Inspired from The Orange Theme [Moonman's Orange Juice Mix] by Dj Tiësto comes this song-ish poem that I wrote up. It is a theme song-poem of The Overmind. So please... Read it and enjoy it. And I actually had fun writing this up. It's more experimental in a weird way. But that's how I wanted it to be. ------- Delve Into The Mind ------------------------- Lost in my thoughts Trapped by my memories What has been wrought A never ending antiquity Dancing underneath a spell I am under a trance I feel compelled To seek out a romance As I delve into the mind I see your face Within a special place Of a long forgotten memory Love is a trivial thing What does it really mean? Speaking from an anylitical sense How can this commence Taking hold of my thoughts Seems like an endless battle I feel as though I'm shocked What have they brought? So I delve into the mind I am sent to a place Of love and desire It burns like a never ending fire Soon all things will fall into place And then happiness will soon find me And I will finally be freed From all the pain I used to feel Our love we once shared And how much I cared It was pure bliss And it won't be missed So I delve into the mind As I probe deeper and deeper I find so many different things And I knew one was a keeper. And that thought was you... As I delve into the mind. |
