She could hear it growl out in frustration, Amos had not been too far behind. His location could be marked as small trees were uprooted and knocked down, the thing growling out as it went. It was some sort of demon, or it looked like one anyway with the curved horns jutting out of his head.

His skin was a crimson coloration and large leathery wings jutted out of his back. Claws exuded from his hands and his mouth sported dozens of needle sharp teeth. On his ribs were three circles at each side though she had not had time to have a close look at them.

If she had not come across the thing busy with Tina well it would have preyed upon her now though she had stumbled upon the pair which gave her a bit of a head start though Amos was catching up as noted by the cascading trees that crashed to the forest floor as it came, no it came straight ahead despite the obstacles in it's path.

Coming out here proved most unfavorable, and even now it was getting gloomier as the evening sun hung low in the sky, barely seen from the forest.

There came the sound of running water though it did not sound as if there was a huge quantity of it. Of course there were the sounds of Amos to contend with as he pressed through the forest, growling out as he did so.

"Were are you girl?" She could hear it growling as it sniffed the air as if searching out her scent. Then it seemed to purr, stopping only for a moment. "I can smell you. Come out and I'll go easy on you, I won't hurt you too much. But if I have to sniff you out ... well, it will be most pleasant on my part anyway."

Ryu could hear him growling, her back tightly pressed against the bark of a tree behind her. Her hands were quick to pull the collar of her blouse up to her mouth, partly to weaken the noise as she was panting softly into the cloth. In her panic she had used the wrong breathing technique, not any at all, leaving her in a state where she had to recover for a few seconds.

But he didn't give her a chance, though she did pass many tree lines he did not give up on her. She doubted she came very far, but at least she wore her gym shorts this time which was against the dress code, but she was indeed running that time. It didn't do much to cover her shapeful backside though, but it helped her a lot while running away.

"Are you kidding me?", she whispered to herself in fear, hearing he would not hurt her too much if she'd come to him by herself. Answer him? No.. bad idea. Her mind told her not to do it, she did not want to end up like the girl who was with him. Good thing it wasn't her classmate but rather someone she knew by seeing and watching.

Ryu listened to the world around her and hurried forward to another tree, facing away from him. The last thing she was going to do was to turn around.

There was a river nearby, but she didn't know where exactly. Also she could hurry back to where she came from, but it was dangerous. She was lost in the woods and the night was going to put a negative factor on her soon. Instead she looked left and right, then chose to run where he wasn't at. The demon was moving on her right, or at least she guessed so, thus her gaze flickered to the left and managed to make out a passage where she could run without being seen and no obstacles in her way. Just perfect for her condition and stamina.

If he could smell her a river wouldn't distract him much. The girl made a run for it, her red locks waved in the wind as she picked up speed. Unfortunately her steps weren't as quiet as she stepped on a few branches on the ground, but nonetheless kept running like her life was going to end in the second he'd reach her. Gotta find a familiar place, just something familiar..

The demon had nearly been 8' in height. It's hearing had not been as sharp as his sense of smell though he still heard the snapping of branches, he sniffed the air, picked up her scent and altered his course in that direction.

Amos was close now. Not too far off actually if he had to guess.

"Very well, your choice has been made. I'm going to enjoy this." He snarled as he went, though after his words he went quiet. It did little good in altering her of his presence though he enjoyed the scent of her fear clinging upon the air.

Amos took wing to avoid making too much noise. His flapping was infrequent to mask the sound of his wings gliding to branch to branch when he climbed high enough.

Meanwhile, Ryu came to an old dirt trail that cut it's way through the forest. The place seemed familiar ... her mind jolted back in time as she recalled that this had been the place that she ran across Aegir for the first time.

That meant that the school was not far, 5 minutes or so by the hiking trail but an eternity it seemed with this thing persuing her. The sounds of water had diminished and the indicated body of water had been passed without her seeing it at all.

The presence of two minds filled him, coming in his direction rather quickly. Aegir was slow moving and thus tended to conceal himself and let beings pass him by as he observed them. If monsterous he tended to leave them alone, if student then he could spring upon them unsuspectdly if the mood struck him.

The mood did not envelop him at the moment. Most of his day had been spend in reflection, he honestly grew quiet bored and thus contemplated puzzles in his compound mind. Though now he was faced with another problem.

The two minds, one human for he had grown accustomed to their thought process and the structure of their minds, and one alien indicating a monsterous being of some sort since none of them, or rather few of them conformed to the same pattern. They were tougher to read too since he did not have the experience in dealing with them. Often though it proved to be a matter of minutes before he figured out how their brains were structured and how to manipulate them.

Usually he wouldn't care for this sort of thing, He had not worked with others before and he had no inclination of doing so now. So typically he would get out of the way, camaflauge himself by altering his pigmentation then proceed on when the situation warranted it.

That's what he would normally do. Now this mind was undergoing distress, no biggie there. But he knew this mind. He felt it before often enough. Ryu. Now at the moment the two were still a distance off, for him anyway, but they were closing fast.

He thought for a second then invoked a familiar illusion becoming Ruby. Deception was key, and being under estimated was ideal for the situation as he gave a little thought of what he would do. All off a sudden though his lax desire left him, a musky scent radiating off of him as he felt his shafts begin to stiffen.

Partly exhausted, partly desperate, she did not carry on as she reached the familiar dirt trail and the part of the woods around it, listening closely if there were any signs of the demon and if he was still after her. He had said something before he went silent which didn't necessarily mean that he lost her scent. Good thing, he doesn't seem to have any heat vision.

At least she knew the place, though she couldn't judge where to go in the first place before she realized where the path would lead in either direction. Ryu was attempting to escape him, not do the obvious and run back towards the dorms, in her panic she was close to do the wrong move and another monster had told her that such a thing could be fatal.

Ryu did head in the opposite direction, further away from her safe haven though she did not make it any further than the day she encountered Aegir there. Keep a clear head, girl. Her mind was heading for the unknown and her only advantage would be that she was the one running away and the demon had to follow her in order to get his dessert. However, she was in the open for a short while as she kept running away, then decided to randomly turn right into the tree lines on the other side of the trail.

At least the vision was good enough at this point, it wasn't really daytime anymore but the remaining sunlight gave the red headed student enough to see. For a second she even doubted he'd ever catch up with her. It was then she heard something rip, the sudden pull at her clothes unbalanced her shortly until she came to a full stop at a close tree.

Red eyes gazed upon what appeared to be nothing else but a thick branch, reaching down towards the ground with a red piece of cloth at its tip. My tie! The top button of her blouse appeared to be missing, just as the cloth which covered her mouth and nose, now exposing a narrow bit of her cleavage, but she had no time to pick everything up. Instead she turned and cursed herself for not watching her step properly. At least this sports bra does a good enough job... Probably she wouldn't last much longer anyway, it wasn't that much of a distance but the landscape and his threat made it harder to move with ease.

The woman yelped out as she lost the ground underneath her, she tripped over a protruding root but made the fall without hurting herself, perhaps one or two scratches, nothing more. It seemed like she dropped on a lower level, descending about five feet. The plant looked similar to a beech tree and, more importantly, it would hide her from someone who was after her. She took a moment to collect herself, then made a dash straight into the unknown again. Ryu was counting on the demon to give up on her, or lose interest, yet she couldn't tell if he was around.

Her heart was beating in her chest as a subtle wetness could be felt on her forehead, she started to sweat. Now that it grew colder this wasn't the best thing either, but panic and the fear his appearance elicited kept her going. And she certainly didn't intend to find out just how much he would hurt her either.

Amos had lost track of her in the woods, currently he was scanning the trail in both directions determining which way she was likely to go. He had settled upon the school and thought that he could catch up with her. He had been about to take flight in that direction when he caught movement in the other direction when Ryu diverted off of the road.

Clever ... he thought to himself. [i[But not clever enough.[/i]

He glided to another tree, then another. As he drew closer he could see the remains of her shirt tangled up in thick vegetation. Making him aware that she came this way. He looked from his perch, straining through the branches of the trees. He saw more movement, gauged it's distance in his head then dove off the branch he had been standing on.

Gliding to her he cut down the distance though she would hear the snapping of branches that he failed to avoid. But even gliding he was rather fast, landing a short distance behind her, growling out as he landed, vegetation crunching under his feet as he landed.

"To think," he commented as six red tentacles, either side of his ribs emerged from the circles there. They wiped towards Ryu. "That you could have had it so much easier. I'm glad that you've made this harder then it need to have been."

It felt like her heart was going to burst through her rump until it suddenly stood still, a few snapping sounds told her that something was close to her. Ryu spinned around in the very moment he landed, stumbled a bit clumsy as he growled once more. Her fall was caught by a few leaves on the bottom of the forest, but then again she was quick to go through her possibilities in this one.

The moment tentacles sprouted from his ribs she did not need to count any other factors, it was a bitter defeat even though she had a head start. Thanks to a few mistakes however, he had managed to get her. Possibly it was even worse to disturb a monster during the intercourse with a student rather than being chosen as a target in the first place.

No, it's not the time to give up just yet. Her hand reached out for what appeared to be a branch he had brought down with him as he landed, it was rather thick so it might aid her. Of course he was going to overwhelm her, she didn't even doubt it, but as long as she was able to, she decided to fight. The woman gave him a death glare though inside she was literally turning to jello, the tall figure of his standing there as she jumped up on her feet and sent a blow towards one of his appendages, unfortunately it missed its destination.

"Fuck off!" Whatever his tendrils were going to do, she was no threat to him and in fact her last action had unbalanced her, it'd be an easy capture. "Leave me alone!", she shouted desperately before the force behind her strike let her find balance anew, otherwise she might have fallen over.

Now she was hoping for rescue as she glanced at him in disbelief and anger, feeling the tentacles around her as they were going to strike any second.

There hadn't been any reason for Amos to dodge the incoming attack, not that he would have anyway as she unbalanced herself in an effort to injure him. Ah, but he could taste her fear now, his tentacles wasting no time in striking as they arced towards her.

The six appendages took a bit of effort on his part to direct though not much. Besides, with six appendages it was tough to keep track of them all as evident as one coiled about her leg. He yanked bringing her down off her feet.

"Foolish girl! No weapon of man can harm me."

He snarled as the mass of his tentacles swarmed towards her, attempting to secure her before she had a chance to escape. He grinned down at her, walking closer as he did so. He was taking his time, enjoying the sensation of her helplessness. Smelling the sweet intoxicating aroma of fear that had been stronger in her than in Tina.

It had been higher in his prey at least initially though it ebbed as it became despair, regret and later shame. Since he particularly enjoyed feasting on that emotion he had left Tina in pursuit of more flavorable gain.

He bent down, grasped her by the chin and yanked her head up so that he could gaze down at her. His other hand slid down her chest, claws scraping against it though not cutting. Over a breast his touch roamed then it stopped between the two orbs, his claws tugging and shredding at the sports bra as he tore it away, purring in the process as his gaze dipped to take in the glorious sight of her chest, a hand grasping one of those orbs as he squeezed it tightly in a hand.

"Mmm, you'll do nicely."

Her limbs were secured as the student found herself on the ground, her eyes on him as he walked closer. She couldn't even look away nor close them so he wouldn't be an image in her mind, his frightening form in front of her as he bent down towards her helpless body, the woman gave away a whimper as he grasped her chin and forced her to look at him thoroughly.

However, her eyes seemed to narrow in anger as he explored her front, then roughly removed the last garment which covered her breasts, revealing the soft and pale flesh. Her cheeks reddened as he grasped one of her orbs, she clenched a fist as he did so while commenting on her qualities. This is such an embarassing situation.

"I won't do anything for you, you sick freak!", she scowled at him, then trying to break free as her whole body squirmed a bit, attempting to wiggle herself free like a worm, seemingly without any positive result other than her impressive chest swaying in the same motion as her body. The woman sighed as she came to a stop, then shifted her gaze towards the ground as she was too afraid to look at him a bit longr, especially his teeth were threatening to her since there were quite a few things he could bite with those.

Nonetheless, Ryu was scared but kept her rebellious attitude towards him as her eyes locked with his once more. "I dare you to touch me, to squeeze my breast one more god damn time or even thinking about doing so!" It was a miserable attempt to resist him since he'd find out sooner or later just how nicely she'll do.

He chuckled, eyes spilling down her form as she spoke. "Why, you don't have t9 do anything." He commented, a hand daring to touch her just above her right breast. His hand skimmed against her chest while the tentacles on her limbs grew tighter to secure her with all that useless wiggling.

One tentacle dipped beneath the hem of her shorts and panties even to press against her clit, he vigoorously rubbed against the nub of flesh as one of his claws bit into her skin, drawing blood as he generated a gash against her skin.

He leaned down to the wound, lapping at the blood that oozed out of the wound. His hand reached down to her shorts unbuttoning them then jerking the material down her legs part way along with her panties.

"Sweet," he commented as he savored the blood on his tongue, a clawed hand gripping her breast none to gently as he squeezed it in his grasp. His tongue dashed against her nipple as he played with it, his cock growing hard as it engorged with blood, like a switch blade it popped out of his body where it was contained when not in use.

A lone finger trailed down her chest leaving a scratch against her flesh as it went, opening her up as he went. He chuckled softly to himself, closed his eyes and concentrated, then opened them again.

He projected pain into her mind, drawing upon past memories to fool the brain as he injected his vile, though limited mind control upon her. His head lifted, the sensation dwindling as his concentration broke as his head lifted upward. He sniffed the air, grinned, then gazed around him.

"We've got company," he whispered with a grin. There was a musky scent and what he envisioned was either another monster or a student doused by a skunk. He didn't think that their were animals on the island other then people but he could be wrong.

If a monster he didn't mind sharing either ...

Sharp pain and forced pleasure was her reward for running away, though partly pleasant for the red haired masochist some things were slightly off, even harming her physically. Eyes went wide in shock as he tasted her blood, gasping in response to him pulling down her remaining garments. Ryu yelped out at the unpleasant touch upon her breast, only to be replaced by a tender moan when he teased her nipple with his fleshy tongue. The only thing which followed was more pain as he left a scratch on her chest, not that she looked down but she could feel it.

It doesn't feel good, it doesn't.. How poor she tried to convince herself she disliked it. Her body spasmed as pain seemed to come out of nowhere, the girl whimpering as it seemed that images of her past were showing in front of her inner eye. It was then he lifted his head and the agony started to wane, leaving Ryu with the slightest hint of tears in her eyes which were welling up during the process.

Though treated in a bad way, the red head did also focus on the scents around her as the demon sniffed the air. One part was hoping for help, yet another managed to scream how much she wanted this. She was quick to pick up the musky scent though as he gave her the hint of an incoming being. "It hurts..", she panted a bit subconscious as the wounds felt like they were literally burning. Meanwhile her eyes were half-lidded, given the fact he gave her some relief while suffering from all this.

Oh, he might not have known who it might be, but at the same point a single word appeared in her thoughts. Aegir. It was him with no doubt. This monster was one of the endearing ones, at least from her point of view though he wasn't the nicest either. He was gentle, yes, but also knew his way to connect with Ryu without making her feel uncomfortable.

It was a chance, nothing beyond that. She tried to rise a bit as her captor secured her tight. "Over here! Somebody help me!", the student cried out desperately, hoping it would be the one she expected. Too bad she didn't know about the demon's intentions and what the newcomer was going to think about it.

"You had your choice," Amos snickered then drew on his limited mental abilities summoning in a telekinetic touch that secured Ryu to the earth so that his attention could be directed on the incoming approach of the latest arrival. To be interrupted twice in one day was setting a record.

Ryu called out, his gaze flickered to her then back at the tree line as he quickly determined that she was more helpful than not seeing that whoever or whatever was out there would be attracted to this place. In either case he would be able to deal with them quicker then if they were simply wandering around. They were near a hiking trail so it was possible that it was just a hiker.

Amos' tentacles retracted from her. "Two is much more fun ... we're just getting started."

"Ryu?!"

A red head gasped as she came into view. Her mouth dropped opened a hand going to it as his flesh seemed to turn white as her eyes fell upon Amos. She stumbled back, colliding with a tree then sinking down to the ground. Ruby appeared to be shocked and offered up no resistance as tentacles streak towards her legs, Amos dragging her back to Ryu's prone form. He chuckling.

"Too easy at least this one put up a bit of a chase. My luck, two red heads, imagine that."

Ruby seemed terrified though telepathic words flooded into Ryu's mind as Aegir spoke to her.

What do you know of this creature?

While he asked this question of her his compound mind also worked on mapping out Amos' alien one. Probing things as he determined their structure and purpose. His explorations would let him unleash effective techniques in the future since he could cut off, simulate or flood certain impulses in the brain with greater ease.

Ryu watched her earlier girlfriend, or rather her image since it was Aegir under the illusion, and had to admit that he was giving the demon an easy go. She wasn't disappointed, not at all, at least somebody she knew passed by eventually. And just about time.

"It's not that hard to imagine, really." Afraid of him or not, it was always nice to comment on him, not to mention that pain couldn't stop her from doing this either with a smirk on her face. Whether or not he'd hurt her, she found it amusing. It was then the newcomer's words could be heard within Ryu's mind, and she was willing to tell him everything she could.

"I.. well, he seems to have a great sense of smell, not to mention that he is able to fly and.. tentacles only seem to sprout from the rings on his ribs, I don't know if that is even important. Other than that he has an understanding of mental manipulation, or at least I guess so, he caused pain with it though I have no idea how far his abilities go. Additionally.." Her thoughts seemed to stop for a moment as she tried to rise off the ground. "I can't stand up.. It might be something like.. what do you call it? I bet Telekinesis would be the closest word."

She sighed, something more might happen to her while Aegir obviously came there with a plan, not knowing what exactly and how long it'd take, it was up to her to endure this just a little bit longer. "You have to admit though, the way you get into the role of a terrified student, that's kind of perverted." Something to distract her from this was always good.

"You're disgusting.", she added a little bit more confident, still struggling against the painful sensations, but with the same underlying tone of anxiety and fear as she spoke to the demon.

Why, whatever do you mean? I prefer not to frighten, if possible. Besides, that state is easy enough to come by. Preconcieved notions, apperances and all that. Hmm, well then. He has some telekinetic abilities, and a reasonable sense of smell. By altering his brains responses I should be able to cut that sense off, if not entirely then partially. Same thing with his flight by cutting off his muscles responses to his wings. Oh, that's rather unpleasant ...

Amos had shredded the blouse Ruby was wearing and dug his claws into the soft flesh of her abdomen, spilling blood down her chest as the demon grinned down at her. "Lovely ... isn't it ... and you," Amos said as his attention drifted back to Ryu, "have just touched upon the tip of the iceberg."

It's a good thing I regenerate rather quickly. But pain is a sensation I rarely get to indulge in. Anyway, his mind is foreign to me at the moment and I'll need a few minutes to map it out so to speak. You're most welcome to stay here though if you like I can send you elsewhere into your mind.

In any case he had already disconnected her nervous system so that pain would not register, Aegir whimpered out, then screamed as he had been cut again immersing himself into the illusion. The claws didn't actually hurt him, they just felt different, that's all. Painful, yes, but not overly so given his great metabolism his wounds he had initially received had nearly been closed though his illusionary self was a mess with gore.

Amos reverted his attention to Ryu, he knew that he was not allowed to kill the students here given the rules governing his stay on the island though the students did not know his limitations. No death, no permeant mutilation but there were other, brutal methods at his disposal.

Amos appeared to be the opposite of Ryu, a sadist in contact with a masochist though he was a little too extreme, the busty red head did have her limits. She remained silent as she followed his movements, watching as he cut her friend in such a way, causing the image of Ruby to reflect the pain she was in. This was certainly touching her the most, meeting a few emotional responses as she wasn't able to do anything about it. Sure, it was Aegir under the facade of her beloved beauty, nonetheless it was Ruby in her eyes, sending a painful response through Ryu as it happened.

Relief overcame the woman as his attention returned to her. Sooner or later in these minutes though he'd return to Aegir, the most disturbing image she could imagine. Too bad her savior chose such an appearance, but probably any other girl would've done the same to her. At the same time the exhilaration elicited by seeing Ruby let all those horrible things fade, but wouldn't do for long. "Elsewhere sounds good... Please send me somewhere pleasant."

Without any further explanation she had chosen her path, not that he wouldn't know at this point. She didn't know what it meant to be elsewhere in her mind, but everything seemed better than this. "Oh and.. thanks for coming here. I really appreciate it." With the final thought of what might have happened to her without him, she faced her captor again.

"P-please don't harm me.. L-let us go!" Of course she put on a show for him, Ryu in complete distress as she looked up at him in horror, then glanced at Ruby, but immediately back at him. The student wasn't an actor, but she knew a few tricks while it was easy to fake the things she experienced just a few moments ago. Now she only had to wait until she was sent away, no matter what Amos or Aegir were going to do to her, she wouldn't feel nor see it.

For most others, I would have ignored the situation, he winced as a claw cut him especially deep though more out of the unexpected then actual pain. He would have to further this illusion with one of Ryu acting appropriately. It would do no good if she were none responsive though fortunately his compound mind allowed him to multitask.

He assumed that this situation would be rather unpleasant even to a masocist. The demon had been a sadist as he worked them over, Ruby chiefly for now if only to show Ryu what was in store for her. But she was gone beyond Amos' ability to touch.

The spray of water could be felt on her face as the ship sailed on throughout the night. Stars filled the heavens glittering down on her while the wind blew against her face and caused her dress to flap in the breeze. Yes, dress, her attire had changed and seemed older now, dated for the 15th or 16th century.

There had been an arm around her waist as a human male, roughly her age glanced up overhead at the collection of stars. He had dark hair and the stubble of a beard. His eyes were dark, though they drifted away from the sky toward's Ryu.

"And that one there is Orion's Belt ..."

There had been a glint of light near the surface of the water far on the horizon, the light seemed light the light shed by the distant stars but unlike them it was not constant and vanished soon after appearing.
