Because apparently, as long as it is evident that a moderator/administrator has read it and they have not outright stated that they cannot allow the character it is accepted. Lack of complaint means acceptance. So by that logic which Madison taught me, you're good to go! Worst case scenario someone will just slap me on the head and you'll have to do some minor edit~ I speak from experience when I say there shouldn't be any major problems with your monster, even though I am just a regular member~ So go ahead and make plans already~! ;D
