The witch did not notice the door locking behind her or that a demonic being was coming into existence right behind her. She knew that the monster was coming if not already here. But there was always the questions of how and when that lingered in her mind.

The answer soon came as arms wrap around her and pulled her up against a humanoid form. Her body tensed up as a hand reached up to grab his. She tried to pull away but once she noticed the firm grip she did not attempt anything further just yet. Hearing his voice and seeing his arms, it almost felt and sounded like an actual human male. But this must be a disguise or perhaps its was more humanoid type monster like an incubus.

Sighing softly she stood still as she spoke, "Fine, I am here as you asked. Not that I had much of a choice in the matter," she hissed in annoyance, "Now what do you want? Or should I assume its the same thing all you monsters want?"

Luju grinned at her responses, amused at her annoyance. It was indeed fun messing with the little witch. He was beginning to remember, too, the fact that his master had indeed had his way with Kanoe in the past. And more than that, details were beginning to come back as well, such as the fact that she was a witch, apparently. And that she used magic. Perhaps that could be used against her...

"Oh, come on. You wound me, my dear. Why would you think I'm the same as those sex-crazed monsters. I went to such distances to get you out of your class, didn't I? Perhaps I wanted something else, eh?" Releasing her, the demon had her move around to take a look at him, and indeed, he didn't appear like any sort of monster at all. Perhaps he was at least a bit more civil. "You are indeed attractive, I will grant you that. But don't ever lump me in with the rest of those ham-fisted brutes. Manners, my dear, will go a long way."

Released, the woman stepped away and turned to face who she was dealing with. The horns and strange tattoos only revealed that this was probably some sort of demon. Beyond that she was unsure what to expect. From what she experienced in the classroom, this one no doubt had some unique demonic powers.

"Fine then," she replied cooly, still not accepting his answer, "Then why did you call me out here. I do not know who you are beyond someone who nearly embarassed me in class." She had not forgotten the spells that were used on her. Any longer and she may have came right there during lecture. The teacher would have less than pleased to see that happen during her class.

"Oh, yes... My manners. Well, I'd hate to be a hypocrite, so... Without much further ado about nothing, the name is Luju." The demon stepped back a bit more and gave the witch a bow of sorts, as if he was some actor. "And I called you out here because I want the same thing as the other monsters. Ha, no, sorry. Just a bad joke, my dear. I actually, erm, need some help of a special sort. The witch kind of help, in fact. And I heard about you from our... Ah, mutual friend."

Now, how could he explain what he had done what he did to Kanoe in the classroom and establish rapport of some sort? What had the Marquis said on this subject... Ah, yes... "As for what I did to you in the classroom... Well, I felt it prudent to demonstrate my power for you, so you'd know just what you're dealing with."

"Beside..." Luju added, grinning at Kanoe like the smug bastard he really was. "You wouldn't have been embarrassed. The entire classroom was completely under my control. Just like puppets, with me holding all the strings. That's my power, you know... I can dominate anyone just like..." Luju snapped his fingers, and as if to serve as an example, the witch's loins began heating up just as it had done so before before fading away quickly. "So. Mind, body, and soul. Everything, my dear, is laid bare before my power. You humans... As well as those monsters."

"Didn't you think it was strange no one noticed what was happening to you? It wasn't like you actually did a good job of acting normal. Your classmates' minds have been wiped clean. The teacher has no idea you left at all. In fact, she thinks you've been excused from class, courtesy of me. So, technically, you're free now."

The witch shivered as the demon showed his power once more. He could do all this with a snap of his fingers? Her eyes narrow as she frowned. "No, I am not free," she replied cooly, "I am merely under your control instead of teacher. And I am certain that your mutual friends are no friends of mine."

Crossing her arms infront of her chest, she sighed softly. "You can control people entirely and do this to multiple targets including monsters and you are asking for my help? What could I possibly do for you that would be of any use?" It seemed ridiculous that a demon would ask for her help. She had no where near that sort of power.

Escaping was not an option unfortunately. He could just snap his fingers and make her do whatever he wanted. Which brought up another point. "And if you can simply control me, why not do so and get the task done anyway. Though I am grateful for some manners, I fail to see why you bother showing such to a mere mortal such as myself."

"Because, for all my power, I haven't forgotten one of the few laws of reality that govern everything. There is no such thing as absolutes. In fact, if you must label the absolute, use its proper name... Temporary." The demon shrugged, thinking that this was explanation enough. But then again, he was dealing with a human... "Ah, let me put it in this way... My power isn't absolute. There are blind spots in it, flaws. And... while I could just take control of you and force you to use your powers to help me..."

Luju tilted his head to the side and gave her a shrug. "It just would be more efficient for me if you were given an opportunity to cooperate. It just would serve my ends better if you felt that you actually had a choice. Not that you really do, but... the perception of a choice is what counts, no?" The demon smirked again, knowing that he could be annoying to deal with sometimes. "I am, however, willing to negotiate a deal with you. Unlike those morons..." Luju jerked his head to the side, as if he meant the monsters. "I prefer to maintain my integrity, as much as that can be kept at any rate..."

"Beside, it's not like I'm happy about this either, woman."

"As you said, I do not have a choice," she said simply, "But, if you wish to negotiate, then I need to know what exactly you need from me and what you are offering me." Kanoe doubts that the demon was telling the entire truth. She had yet to see any monster actually run out of energy or strength. The witch had already had several shows of stamina as the monsters raped her body to exhaustion. But she was already in a corner. Refusing meant he used his power to make her do whatever he wished then possibly taking more for being troublesome.

"I suppose all that is left is getting on to business," she continued, "You seem to know I am a witch and what I am capable of. If it is within my power then I shall help you, Luju. What is it you offer in exchange for this boon?" The witch doubts she would get much or anything at all. In the end she will be lucky if she finishes this deal with all her clothes still on. Making deals with demons rarely turns out to be a benefit. But that has never stopped the dark witch before.

The demon nodded, seeing that she was at least willing to entertain the idea of bargaining with a demon. That was a start. But now, what was he supposed to do? Luju tried to think back on another of his master's lessons. Making deals between demons and mortals was always an important thing, even though the monsters here on this island seem to have spit all over that tradition, the Marquis still felt bound to adhering to the old rules, to the old traditions. And by extension... so did Lujuria. Without order, there was only chaos after all.

"Hmph. Very well. The situation is this... I've a bargain with another on this island of yours, and she requested that I get rid of a particular monster harassing her. My problem... While I've been able to control the monster and keep him busy, I haven't been able to discover a way to return him back to where he came from." The demon leaned against the will, allowing his form to shift back into that of his human one, deciding that it would probably put the witch at ease even by a tiny bit. "One of my contemporaries advised me on this. I need to enlist the aid of someone who possesses an abundance of mana. In other words, you."

"And as much as I hate to say it, I don't exactly have the sufficient power to send this monster back to his shithole. What I need from you is... Let us say, fuel. I got the spell I need to send him back, and all I'm lacking is the power for it." The demon grunted, apparently displeased at revealing such a weakness. But that was the essence of the lesson the Marquis had taught him. It was important to allow your prey to feel, to believe, that she was in a position of power, that she had something to bargain with. "As for what I'm offering you... I need to keep up my end of the bargain with the other woman, so... Hmph, what do you believe would be an adequate reward for assisting me?"

The situation finally explained, the deal made a bit more sense. Would do no good to use mana to control someone to get more mana even if someone with an abundance of it like herself. Though the matter was still not much in her control, her position was a bit better now that she knew this. The only problem is good or not, she will have to accept the deal in the end.

The opportunity to be rid of at least one monster on the island was a perk in itself. It does not help her with the monsters she has to deal with now though. She frowned slightly as he asked what her reward should be. How was she suppose to know? It was doubtful the demon would be able to help her in matters with monsters she was enslaved with. And at this point, she found herself not concerned with being Natsuki's slave. It was at least safer than other monsters.

"I am unsure what I could possible gain from you, so I do not know what sort of rewards are available," she replied, "Also, how exactly are you going to use my mana to fuel this spell?"

"Then... would you prefer to just have me remain in debt to you instead? You could always call on me whenever you've a problem that need dealing with. I don't expect you to decide on what you want right now anyway. I got bigger problems than wondering what kind of reward you want for your services." The demon grumbled, maintaining the act of a somewhat desperate, somewhat disgruntled man.

"As for your mana... It's just a simple issue of mana transference. That was the term my colleague used, I believe. Essentially, what I'm doing is sending the monster back to whatever hole he crawled out of, and then I'm going to be sealing him back in there. The first part, I can accomplish on my own easily." Luju sighed, still carrying on with the act he had orchestrated around the witch. Only thing is... What's the point of sending a monster away if it's going to be coming back anyway? Your mana, happily, is more than enough to create a magical seal on the monster. To stop him from ever coming back into this world. Obviously, the more mana you can procure, the better."

"Only problem is it would leave you a bit defenseless until you can replenish your mana stores, I suppose. But then again, I'm sure you're accustomed to being defenseless in this place, eh?"
The demon shrugged, not really seeming like he would actually care about that, but then again, it wasn't as if he was actually in any position to annoy the witch he needed... Right? "But if it makes you feel a bit better, I'm also willing to stick around and fend off monsters until you get back on your feet, mana-wise. Naturally, I'll be keeping my hands to myself... No offense, but I'm not interested in you females."

She sighed softly. Seems the abundance of mana was going to be just enough for the task. Being drained of all her mana was not a pleasant thing and much less a situation she liked to be in.

"Very well then I shall make my price simple," she said softly, "In exchange for me taking part of this, you will protect me until I regain my mana. This price will be paid even if the seal does not work. The last thing I need is the spell to fail and be helpless with no assistance. Once I recover you will not have to worry about your debt and I do not have to worry about a demon sending me messages during my classes. Does that sound like a deal to you?"

As useful as demonic favors may be, the witch did not want that sort of attachment with another demon. She was already dealing with enough demons, monsters, and angels than she cared to. Get the job done, recover and be free of this matter entirely. That was the plan. She just hopes the matter of not being interested in her was the truth. As long as the demon kept his word, she saw no issues with the matter.

"Very well. In exchange for your assistance, I will remain with you until you are able to defend yourself. As for the seal failing... Well, I'll worry about that if it happens. It's not like the monster can actually give me a problem, considering the kind of power I got at my fingertips." Luju grinned happily, seemingly pleased that Kanoe had decided to cooperate with him after all. Somehow it was really more fun to trick someone into falling for your traps after all. Perhaps the Marquis was actually onto something here.

Now that things had proceeded the way they had, Luju evolved whatever plan he originally had, deciding to go in an entirely new way. Perhaps he could make use of the witch's mana after all, and for an entirely different purpose than the one he had stated... The demon, keeping his composure intact, held out his hand for Kanoe. "Shall we go then? The preparations are already completed and I've a sanctuary of my own that will keep us safe from anyone who might interfere. I've no wish to see you waste any of your mana just because some near-sighted fool of a monster think I need help with you." Luju spoke, his voice clearly laced with sarcasm toward his own 'kind'.

"You've no wish to be caught in the open, correct? It's only a quick trip there then back."

With the deal made, things were underway. Luju seemed just as annoyed with the other monsters as she was. She was unsure if she should be pleased or suspicious about it. Monsters tend to stay out of each others way so I doubt this demon was having many issues with them.

Seeing the offered hand, the witch hesitated for a moment before accepting it. "Very well, let us go," The sooner this was done, the sooner she can begin recovering and be out of this mess. Perhaps she could learn something about the spells he was going to use to banish and seal the monster. Could prove useful in the future.

Kanoe had a bad feeling about this. Then again she had a bad feeling about dealing with any new monster or demon. Every part of her paranoid being suggested this was a trap. But there was no reason to make a trap for a witch already caught right?

The demon closed his hand around the witch's own, and then it was as if they were somehow being tugged into one direction. The sensation only grew stronger until it appeared as if a hole in reality had been tore open and the two pulled into it, disappearing into an absolute darkness. For only moments, it felt as if they did nothing but float around in the infinite void, nothing but darkness stretching from horizon to horizon. It could be disconcerting sometimes for mortals, Luju knew.

It wasn't before long that the two soon arrived to what appeared to be a sizable platform, suspended in the unmistakable center of infinity, black darkness all around them, with a dozen or so braziers floating in midair, holding torches to bring some sort of light to this empty void. On the center of the platform was a rather large pentacle, glowing crimson red. Even for those ignorant to the ways of magic, the pentacle seemed to pulse with power, as if it was hungry for more. And then the demon released Kanoe's hand, allowing her to explore what was there to see, which wasn't much.

" Just take your time. Whenever you're ready, little witch... I'll need you to stand in the middle of the symbol here. I imagine you've had a lot of training in controlling your mana... So you should be at least aware of what to do with that, and don't ask me, please. I'm not the witch here. Just remember, as much mana as you can provide, and don't worry about whenever it'll be enough or whenever it won't be enough. Once we have enough, I'll proceed with my part then we can get this over with."

Teleportation was always disorientating to those who cannot do it. The moment she took the demon's hand, she was pulled into the depths of nothingness. For only a few brief moments, she felt completely weightless like if she were in floating in empty space before suddenly landing upon a platform floating in nothing. At least there was air in this void.

The witch looked around but there was only so much to explore. Escape was even less an option now than ever. It was best to just get this started and over with. Even as a witch, she had her fill of strange things happening for the day.

For a demon, Luju did not seem to know much about the pentagram glowing on the ground. Sighing softly, Kanoe stood in the middle of the unholy symbol. The lack of directions was annoying but she could only assume she was to direct her mana towards the symbol pulsing with power. Anything beyond that she had no idea what to expect.

Sighing softly, the witch closed her eyes. Slowly her uniform and hair began to sway as if being blown by a breeze. Kanoe focused only on dark magic as she allowed the threads of mana to flow from her hands and fingertips. She did not bother chanting as a spell was not required. Just raw mana was needed and raw power was at least something she was skilled at channeling. Feeling her mana ebbing away gradually, she could only assume this was working the way it should.
