Katya will be attending SB for the event along with Shai, to act as his personal entertainment. But he isn't likely to object if she also wants to get into some trouble so long as she stays within view.

Ico would be honored to help Katya get into trouble, depending on the circumstances (pending the agreement of all unfortunate parties involved, of course)

I wouldn't count on it happening too soon so you might want to start somewhere else and then see how things develop. SB is likely to be keeping her and Shai quite well occupied for a while
