these particular moments more meaningful. And it was then that Kanoe felt hands running beneath her mounds and lifting them up only to gently drop them down before doing so again.
