((Second draft of a character concept. Weakness has been tweaked and terms of its ability have been modified.)) Name: Unknown/Referred to as Amber Eyes Race: Unknown/Undefined Type: Thoughtform Place of Birth: Unknown Gender: Male Nationality: Unaffiliated Age: Unknown Height: Not Applicable Weight: Not Applicable Eye Color: Amber Skin Color: Not Applicable Skin Texture: Not Applicable Body Build: Not Applicable Fighting Style: Ambush Predator. He rarely fights. Instead, he takes his prey by surprise after watching them for a time. If cornered or interfered with, he may use his current host to fight until prey is captured, or until he decides the attack has failed, after while he'll flee. Motivation: Instinctual need blended with boredom. He feels compelled to attack, but he chooses to delay the need by planning the perfect, and most interesting, way to do so. The capture is a form of art, even though it also satisfies a mental need as well. Psychological Profile: Methodical ambush predator. He will stalk prey unseen for days if need be. He tends to fixate on certain aspects for prey, such as noteworthy scholastic achievement, or above-average physical talents. He prefers tougher prey, and will often choose symbolic ambush sites, based on targets behavior or personality. He may strike a chess prodigy while practicing alone, a track star during solo training, or even an Agent during her rounds. When exceptional individuals are scarce, he'll choose interesting individuals and strike when they feel safest. Personality: Confident, patient, curious. He leaves chance to less sophisticated species, and instead works out the perfect plan to sate his Psychological hunger. When stalking prey he is unerringly single minded. He takes a thrill in what he does. Sexual Oddities: While sexless and without biological attributes, he still identifies as male, and always makes a way to penetrate his prey, usually by manipulating the host into growing a phallic protuberance. Clothing: Not Applicable Special Attributes: Thoughtform. He is a creature of mental energy, or perhaps just a spirit. Whether classified as a formless entity or a ghost, he cannot interact physically with the real world unless he possesses a host, though this Does allow him to stalk prey constantly, unseen and undetected. Distinguishing features: When outside of a host, he is an unseen, floating weightless as a creature of thought. But, when he possesses a host, the host often takes on specific characteristics. If formless, the host will become more anthropomorphic, such as hands, a basic body structure, and most noticeably, glowing amber eyes. All hosts display these amber eyes, even if host was eyeless before possession. Capabilities: Host Assertion. When finally ready to ambush his prey, he possesses a host. Contrary to the term, a host does not have to be a living creature. It can be any form of animate or inanimate object, and even some forms of liquids such as oil, or heavier, mineral-rich water. The usual volume of Assertion is around that of a large male human, though there are exceptions, such as with premade forms. Statues, vehicles with many moving parts, and the like all fall within this even if they're seemingly too large. Once inside a host, he has the capability of changing the host, Asserting his will onto it. Parts may shift or bend, or grow, or change colors. Most noticeable changes are the strength of the Host, which is strong enough to restrain most human prey, and the eyes, glowing amber lights that form onto the "head" of the host. Weaknesses: Host Assertion is a mentally exhausting ordeal. It is manipulation of mind over matter down to the molecular level, and as such, once a host is possessed, it is his body until he leaves it. So, he is subject to any weaknesses his host has. If flammable, he is now flammable, ect. If a part of the host is injured, say having a stretch of wall he's Asserting get slashed by an axe, will cause him to feel pain in relation to the injury. He is also unable to change too much variable volume at once. A single small room and its furniture would be his absolute limit, and that would be stretching it. Once Assertion is initiated, it cannot be done again without several hours of dormancy. Any Assertions made to a host disintegrate or revert when the Host body is vacated. Likes: Unique people, interesting settings, irony. Dislikes: Brute force, average people, cliches. History: What would you do, if you could do anything, be anything, go anywhere....but didn't know why you could, where you came from, or who you are? If you awoke to the aching, floating senselessness of the void of Space, but felt no cold, no pain? The subject of this profile just Was one day. Conscious, self aware, with knowledge of what life was, but not what he was. He floated, formless through the void for who knows how long, perhaps the ghost of a sentient creature lost in the empty depths of space, or as a new form of mobile consciousness on the psychic plane. He would have continued floating, if not for ship he found. On it, was an unknown species, a starship on a merchant run. Within, a full crew, which he could feel as well as see. Life...he watched them for a time, feeling an unknown hunger within his mind. A hunger, a mental Need, which until now had been silent...or perhaps nonexistent. As he watched these biologicals and their day to day lives on the ship, he found himself following the captain. A strong, charismatic female, she had force of personality, and she kept her crew working hard. He watched her, waiting, learning. He gained insight into her private practices, her unseen, secret lusts...and suddenly, he struck when she was alone, Asserting his will into a sex toy she was relieving herself with. it changed, grappled onto her, and forced her to climax again and again until she was a babbling mess. When the first mate finally broke open her bunk door to check on her, he found her drooling, struck mindless by the pleasure mixed with the horror of the unforeseeable situation. He then watched from a state of dormancy as that same first mate, overtaken by his lust, pinned her to the bed and started raping her. When discovered, he had the rest of the crew join in. Amber Eyes watched the carnage he'd unleashed, as her formerly loyal crew took turns using her, the formerly proud woman reduced to the crew's living seed receptacle. Perhaps being that close to other living things and their dark, secret thoughts had affected him, because he had changed. He had a goal now...slipping from ship to ship, having his fun with the interesting members, and moving on. He was overjoyed, as one of the shuttles led him to this new place, designed for things just like him. Predators. And now, he had more prey than he knew what to do with. |

Interesting concept. I would caution against Asserting another person's character, but the ability to incorporate npc students and monsters into your encounters is an intriguing idea. That's not even mentioning all the possibilities of morphing inanimate objects. Should be fun to rp him. Welcome to the campus. Have fun...of the wrong kind, of course. |

Possessing people to rape victims is probably out as this is about monsters raping others and not possessed humans. The weakness is rather unclear as the monster is merely possessing objects and could merely unpossess them to avoid any and all damage. It also provides no means of dealing with the threat himself. Though agents are victims as well in this setting, they should still have a means to fight back and win to add some sort of challenge for the monster. Right now, there is nothing stopping your monster from possessing anything and everything after a bit of rest. |

Hmm...good point about the weakness. I'll tweak it a bit now. Thank you. |
