History: He was originally born on Koth his home planet, but at age ten thousand, at which time he was full matured male. Instead of join his family in the fight to keep the thrown he helped over throw them, but had their lives spared to keep further bloodshed from happening amongst his people. He does not sit upon the throne having turned over that right to another royal family. Content with his world’s peace; Acrylius searches the stars for anything he may find of interest. Sadly for the girls of Shokushu he comes across the planet. Enthralled by the species history and literature, as well as the female body; He has decided to a stay at the so called island to learn more about them, while screwing the student body senseless.

I'm afraid there haven't been any monsters on Earth. And also there's no ADD presence around Earth as well.

Interesting character though. Perhaps an alternate Earth in a different dimension that was destroyed (or a world similar to Earth). Earth being off limits he could have settled on Shokushu for a taste of what he misses.
