History: Victoria had never been anything special. She was a wallflower in Shokushu. This is what led NICE to believe if she disappeared, no one would be any the wiser. They were right of course. When the orphan girl was kidnapped in the middle of the night and taken to the labs to be experimented on it was like she never existed. For months the scientists performed all sorts of experiments on her. Giving her drug after drug. Her body felt like it was going to give out sooner or later and then she'd be forgotten, after all her mind had already snapped. That was until they tested a drug meant to slow down dehydration. It worked. After falling asleep she had turned into nothing but a puddle of water. But she hadn't died like the scientists thought. Her mind was alive in the water her body had turned into and she quickly grasped her new body. Using it to escape she new what she had to do. Take revenge on her fellow students who did nothing to save her.And she had just the way to do it.

History: Victoria came to life before humanity was even a concept. Back then she was a mindless killing machine. She would devour any creature she could find and use it's moisture to sustain herself... Well at that point it was itself as Victoria was still only a puddle of slime with no self identity. It was during early stages of man that Victoria became self aware by studying her prey. She began to take delight in sexually dominating the female's of early man. She eventually became obsessed with torturing them until the Ice Age. Her body did not like the cold and as such she needed to find somewhere to escape to. She would eventually find herself in a cavern beneath the future location of Shokushu High. There she would go into hibernation and sleep until one day in modern day, Victoria awoke. Alarmed to find the world had changed she search the immediate area and was delighted to know that man had survived and woman were just as alluring as ever. She would immediately begin her spree of raping woman even taking the name of the first student she raped in modern day.

Shokushu isn't actually on Earth, so that origin has a problem with how Victoria got there.

(I'm also not sure that an Earthly origin is going to be allowed at all, but that's a call for the administrators to make.)
