An appointment has been made to the staff of the school. Madison has been working on developing her character to match the red highlight she earned some months ago and has been added to the staff. As such she occupies a position, both IC and OOC just below the Headmasters and somewhat above the Head Girls, though the HG's still report direct to the Headmasters.

In terms of actual play, can I still keep just pitting the Head Girls against El's escalating rebelliousness?

I imagine eventually...they'd have to come see me for some reason.

Besides, the Head Girls will still handle about 90% of the stuff...and they don't have to deal with when the monsters get too rough.

The Head Girls still deal with most of the problem students when it comes to disciplining them over breaking the school rules. They would only refer a girl to Madison if it was beyond their scope, like a student trying to blow up the school.

The HG's also don't really have the ability to control the monsters and while they may make deals with a monster for their own benefit, such as leading a student into a situation where she can be raped, generally they can end up finding themselves the victim as well if it all goes wrong.

Madison will have the IC power to sort out a problem when a monster gets beyond the limits of their hunting license.

So HG's should look on her as a back-up rather than someone taking their power away.

That slime monster girl looks like a really interesting way to take advantage of a student. I wish I'd thought of it
