Just as an FYI, the signal will be given in two or three days. After that any arrivals will need to be placed into your own individual threads.

The signal to start is in two parts. First Katya and any other HG's present in the roleplay will make a welcome speech, one in each room. They will finish it with a toast to the success of the prom, so requiring everyone to have a drink of the punch and make sure all the students are affected. If there isn't an HG character for every room, one of them will NPC it in the remaining rooms.

An hour after that the lights will flicker and dim twice in quick succession, as if there is a brief interruption to the electical supply. That will be the cue the monsters were told to expect and they are then free to ravage.

Message to any HG players - please make the welcome posts along with the flickering lights when you can. If not within the next 24 hours, I'll make the posts as NPC to be certain everyone can start to get into their roleplays by tomorrow.

Latecomers can either fit into the arrivals threads as though they have been there a while or go straight to individual threads. Anyone who isn't fixed up with a partner yet can always play around in arrivals until they get sorted out.

I'll give it a while to get going before the ADD receive a message to come and 'save' the school.
