Racial Traits: The Trixian race has only four digits on their hands
and feet. Their hands are capable of producing miniature suction cups enabling
them pick up and use tools as if they had thumbs. They also have a tail similar
to a lynx.
Skin Tone: Light
Pubic Hair: None. Trixians do not have pubic hair.
Distinguishing features: Has very long curly hair that she likes to roll
up on each side of her hair. Despite this, her hair still continues to extend to her
back. Tends to dress very regally.

Background: Octavia was born eight to line of throne to the House of
Bellatrix of the Trixian Hegemony. Growing up Octavia wanted for nothing,
she went to the finest schools on Bellatrix, she spent a lot of time on the
royal space yacht, spent much of her summers at the royal summer homes.
She even learned several musical instruments such as the baliset and
visi-sonor.
Unfortunately, the Trixian Hegemony found was invaded and destroyed by
hostile forces wiping out most of the royal family and most of the Trixian
population. Only a portion of the Trixians survived the invasion and
escaped into space with two of the royal family, Octavia and her older
sister who has been designated as the Royal Princess until the missing
Queen can be found.
Octavia now finds herself in charge of finding a place for her people to
settle and help rebuild the Hegemony.

Psychological Profile: Her ideals frequently conflict with reality,
however, she reminds kindhearted and open-minded to everyone around her and
treats everyone with respect even if they are commoners or not even Trixian.

Personality: Octavia wants to make a difference and help her people, while
trying to prevent violence and war. Violence is something she hates;
despite how much she admires her sister ability to defend the Trixian fleet.
Her sister is the one she admires and loves, often wishing she could be
strong like her. However if she is forced to defend herself, she will.

Piercings and Tattoos: She has earring piercings on both her earlobes.
Languages: Only speaks Trixian (see Psionics).
Likes: Fashion, Meeting new people, Music
Activities: Exploring the sector, Developing relations with other races
Miscellaneous:
Weapon of choice: She does not like to fight, but if she was force to pick
a weapon she would choose a fencing sword like a sabre.
Equipment: Normally none, but being a princess she can get access to
anything pretty quickly.
Fighting Style: Octavia normal does not fight. She has a team of
handmaidens that also act as her guards to protect her. These two will
move to protect her and to ensure her safety. If forced to defend herself,
she has some training as a fencer and some basic self-defense skills.
Motivation: Octavia wants to find a new homeland for her people and rescue
any people that have gone missing during the destruction of the Hegemony.

Special Attributes: Trixians have mastery of their biology and are able to
keep themselves appearing young and beautiful despite their age. In
addition they are immune to most diseases.

Due to the superior DNA, members of the royal line also have some resistant
to aphrodisiacs and poisons. Finally all members of the royal line are
psionic unlike the rest of the Trixians.

Psionics: Octavia has three psionic powers:
1. Empathy. Octavia always feel the strong emotions of those around her.
She also projects any strong emotion she has to those around her.
In additions she can read any strong emotion that has been imprinted on an
object.

2. Language inference. Octavia instinctively picks up shallow thoughts of
those around her and can speak and understand their native tongue with
their native accent. This ability does not confer the ability to read
however, and she will not be able to understand any written text or
automated audio warnings that are not in her native tongue. In addition
if her ability is blocked somehow she will not be to communicate except
in the Trixian tongue.

3. Mindreading Block. The Queen was an excellent mind reader who was
able to read the minds of the most complex individuals with ease. That
was until she came across a male who was able to protect his mind from
such probes. This infuriated and intrigued the Queen who made the man
her consort. Octavia inherited this ability from the man who became her
father. Note that this only protects Octavia's thoughts and she is
unprotected from other forms of psionic manipulation.

Weaknesses: Octavia has a strong will and she is very determined to
the point of being capricious. This can lead to her taking rash
decisions that endanger her.

Ship/Vehicle: The Trixian Royal Shuttle has all the amenities that
a princess and her two handmaiden can expect. It is a little under-armed, but
has the capacity to land on a planet and travel to different systems.

She doesn't really appear very... alien.

I wanted her to be a near human but not part of the ADD. Should she be moved to ADD instead?

She looks very nice.

And I'm sure the Midrozi could find an ... appropriate home for her and her kind <_< >_>

Ok, talking it over, and she cannot be a near-human. There MUST be something that'll give her away as not being human if someone looks at her. And if she is to be in the ADD, then she must be a human.

Thankfully, there's some things that can be done that can be done about that.

Different skin coloration for one. Or unique markings on the skin.

Or if you're willing to change the biology a bit, that adds a bit to make her a bit more different. For example, a unique ear shape, ridges, or even a tail or a different number of fingers and/or toes.

Edited to make her less human and more obviously alien. Added a racial trait section.
