She smiles at Emily and leans against the other girl as the hand touches her back.

"Well, my family is kinda big, I'm the oldest, and we barely have ends meet at times. Things should be easier with me at school though."

She smiles to Emily and pushes those cute little wireframe glasses back up on her nose some.

"Your the first person I've met since I got here..well that wasn't a school offical issuing the uniform and giving me a small map of the place and everything.

Emily couldn't help but feel a little sad for the adorable girl leaning against her, yet she kept her warm smile.

"And it's a pleasure to meet you Monique."

She looks at Emily and smiles back to her.

"So what all is there to do for fun around here..and does this school have a chess team or a track team? I'm fairly good at both."

She keeps her smile, proud that she was actully her school chess champion, as well as one of their best runners.

From the moment she walked in, Emily could tell she played some kind of sport. She couldn't explain how fit the girl was any other way.

"Umm, I don't know about chess, but I'm pretty sure there is a track team. There is a pretty nice sports feild on campus, but I haven't spent a lot of time wandering around. I'm usually in class, doing homework, studying, or working on projects."

She looked at Monique's lovely hair. Most of her friends at home had pretty short hair, so it was nice to meet someone with hair even approaching the length of her own. Emily always thought that girls should have long hair, and after she began becoming interested in members of her own sex, she always thought it to be very attractive.

"Ohhh what do you like studying?"

She smiled, excited to hear about the possibility of the track team, and figured she would look into a chess team. She sees Emily looking at her hair and smiles running a hand through it, and then reaches to touch Emily's hair.

"You have really long hair, and its so smooth and silky too. What shampoo do you use, and do you do anything special to treat it?"

She was finding herself liking Emily more and more, she had never been attracted to another girl before, despite the few experiments she and some of her female friends done, which never got anywhere past just light petting.

She turns a bit to study Emily's hair a bit more, which presses the curve of her chest slightly against Emily's arm.

Emilt blushed a little as her hair was touched. She guessed that her eyes were leaving too obvious a trail.

"Haha, I use a sort of super shampoo that I mixed up a recipie for some time ago. It has a bunch of different shampoos, conditioners, and other things in it. It makes a really big batch, but the recipie is a se-cer-et!" She smiles as she took some of her own hair and threw it over the shoulder of her new friend.

She giggles as Emily's hair goes over her shoulder and she brings it up taking a sniff of it and smiles.

"Well maybe you will share some with me, or even show me how to make it."

She flips her own hair to go over Emily's shoulder, scooting closer to the other girl, finding herself liking her more and more. This being the first time she has met a really friendly person on the first day.

Coincidences didn't often happen to Emily. This wonderful girl showing up in the common room on one of the few days that she has free time was an unspeakably unlikely thing to have happened. Emily could feel a bond forming with this girl, and she wasn't entirely sure why...

Emily giggled and nudged Monique with her shoulder. "I might make you a batch, but you won't get my secret recipie!"

She giggled and nudged back, feeling the bond of friendship forming with the girl beside her as well.

"Oh come on, why not?"

She giggles again and looks at Emily, and reaches to start tickling her, though while tickling her face slowly draws closer to Emily's, just a little bit of space between them, Emily could easily make the first move if she wanted.

Emily had one big weakness: Tickling.

She started laughing instantly, squirming in Monique's grasp. She didn't even notice the other face hovering close to her own as little tears formed in her eyes.

"Cuz' -haha- it's SECERET!"

She grins as she seems to have found her new friend's weakness. She jumps up and into Emily's lap, straddling her so she can tickle her even more.

"But you must tellll, or the tickling monster will not stop."

She giggles too, her face still close to Emily's her hair falling about her shoulders and Emily's.

The poor girl could no longer speak. Laughter poured out of her as tears streamed down her face. No one here on campus had been this much fun before Monique showed up. Even though she would give almost anything to get this girl off of her, she was overjoyed that they met.

She stops tickling so Emily can catch her breath, she is breathing hard herself, after all laughter is contagious. She just rests her hands on Emily's sides, still straddling the other girl.

Emily breathed hard, still giggling with every exhale. Strands of hair stuck to her damp cheeks as she looked up at the girl straddling her. She didn't remember too clearly how they got in that position.

She then realised that Moniques hands were still on her sides. She tried weakly to push them away, breathing, "Please, -hehe- no more!"

She giggles some as her hands are pushed off, strands of her hair on her own face and most likely Emily's too. As her hands are pushed off it seems they was the only thing she had to brace herself up like she was, so she slips forward, her lips suddenly pressed to Emily's.

She blushes brightly at the accidental kiss, though she doesn't pull away to quickly, finding she actually likes the softness of another girls lips on hers.
