Post Evil transdimensional Fungus?
I wnated verstility, but I didn't feel liek a shapechanger, becuase that felt too simple. So I made an actor. Sorry about the long name, but its standard where he comes from. Nobility and such.

Name: Lord Asmodeum Ragdal Lufgaard Erasmus Veus
Race: psychically overcharged moss, formerly a High Lord of Th’ereni Empire in another universe/dimensional zone.
Type: humanoid stalker/manipulator
Place of Birth: right here on the grounds, and in Tha’Kuall provine back in Asgredias in Th’ereni Empire
Gender: like most plants, technically both, but he tends to emit a male visage and persona
Age: technically an ancient entity, but this “new form” is not much more recent than the island’s formation.

Height: No real height, but his “Guise” tends to be about 5’9” to 6’5”, depending on his mood.
Weight: Somewhere in the neighborhood of three pounds.
Eye Color: glowing green, when he choose to have them
Skin Color: dark blackish-green, like a thick lichen or fungus
Skin Texture: spongy normally, although he can tweak it with his strength if he must
Hair: none. His entire body is somewhat fuzzy, due to his fibrous make-up.
Body Build: normally that of a healthy athletic male, give or take. However, he can also lie flat if he so desires. His face is flat and featureless, save for the eyes.
Voice: When speaking, it sounds soft and wispy.

Tail: He rarely manifests one. If he chooses to, it will usually end in a barb
Tentacles: Sometimes he will summon them as constructs, other times he will not. Sometimes he just uses chains.
Number of Tentacles: if he summons them, up to fifteen.
Wings: never felt the need to manifest them.
Cock Size: around sixteen, around three inches thick. It shoudl be noted that he does not have the anatomy to cum.
# of Cocks: one, although he prefers to use his hands more often than not.

Fighting Style: Mental domination and telekinesis. Although he possesses no actual magical talent, and is quite aware of this, he uses his psychic skills and basic techniques to manipulate and hypnotize his prey. Sometimes, he will make the programming last after his visit for he sole purpose of amusing himself.
Motivation: Instead of normal food, Veus craves psychic energy of high intensity. Although he could choose to simply bask in the natural energies of teenage girls, he finds particular interest in the tastes of extreme sensations of pain and pleasure, and abuses the ripe young fruits as he sees fit.
Psychological Profile: Veus is an accomplished liar. His technique with psionic manipulation and stage theatrics has allowed him to pose as a wretched, phantasmal monster, and deadly devil, or the simple ghost of an ancient mage. His appearances and personality vary, and he constantly feeds new rumors about himself and others into the system to keep thoughts around him.
Personality: Veus is warped, and enjoys exploiting humans. He finds them entirely silly and stupid creatures, and although they created him, he is far too proud to admit their ability to accomplish much of anything.
Sexual Oddities: He prefers to work at night, and he loves to remain mostly clothed while toying with the women. However, these are not necessary for him, just preferred. He is quite a talkative thing, however, and will often degrade a woman verbally as well as physically to help the emotions sink in better.

Special Attributes:
Regenerative capacity: due to a lack of any real internal organs, Veus can take just about any physical attack and be okay. Most of the time, he can regenerate any damage in a few hours or so.
Telepathy: Although for the most part it is weak, Veus can produce subtle telepathic suggestions and project images into the minds of most humans. He’s fond of filling someone with dirty and occult thoughts before actually taking them, making them weaker and more susceptible when he finally closes in.
Plant thoughts: Veus is still in touch with his fellow plants, and has a degree of empathy with and sight through them.
Telekinesis: Exactly what it sounds like. He is fond of levitating himself, but he can easily pick up most adult humans, and often will lift and grope a victim telekinetically simply to prove his dominance.
Constructs: Although a much less practical and more depleting power, sometimes Veus will expend a good bit of energy to form and “summon” psychic constructs of ectoplasm. Chains and tentacles are a personal favorite, and they are almost always yellow in color.
Lights: Although he usually just uses this trick to create his “eyes,” Veus can actually summon several other small points and orbs of light for all sorts of effects.
Soft: Veus msot handy power is the fact that his mossy body is rather like a sponge, capable of expanding and contracting substantially. He will grow large, but he can also compress to sneak in the tiniest places he needs to fit.

Distinguishing features: He’s usually black and indistinguishable, but usually he is dressed in an outfit fitting the “mood.”

Behavior: Veus is a theatrical ham, and will usually toy with his prey before taking what he wants of them. A personal favorite is to inspire and manipulate a girls’ interest in magic and the occult, and to answer to the inevitable fake summons that occurs. He has left over thirty fake rituals to bring him and no real magical beings into this realm, and he enjoys them all. He also enjoys manipulating girls to start on each other, coming to ravage them when they are already too horny to think straight.

Capabilities: Veus is intelligent and subtle, although he is far from physically powerful, usually preferring to use the girls against themselves. His brilliant alien mind has assimilated vast amounts of human knowledge, and his understanding of chemistry and biology is rival to that of most expert xenobiologists. His greatest strength, however, is his almost infinite capacity to lie.

Weaknesses:
He is severely weak to fire. Also, some people are strong enough or innately resistant to his psychic powers. If an opponent is able to figure out the fact that his “spells” are just performances to add oomph to his psychic powers, they can resist his will better. If he drains too much energy, he will revert to inert and have to soak up more emotions before being able to move again.

Likes: Old books, plays, theatre, traps, deceit, manipulation, occult rituals, superstitions, folklore and the like. He’s also fond of redheads.
Dislikes: Guns, fires, experienced magic-users who know he‘s full of it, most of the people at NICE labs, high-tech tools, strong-willed opponents, groundskeepers.

History:
Veus is technically a spirit from another dimensional reality, however, he was sealed to this one as punishment for a failed coup d’etat. Sadly, having been stripped of any way to interact with matter on this dimensional level, he was stuck as an observer for years, until NICE labs came along.

Their continual experiments with extra-dimensional physics and quantum mechanics provided him with the necessary tools to briefly manifest as a weak psychic entity. Unfortunately, not being of enough strength to possess any of the humans or monsters that wandered about, he had to find the best form before he dissipated--that of a large black patch of tree fungus.

After feeding on the energies of several monsters and humans in the woods, he finally became strong enough to hold a form and move, and quickly started learning the language, thoughts and patterns of these strange creatures.

Unfortunately, he was quickly captured by NICE labs. When he explained that he was an alien life form and gave them all a rather convincing lie about both his position and ideals, he then proceeded to cut a deal--he’d record his sessions of experimentation on the girls and the folks at NICE could use any relevant data they found.

Even though this particularly sordid arrangement works out quite nicely for him, he is not entirely fond of taking orders, and if he honestly thought he could get away with a double cross, he would. However, he has decided to instead work in cooperation, believing that he will outlive the brokers of these deals by a few millennia without a problem.

His love of theater, a trade that he was fond of even in his home dimension, has allowed him to have a bit of a fixation on the theater in the school, and a penchant for seeing how much abuse and experimentation the cast can take.

Now having stolen many outfits, laid many traps, and left clues of every conceivable variety to those dumb enough to try it, he spends his tiem satisfying his hugner for emotion, and feeding off of the psychic energy from these women in every phase of the process.

Lair: Unlike most of the other monsters, Veus actually has made a small room for himself in one of the caves, a nice roomy pocket of air inaccessible by humans due to size limitations. The administration allows him this small pittance as a place to store his various tools and outfits as it suits him.

Costumes:

Veus wears many costumes, each for different rituals and farces. His outfits are as follows:

The King In Yellow: named after the play, this outfit is simply dingy yellow rags and leather gloves. The rags form a loose robe over his body, swathing and flowing about him. He tends to use this when actually portraying the King in Yellow, a grim dance that even he finds rather cruel, but funny. This one also has a white mask with the Yellow Mark upon it. This persona is the one most likely to summon tentacles, often with mouths or some other horrific features.

Lord Veus of Hell: His standard red and brown ensemble. This is his most common outfit. He usually wears this when dealing with acquaintances from either the labs or the other monsters that he gets along with. It consists of clothing stolen from the theater production of “Macbeth”--a set of Red robes and pants (both rough sackcloth with a rope belt) heavy steel boots, and black leather gloves. He usually a has a small satchel filled with various herbs, magic props and other “toys.”

The Shadows Speak: A simple black robe with black leather boots and gloves. Nothing fancy. This one is mostly for stealthy, silent approaches. There is also a face scarf over this one. He carries no tools or weapons in this persona, and rarely speaks, but sill summon simple “scarves” of energy if binding is needed.

The Dark Knight: A leather Tunic and pants, with metal greaves, a blunted longsword, and heavy plate armor with black lacquer. The sword and armor both have emblems of a wolf’s skull with horns upon it. This persona is usually brutal and less sophisticated, and he will never use his construct powers or telekinesis in this form. He will carry bolas and chains, however.

Dispater, Lord of Rust: His robes and pants are grey, with no hood, and blood-red stripes here and there. In this guise, he keeps a heavy club of battered iron about him at all times. Dispater is the slowest of Veus acts, and usually will kep a captive on edge for an hour before finally making her scream, preferring a slow tease to a full animal attack.

Clopin, the Harlequin: dressed in a white robe with no seams and a white domino mask, Clopin is easily the most manipulative and playful persona. Every hidden ritual to summon him involves multiple people, nudity, and time. Set-ups with Clopin are delicate and strategic, and in this form, he will use anything from trick lights to other monsters, running the whole gamut from whipping to solid power sex. However, Clopin’s favorite act is to show his power partially through the participation, adding head hallucinogens so that the white man in the mask, and the copious sex, is all but a deluded memory at best.

Fungus moster? Cool! There are not many around, I think.

That is quite an impressive name, BTW. Will you let a girl go if she manges to say it ten times fast without missing a syllable

Actually a true-name weakness is a consideration, given his trandimensional nature. However, good luck finding his true name. He's not that foolhardy, after all. :P

A follower of the dominance, very interesting character in general I'd say.

I stuck to the description 'til the end, "Cool!" would be the word I would use as well. Welcome to Shokushu, have a good time! ^_^

Cool character! I love the theatrical trickiness you've incorporated into this guy; occasionally playing the King in Yellow is wickedly funny. :D
