Background: Leone Duriah people have always been one that seems to have various levels of fortune. A Cosmic Cataclysm engulfed their home world with only a small handful of Catalan escaping on a few large transport vessels that fled from the destruction of their home system. Since then the Catalan are a rare breed that is seldom seen. The Catalan due to a dwindling male population and higher birth rate of females to males. They began to slowly run out of men. Leading to them to try and find other races to couple with and be able to keep their kind alive.

Leone Duriah had been one of the last born from a Catalan male and female but both parents would each receive a tragedy as the father was killed and the mother was taken into slavery. Only just saving her child thanks to a kindly caretaker in a small spaceport. Leone learned and was taught there, discovering a passion for song and dance. She went out and did performances to help her caretaker with funding for their home. Especially when the poor woman became ill and slowly passed away. Leaving Leone alone, the Catalan having the Black Cat's Luck in life would leave and begin to slowly make a name for herself. Performing from all places big and small when they wanted her. Many wanting to include her thanks to her rare breed. But it was her dancing and acrobatic flair that brought everyone into her spell.
