Mhizuld. His wish is your command.
Name: Mhizuld Type: Zjannee Age: 2734 years. Place of Origin: Zjann Sex: Male Gender: Male Height: Nine feet, six inches (yes you read that right). Weight: 140 stone. Eye Color: Pale, incandescent blue. Skin Color: Virdigrisian (the green-grey color of oxidized copper, like the Statue of Liberty). Hair Color: Inky black. # of Phalluses: One Phallus Details: 13.4 inches long, 1.8 inches diameter (at thickest cross-section), circumcised, has three golden barbell piercings through the glans, always has a tight golden ring around the base.
Clothing: Minimal, but always lavish. Prefers ornate decorations and jewelry that emphasizes his powerful physique. All fabrics are bright, loose, elaborately patterned, and expensive looking. Build: Extreme mesomorph. Burly and gnarled musculature, along with a disproportionately wide (for a human) upper body. Tail: Not usually. Wings: Not usually. Human Disguise Appearance: He is not prone to disguising himself as human. His ordinary form is, superficially at least, humanoid. If occasion demands that he don a human appearance he can take on nearly any possible human guise.
Fighting Style: Mhizuld loves fencing with sabers and knives in his own form, but while wearing another shape he tends to act in the same fashion as that creature, making the best use of its natural features, albeit perhaps more intelligently than the original in certain cases. Occupation: Self-appointed potentate, archeologist. Motivation: Hedonism, narcissism, and curiosity.
Special Attributes: Mhizuld has a myriad of stupendous abilities that defy explanation. They may be technological in operation, but the mechanism behind them is mysterious. Most beings do not dare to pry too closely, lest they become subject to these powers. Harnessed winds—Zephyrs and storm-winds seem to obey his silent command, allowing Mhizuld to buffet foes with gales and generate cloudbursts in defiance of normal atmospheric conditions. He calls this ability his Thousand Sylphs, suggesting that his mastery over the air may be limited to specific winds that he somehow possesses. If one accepts this theory, it would mean that he is unable to command natural winds, or the elemental abilities of another being. Conjurings—Mhizuld seems to have the ability to pluck physical objects out of nowhere. These objects have been observed to be on the scale of furniture in some instances. The objects themselves have no special qualities beyond the mundane, but no limitation has been observed so far in the quantity of items that Mhizuld can manifest. Shapeshifting—Mhizuld has the capability to reform his body into semblances of other organic beings. Thankfully, he is unable to transform into non-organic beings or mechanisms such as robots, fortresses, or spacecraft. This ability is also, apparently, limited to forms within the scope of his knowledge. Thus, he is not able to become a Tyrannosaurus Rex, or any alien that he has never encountered. Certain mythological creatures, on the other hand, are evidently well within his power to imitate. Perhaps such creatures did actually exist somewhere. Geas—Beings who steal or otherwise come into possession of Mhizuld’s belongings become susceptible to a remarkable type of influence that forces them to physically obey Mhizuld’s verbal commands to the best of their ability. The victim of this geas is not prevented from having contrary thoughts, or even protesting. Their beliefs, thoughts, impressions, and sensations all remain normal, but their behavior conforms to Mhizuld’s commands against their volition. Unfortunately, simply abdicating possession of Mhizuld’s treasures will not undo the geas; one must bargain. Mhizulf has never been known to deny an attempt to bargain with him, but he is the final arbiter of such negotiations. Once an agreed upon price is fulfilled then any geas is nullified. Indomitable Will—Mhizuld is unaffected by, or immune to, psionic influences on his mind. Debate on whether intelligence can exist independently of a consciousness or “mind” is ongoing.
Weaknesses: Mhizuld is susceptible to certain arcane and esoteric forms of command, i.e., magic. Some believe that this makes him a designed being, a construct of sorts, whom one must learn to control via arbitrary signals. If such a “programming language” exists, it is not well known. It is also important to realize that Mhizuld is totally unable to break his given oath. He will never deviate from the letter of any contract that he enters into, even if it is obviously to his detriment. He will perfectly honor any and all agreements that he has made. In strange contrast to his incredible power, Mhizuld is a shortsighted and gullible individual. He is known to accept wagers for little to no benefit for himself. When challenged he will often attempt the challenge before considering the ramifications. Thus, e is quite easily manipulated in the short term. Beware, however. Once he is tricked by someone he becomes suspicious of them, and is on guard against further chicanery.
Likes: Women, ancient artifacts, being paid honor, luxury, contests of skill and prowess, sexual debauchery. Dislikes: Thieves, intruders, proud strangers, cutting edge technology, evidences of sorcery, being insulted or disbelieved, mortal men.
Sexual Oddities: Semen--Mhizuld’s semen is a volatile stuff. Rich black-amber in color, it is unctuous and exceptionally viscous at first, but over time it sublimates, producing a glimmering phosphorescence and dense, obfuscating clouds of aromatic vapor with a scent like tobacco, leather, and oudh. This vaporized semen just as easily condenses and precipitates when it contacts a surface, causing queer phenomenon such as the impression that it is flowing upwards, or an impression of semen “rain”. Potency—While Mhizuld’s semen and libido can be overwhelming, and his ejaculations copious, he is completely and utterly sterile. He has no ability whatsoever to impregnate any being. He cannot even procreate asexually. The jury is out on why he has a sexual appetite and genitals when neither is of any functional use to him. Shapeshifting—Mhizuld apparently enjoys adopting all manner of unexpected guises during copulation. Often these are monstrous and frightening, although it is not unheard of for him to take on the form of a beautiful female. His sexual preference is for females, however, no matter what form he may wear.
History: Mhizuld is a being from a devastated planet named Zjann, which was rendered into a ball of glass and cinders by some cosmic event outside of record. The original Zjannites were an incredibly ancient civilization much given to exploration. Their expeditions have left mysterious artworks and monuments on disparate planets throughout the galaxy, although they now serve no purpose except to puzzle scholars. Fossilized remains of the Zjannites have universally revealed one fact, however: the Zjannee are a separate class of being.
In some manner heretofore undiscovered the Zjannites gave rise to the Zjannee. Theories abound as to the nature of Zjannee origin. Some guess that they were created technologically, others that the Zjannites experienced a Singularity event that culminated in their transformation into the Zjannee, or that the Zjannee are some kind of remnant of their Singularity. Still other scholars have conjectured that the Zjannee are actually a conquering race which toppled the Zjannite civilization. All that is agreed upon is that the Zjannee were mostly destroyed along with their planet, leaving only a fractional population alive throughout the cosmos.
Mhizuld himself only entered the awareness of the various civilizations once Vaneijin VI became colonized. He had been occupying the planet for some time before the mass immigration of aliens, and thus had several fortified palaces built and had amassed a certain degree of wealth.
In the beginning Mhizuld discouraged any interaction with lethal pragmatism. It was a matter of expedience for colonists to avoid his demesnes. Eventually, however, he started engaging rare individuals in trade. News of the great fortunes that such dealings brought those who engaged in them briefly excited the collective consciousness of treasure seekers and entrepreneurs. This ebullience just as swiftly died when each of these 'fortunate' persons ended up in bondage to Mhizuld.
The Zjannee only began to enter public attention again one Earth established Shokushu and the ADD. Mhizuld began to purchase slaves, infrequently but always for exorbitant prices. Better still for the slave merchants, these deals never seemed to carry a catch. With his characteristic arrogance Mhizuld made it known that he was populating a personal harem, and thus would appraise any potential slave brought before him.
It was around this time, too, that he commissioned his spacefaring vessel, the Flying Sultanate. The ship is a highly recognizable craft estimated to be in the super-dreadnought class. It can be identified by its hull texture, appearing like glazed blue and red ceramic illuminated with artwork of gold and lapis lazuli, and also by the several elongated forward decks. These decks resemble tall towers surmounted with onion domes. It is a ponderous, but powerful ship, with the unique feature that when oriented for landing it quite resembles an opulent palace or castle.
Mhizuld's personal life has not been a matter of much scrutiny, but some of his recent practices are notable. On occasion he's launched raids against ADD ships and bases, usually seeking to carry off escape pods containing ADD agents. He has been known also to consort with a number of pirate captains, which has been troublesome because they take advantage of the fact that his ship will fire upon strange ships without warning at a considerable range. Also notable are his visits to Shokushu, where he's appraised the 'students' and has twice broadcast ridiculous bounties for the capture of particular student upon graduation. On both occasions the bounty was successfully claimed.

Thanks for the compliment! To be honest though, I was a bit miffed to find out he's not actually the first genie on the boards. Oh well.
Mhizuld's almost entirely for Space based RP, but that doesn't disqualify him from meeting with fresh faced ADD agents.
