Seraph plans to attend.
Appearance wise: Seraph intends to use his magic to create a proper human body for him to inhabit, at least at the beginning. When he is in the body he will not only be affected by the inhibitors (Which would have the effect of blocking his wings from forming, but his normal magic will be unaffected) but his vision should be that of a normal humans rather than his usual soul sight (Which allows him to see all the students and not just a chosen few)
Costume - Change hair to blonde-gold.
