The sun slowly touched the horizon, bathing the sea in a soft, almost supernatural glow. Its rays reached and gently caressed the rippling surface, throwing gentle crimson light across the ever moving waters.

Rippled disturbed the already restless surface, and a head broke through, turning this way and that to survey its environment. It slipped under again, but a shadow swept by, unnoticed since the sea itself was turning dark in the absence of light.

It slipped into a cave carved by incessant pounding of the waves, and swam over to some of the shallower lagoons. Finally it surfaced, the form pulling itself up into the damp rocky floor. Looking around a soft smile played at its lips as it clapped, signaling to other form behind it.

Skin Color: A pale rosy tint, known as strawberries and cream by slang. From waist down his skin took on the scaly green-grey color of plants found at the deepest ridges of the ocean.
Skin Texture: Wait up its soft, typical flesh except that its always damp and cool. Waist down is most scaly, with a soft underside lined with very soft suckers.
Hair: Of course. Pale, almost silvery blonde locks that ends to his shoulders. They are perpetually messy though, the wind and the waves just love playing with his hair, to the point where he finally gave up and let them just fall untamed.
Body Build:
Physically, most human males look at his human disguise and consider him weak. He has a very slim, almost girlish build, which he seemingly keeps toned by swimming and other water sports.
In the eyes if his own race he is unbelievably strong in his full form, for the measure of strength lies in the ability of his lower limb. In his current stage of development, one tentacle is strong enough to pick up and hurl a huge boulder even in the pressing confines of the sea.

Fighting Style:
Foreign and still not used to his human disguise, he adapted the more evasive tactics. His light form allows him to dodge, and his sharp eyes and upper body strength allow for attack from afar. He typically avoids close combat, knowing that he can be open and vulnerable in these situations.
In the water is a different story. He prefers the “restrain and weaken” techniques, his tentacles render the victim immobile and if forced to kill an enemy, he has a choice of either drowning them or bashing in his enemy’s skull with a heavier object..
Motivation:
Roughly 10 years from now he would be forced to take his father’s place, and thus giving up most of his freedom. Though he doesn’t really mind he wanted to enjoy his remaining time to the fullest.
Psychological Profile:
Spoiled and pampered all his life, he’s used to getting his way. Like most of his race, he developed a sense of callousness around people he deems lower than his status, which is everyone except for his parents. Proud and fierce he would do anything, from combat to mind games, just to achieve whatever it is he wants.
He sees humans as inferior races, born and bred only to provide amusement to those who have evolved higher and faster than them. Courtship is a game for him, for his seemingly gentle nature and skilled fingers tend to easily catch a woman’s heart.
Personality:
Cold, calculating and looking to turn every single scenario to his advantage, he easily portrays the prince from another kingdom. He’s, in a way, narcissistic, saying that not once, even in his own beautiful race, has he found anyone who rivals his own beauty. With this in mind he deems that the world revolves around him, just existing to amuse, please and provide him entertainment.
He detests cheap things, and refuses to associate himself with what he calls “uncultured brats.” The main reason why he went to Shokushu was that he found out that majority of the population are special in their own way, and none of them would probably be boring.

Human Disguise Appearance:
His upper body is exactly like in his real form, though of course the lower form would be human legs.
Clothing: Since he is a prince, he grew up clothed only in the most luxurious fabrics usually semi-formal style. The softest cotton and the smoothest silk usually fill his wardrobe. For tops he prefers light colored buttoned collared shirts, long sleeved or short sleeved depending on the weather. His lower clothing is usually dark colored pants. For his feet, closed black leather shoes finish the ensemble.
Special Attributes:
His eight tentacles are pretty strong and flexible, and each has 10 pairs of suckers like a normal octopus.
Since he developed under the sea, the pressure allowed him to reach a high level of physical endurance. His lower form is stronger than most, allowing him to run for a longer period or even jump higher.
Distinguishing features:
In his disguise form he’s pretty normal looking. I his real form, well I think the coiling tentacles which makes up his lower half should he quite enough.
Behavior:
In the presence of his current prey, he either portrays the arrogant rich kid or the vulnerable prince, whatever attracts the girl. He befriends them and talks to them, until he can convince them to either walk with him or swim with him. Then he takes them, either in that place or in his own ‘cottage’ (the lagoon inside the cave where he lives in for the time he spends in Shokushu).
Weaknesses: Too mush time spent on land usually dehydrates him. Also being in the sun for too long weakens him terribly by drying him up.
Likes: Girls who have a special talent (either skilled in athletics, bookworms or artistically skilled. Luxury. He acquired a taste for chocolate and sweets during his stay on the surface.
Dislikes: Spicy foods. Overly loud girls. Overly submissive girls. Cats, he has a distinct hate for them.
History:
As the crown prince of his kingdom he was given limitless freedom, and spooled by the attention and the loyalty of their subjects. On his 20th birthday he realized that once he reaches the age of 25 he’d be groomed to take his father’s place on the throne, therefore losing all of the freedom he gre accustomed to. After a few days of sulking, he sees it is unevitable, and just decides to spend the rest of his 5 years enjoying himself to the fullest, before studies and duties stop him.
Hearing about the treaty between his world and the world called earth, he dicedied to go and spend his time there. Along with him came a few of his attendants (mer people who live in the sea of Shokushu). In the shores of the school he found the ability to adapt to the dry ground, and thus his human disguise form was set.
Miscellaneous:
He’s usually known as the rare male exchange student. A rumor spread by some of his maids (also parading as students), most students are now under the belief that he is from a school somewhere, sent to Shokushu to spend a year and study in the place. Since he can’t be found in classrooms, it was said that he takes special private classes.
