Read and weep... --- In The Maw --- In the maw Of the hungry beast I can only fall As I'm prepared into a feast Soon I'm taken in As every thing looks dim And then darkness sweeps over me Yet I have no way to break free In the maw Of the hungry beast I cry out in pain Because I feel so ashamed Now I'm just a meal For the hungry beast How must I deal I'm not happy in the least In the maw I am feeling dissolved within Soon there will be nothing As the darkness consomes me In the maw. --- This poem basically describes how a victim would possibly feel being swallowed up by a hungry beast... say... Terasmus. And since I sorta themed it around him. It's a signature poem exclusively for my character, Terasmus. It's not yours. It's mine! Anyway... it only took me just mere seconds to come up with it. And let me just say this. I am very happy with the overall outcome with it. I figured... if I can't get into roleplay any time soon. I may as well just "bore" myself into writing poetry that no one tends to read. And if they do... then that's good. |
