Name: Sydr Haldar
Gender: Female
Age: 83 (around 24 in human years)
Species: Holian
Place of Birth: Holion III, just inside the outer territories of the galaxy.
Hair Color: Blonde with reddish hues at the tips. Long, falling beneath hips.
Eye Color: Clear, light blue.
Skin Tone: Fair, almost pale.
Pubic Hair: None.

Distinguishing features: Eyes are slightly bigger than a human’s, and ears are also slightly longer and with more pointy ends. Irises are like pools of a swirling vortex of their color. She has a couple of scars across her body but there’s a large on her lower back.

Physical description: Sydr has an athletic build, lithe and nimble. Her muscles are toned, not bulky, yet her womanly curves remain well endowed. Her humanoid appearance might let her pass as a regular human female except for the various notorious details her race has.

Their ears and eyesight are developed to perform better than similar races, since they evolved from millennia of being hunted in their home planet by larger creatures despite their natural capabilities.

As proof of those powers, the irises in their eyes appear to swirl around the pupils like a vortex. This motion is relatively calm but while they are in danger, fighting, or using their abilities, it intensifies in speed and brightness.

Height: 177 cm or 5’9 feet
Weight: 63 kg or 138lbs
Bust: 34D
Waist: 24
Hips: 36

Job/Occupation: Fighter pilot, transporter, artifact hunter (starting to drop an assassin for hire profession).
Orientation: Lesbian

Psychological Profile: In Holian society, women outnumber men and, due to their constant life of fighting, are expected to elevate their status through valiant efforts and helping their community. Like most of her kind, Sydr was evaluated as a child to discover her greatest aptitudes and sent to specialized schools and camps to train her.

As the Holians were at war when she was a child, they took her to become an assassin and a pilot. Ever since, she grew to be a woman serious about her job, and very focused about her goals. Unlike other soldiers, Sydr was specialized in infiltration or espionage, but was moved to a fighter wing at the later stages of the war, mostly due to how easy it became to discover spies like her, since they were unable to mentally controlled by the enemy side.

After leaving her home planet, Sydr took to dabble in some extremes, trying to find stronger emotions or reactions. Her activity as a fighter pilot for hire, assassin and fighter in arenas convinced some people she had a death wish. Others, that she needed danger in her life. She has started to move away mostly from those activities, finding them unable to satisfy her completely. Sydr has taken to more unusual hobbies for daredevils like her, like painting or reading, and living a simpler life.

Personality: Sydr appears to be a cold person and is usually silent in conversations. Many would simply identify her as an introvert and would not be far from the truth. She likes to listen and analyze her surroundings, her stare cautiously moving across the area or fixed at certain persons. She prefers to be alone when not in company of people she can trust, which are not many either. People that have managed to get close to her would confirm she enjoys a chat even if she is mostly a woman of few words; and also, how she can have more feelings than she shows, on occasions.

Virgin?: No. Her first time was with one male of her race while being an assassin.

Piercing or Tattoos: 1 earring piercing on her left ear.

Language: Galactic Common, Holion international dialect, and is fluent in other three alien languages.

Likes: Weapons, spaceships, flying and dogfighting, reading, painting, long baths. Enjoys collecting artifacts or relics. She trains every day, since she was forced to have a mindset of being the best through hard work ever since she was a kid.

Dislikes: Strangers who invade her personal space.

Activities: She travels constantly to offer her services as an escort for VIPs or transports, freelancer fighter pilot, or simply a transporter, or even smuggler, of goods. Used to, and could be remembered for, doing assassination and fighting in brawling arenas.

Miscellaneous: At times when she feels lonely, she hires female sex workers to spend the night with. Not one has complained, she doesn’t speak much or asks for a lot, and she doesn’t like to admit it either, doing it as secretly as she can. Unconsciously, she is looking to connect with someone, or discover how establishing a deep connection feels like, though she is used to being a loner.

Coming from a matriarchal society with the majority of the population being female, Sydr like most, if not all, of the Holians almost never uses a bra, and is perfectly comfortable being topless. When she's alone or in her ship, and often during training, she goes topless or with minimal clothing on her torso.

Capabilities: The Holian species is formed of individuals who many would call powerful. Their most defining characteristic is their power called Sundr, which manifests differently for each individual to some extent and protects them in some aspects. Some people say it’s an innate form of magic they have.

Superior physical capabilities: As is natural among the Holian race, Sydr has a strength superior to other races around their size, along with speed and reflexes. Much of it is thanks to Holion III’s size and part to her Sundr. Her skin is also magically resistant to slashing or piercing damage but remains soft to the touch. She heals at a fast rate.

Frost Sundr: Sydr’s powers enable her to create and control ice, as well as lowering an object or creature’s temperature, even from a short distance. She used these powers in the past to freeze her enemies in place and killing them without complications. Lowering a body’s temperature can numb their reactions or muscles, as well as causing more severe reactions. She can form small shields or blocks of ice, shards, or stalactite-like formations of ice. Frost or mist helped her conceal her position in the past too. Sydr has a moderate inner well of Sundr to use before it is drained completely. Not using her Sundr allows her to naturally recharge it.

Mild mental powers: She has a “danger sense”, which alerts her when someone begins an attack against her, but it doesn’t mean she knows what kind of attack.

Mental and physical regeneration: Sydr’s mind is immune to most mental attacks, like mind control or hypnosis, thanks to how her Sundr was forced to evolve throughout her training years. Her immune system is highly developed but has imperfections. Substances like drugs, aphrodisiacs or medicine don’t affect her like they should at all but cause short-term disorientation instead. When they are broken down, she can become immune to them for a time, but she still dislikes the sensation.

Weapons of choice: A short spear named Galdr is her main weapon in most fights, as its quick, longer than other weapons and helps pierce armor. A pair of short blades are her weapon of choice when going for quick kills or assassinations and in close quarters combat in confined spaces. She also is an excellent markswoman, proficient with most firearms. Her preferred gun is a custom gauss sniper rifle for long range, using her ice Sundr to cool it down, but has other guns and rifles with her.

Equipment: Sydr’s main piece of equipment apart from her weapons is a white and blue suit which was made for a Warkir, a member of an elite unit of Holian females designed to respond to any kind of threat. Due to the nature of her missions, though qualified to be one, Sydr was not one of them. This suit was stolen from an enemy Warkir who had been mind-controlled in the war and Sydr had to kill. It helps her to protect her body using her Sundr as a form of shield and is much sturdier than what it would initially appear to be.

Her other suit is a black, infiltration suit with a helmet that was her actual suit while in service for the Armed Forces as an assassin. Its main function is to conceal her from enemy sensors and camouflage with her surroundings, as well as protect her body.

She has a small robot with AI called “Ribbon.” Sydr keeps it most of the time on her ship, as it helps communicating with Sydr with maps or hacking from inside the ship and while flying assists maneuvers and covers most of the maintenance and systems. Sydr has not grown used to having an AI with her and tries to keep conversation or requiring assistance to a minimum.

Fighting style: Sydr was trained to perform quick, clean assassinations. She likes being in control of the fights, doing recon and getting close to her targets. However, she grew to fight in almost any situation and is an excellent fighter in melee combat. When fighting from afar, she is one to prefer hide and seek tactics to save ammo and flank her enemies. In a dogfight, she is very used to using the reverse thrusters in space to surprise her enemies with unexpected maneuvers.

Motivation: Sydr wouldn’t call her travels as a journey of self-discovery, but that’s what been pushing her forward. She simply would say she’s trying to find a job that’s comfortable to her.

Weaknesses: Her resistances don’t make her immune to other forms of damage. As a Holian, she’s a tough woman but not invincible. Strong, powerful monsters or creatures can still hurt her. She prefers fighting while cutting off her opponent’s chances to attack, moving between shadows or freezing them. As a quick, nimble fighter, hindering her movement or stopping her entirely is a good solution to her attacks. If her Sundr depletes, her fighting capabilities lower considerably, though her strength and speed make her a worthy foe still for injured or lesser foes.
Additionally, foreign substances will disorient her. Though they won’t have the expected effect and she is a difficult target, they will often leave her vulnerable for a short while.

Background: Sydr Haldar was born in the planet Holion III, a world with a vast range of ecosystems. Though most of its surface are jungles and plains; some arid places balance out the landscapes found there. Her race has a matriarchal society, although men, as they are rare, are protected and taken care of.

Sometime before she was born, the Holians entered war with a neighboring species called the Hakor. These foes had separatist Holians amidst their ranks, who proved to be rebels seeking to overthrow the government and change their way of life; to instill their superiority and to expand and conquer. It was later revealed the rebellious Holians had been controlled the Hakor with their psychic Sundr, using them as a vast military force.

Like with most children at the time, Sydr was taken to labs to have a series of tests and experiments done to her. As a society, the Holians have found honor in battles and the perfection of hunts, arts and strategies. Before the war, it was common to have them serve as hunters to defend the population from the monstrous beasts that reside in Holion III, but as war broke out, recruitment was forced on most of them. To prevent their soldiers to fall victim to the rebel Holians’ Sundr, all younglings like Sydr were experimented upon to make them immune to such threats.

When they inspected her aptitudes, Sydr was discovered to have great potential in finesse combat, tactics and motor coordination. She was sent to training camps to specialize in assassination and piloting. There, along with other recruits, she was embedded with the idea of seeking efficiency, to train and overcome her peers and place her goals above all else.

As she worked in terminating valuable targets, Sydr’s job began to turn more difficult. The Hakor and rebel Holians began noticing that spotting these assassins was easier if they continued to force mental orders upon all soldiers at irregular intervals and discovering those who were immune. Espionage and infiltration missions turned south quickly, and exposure of targets was kept to a minimum. With telepathic abilities, reconnaissance and interception of messages was difficult for Sydr and her peers.

During her final mission as an assassin, Sydr faced a powerful Holian; an encounter that almost cost her life. Most in her unit were reassigned to different positions afterwards, and Sydr began her service as a fighter pilot in a squadron. Unused to work as a team, Sydr had to learn and follow new set of rules, and performed with excellence after a couple of missions.

The Hakor and rebels were defeated in the end, and most of the military force was reassigned to other jobs or given freedom to pursue their interests. Most soldiers took to hunting and keeping the peace, while others filled vacant jobs that the communities desperately needed to rebuild.

Sydr became a peacekeeper, but there was something in her body that was pushing her in another direction. She was left with a void, without a clear mission to complete nor the need to use another pair of wings. With the compensation and rewards given after the war, she bought her fighter frigate vessel and turned to travel among the stars, wandering and lost.

Throughout a few years, she offered her services as an assassin, a smuggler, and when not employed she fought in arenas on different planets to earn money and experience adrenaline battling unknown species. A freelancer pilot, in warring systems she undertook contracts to be in fighter squadrons, constantly pursuing a life of danger.

Only recently she has begun to leave behind those activities, and is mostly found jobs that keep a low profile. However, now and then, some people find her to return to those ways, just for a contract. Always just for one contract.

Ship/Vehicle:

The FL-T5 Inquisitor is one of the smallest frigate ships, able to be manned by a small crew or a single person AI-assisted. It is a battle-oriented ship, light and fast to engage squadrons of ships of similar class. It can wreck smaller ships and can handle larger ones like warships and flagships with enough skill. Against those enemies, however, these frigate is better suited to fight in formation or assist a larger fleet.

It has tremendous firepower and defensive capabilities, modified after purchase by Sydr. It includes an AA Cannon as the ballistic rapid-fire main weapon that is enhanced by a radar and an optical unit, powered by a Tesla Generator and supercharger. It also has two HT Laser cannons as the high-concentration energy weapons and a Missile Turret able to fire batches of Air-Air and Air-Ground missiles.

The true advantage of the Inquisitor is its pair of gravitational converters and controllers that keep the crew stable even in the riskiest maneuvers in atmosphere and able to pilot the ship like a medium-class fighter even in higher gravity.

The six additional points of installation of equipment permits Sydr to outfit this ship with higher firepower, utility and survival capacity depending on the job.

Hello there. Some of you may know me as the monsters Rahs, Elizia, or Sylvana.
I feel like I could improve some of my skills with characters that are no longer monsters, but didn't feel ready for a student yet

So been playing with some ideas for a pair of SFAs. Both are from the same species but I feel their different personalities/backgrounds can attract or interest some persons for trying out different scenarios (or just go by their appearance, that never fails).

Let me know what you think of Sydr, and of course, if I should change something or add anything that I may have forgotten. The other SFA should be dropping soon.

Oh, there's the lovely femme fatale I've heard so much about! I was wondering when she'd show up. I've seen your red head but this one's just as much of a delight.
A pleasant read, as always. I look forward to seeing her in action.
