"Kill them? Oh no! You will be quite pleased to hear that we have largely advanced beyond the need for animal testing. Oh, you don't look so well. Are you tired, Ms. Hov".
And Pia was indeed tired, the drugs in the gum having taken effect, the room was spinning, she could hardly keep her eyes open.

Dr. Davies punched a button on her intercom. "She is ready.", she stated."Come pick her up."

She looked at Pia with a not unkind expression. "Good luck girl. You'll need it."

On cue the door to Dr. Davies office opened as two men rolled a gurney into the spacious office behind them. The men themselves were dressed exactly alike, white lab coats over stale green hospital scrubs with surgicial masks and googles covering their faces with thick white rubber gloves covering their hands. Swiping his I.D badge threw the reader, the seemingly normal elevator opened. After entering, the man punching in a series of numbers and letters into a small control box hidden in a panel. The doors closed and the elevator began to descend.

Pia sensed the arrival of the two men in a vague, dreamlike way. Everything around her seemed hazy, dreamlike.
Two men? Or one? So similar..


And then everything faded away. Blackness took away the world. Pia tried fighting it off, but once her eyelids closed, that battle was lost.

Unaware of her surroundings, Pia was restrained and led way to where the true experiment were to be undertaken.

The elevator continued its descent, deeper and deeper into hidden laboratories. At a point the man standing in the elevator with the unconcious girl stepped forward right next to the gurney. Moving passed these doors the man continued through this large blank maze of corridors and doors, no hesitation was made in his steps. This man, knew exactly where this girl belonged.

"Sir, the formula has been injected, sensors attached and all equipment is showing green." The man placed his hand to his ear as if listening to a set of orders. With nothing further said the man turned and began to leave the room.

"Huh? Wha..", Pia began to wake. Her eyes popped open for a few seconds, but her hazy mind failed to understand her surroundings. She closed them again, muttering something to herself. After a while she made a new attempt. Without her glasses, she had trouble orienting herself, and she was still dizzy from the first drug. "I am sorry, proffes.. err.. I mean Doctor. I did not mean to fall asleep...", she said, her voice heavy.

She tried moving. Only then did she realize she was restrained. She struggled a bit. This, combined with the injected stimulant, forced her awake.

She looked around her, trying to understand where she was.
"Hello?". Her voice sounded weak and lonely. "Hello? Where am I? Anyone? Please.."
Was she I'll? Had she hurt herself? Was this a hospital?

Within a hidden room above the experiment containment room many scientists were busy at work, preparing their workstations for the event about to take place.
