As seeing as I need to get into the hang of role-playing from the female perspective (Female monsters doesn't count!) and I still feel that my posts as a student are awkward, I figured this would be a nice compromise between the two. That and I couldn't really think of anything awesome for a monster since a couple of my old ones are doing nothing but gather dust. -shrugs-

Background: A native of Nabora II, Sira spent most of her youth among her tribe, participating in all manners of things and helping out where she could in order to contribute to the community, as was expected of the Nyeri. Some time after reaching adulthood, she gave birth to and raised a litter of seven children, four of them boys and three of them girls, sired by three different lovers as Nyeri culture has no preconceptions of monogamy and marriage. Not long after her hundredth birthday, she decided on a pilgrimage now that her children had grown up, wanting to see the stars and visit new world and meet new people. While it had been difficult at first, Sira was a fast learner and decided the best thing to do was getting an education. She has since then discovered a talent for mechanical engineering, making her way by repairing and maintaining ships and vehicles.

Psychological Profile: While Nyeri in general reproduce for the sake of continuing the species and keeping the tribe strong, Sira has since then developed a taste for recreational sex, being rather open-minded about it and willing to experiment as the Nyeri do not have any narrow preconceptions regarding sex and are quite blase about it; it's merely another aspect of living, just like breathing or eating. Furthermore, despite having learned quite a bit since joining the intergalactic community, Sira can be somewhat frank and blunt about things. She also often sticks her nose into things she shouldn't.

Personality: Sira is very much a team player, having been raised on Nyeri values and grown up in a close knit community. She is also assertive and independent, proud but not to the point of hubris, and quite friendly. Unfortunately, her freedom has led her to pick up some bad habits, such as drinking over her limit and gambling when she really should stop; two vices which has gotten her into troublesome spots on more than one occasion.

Piercings and Tattoos: Like many Nyeri, once she had come of age, Sira received her tribal markings on the hands, feet, and the end of her tail. What exactly do they signify is unknown as it goes against Nyeri customs to divulge. Beyond that, no other tattoos or piercings can be found.

Languages: Nyeri, Galactic, as of recently English.

Likes: Reading, swimming, hiking, warm and humid environments, soaking in a hot tub after a hard day, sex with either or both genders, listening to music, drinking alcohol and gambling.

Dislikes: Rude people, not having anything to do, not having the proper tools at hand, singing as she cannot carry a tune, being lied to, tight fitting clothes, any environments considerably below room temperature, losing bets, and any sort of violence.

Activities: While at work, Sira can be found maintaining and repairing all manners of vehicles and equipment, doing routine inspections and testing as her work ethics demand a high standard. Whenever off duty, she will often pursue her hobbies, read up on new things, or socialize with people.

Miscellaneous: Though she won't mention it, Sira had a short lived career as a porn star, largely to pay off her debts. It's not something she thinks is important enough to mention, though she is often flattered to be recognized. Also, Sira is an insectivore and enjoys devouring all manners of insects and bugs; though she has acquired a taste for sweets as well, finding it extremely difficult to turn down the most delicious thing in this universe... Oreo cookies, double creme.

Weaponry: Whatever happens to be at hand, although don't expect her to actually have any skill using them. Unless it's a hammer. She's great at banging things. -coughs-

Equipment: Usually has access to all manners of maintenance equipment and power tools. She especially like her drill, it reminds her of something naughty.

Fighting Style: Unfortunately, Sira is not too fond of violence and thus has no sort of combat skills or techniques, although she may defend herself. Instead, given her flexible and limber body, Sira is quite the agile runner and swimmer, thus she will try to stay ahead of her attackers.

Motivation: Though she had originally left on a pilgrimage, Sira has since then decided to see as much of the galaxy as she can, though she returns home to Nabora II whenever she gets the chance. Having spent most of her life as part of a community, Sira is determined to live her life the way she wants and get the most out of it.
