Makeda Lockley walked through the forest surrounding the school with both her back pack and a small duffel bag slung over her shoulders. Her long orange hair was pulled back in a ponytail while she worn a comfortable, but flowing lavender sundress with little white flowers adorning it with a pair of simple sandals on her feet. She broke into a clearing where the young woman found the object of her trek; one of the islands many natural spring fed lakes. She had volunteered to start taking water table samples for a class project for her science teacher as a means of getting extra credit, something that would have made her father proud to know she was taking the initiative on. The young woman set her things down near the bank before she walked over and stood on a rock that jutted out into the water. a stiff breeze blew across the lake and lifted a little of the oppressive heat that had settled across the island campus. The wind pulled the fabric of her dress taut against her front and accentuated her delicious curves that were hidden beneath the fabric.

After a moment of basking in the cool air coming off the water, she turned to gather her equipment to begin gathering her required samples and taking notes on the pH levels and other pertinent facts. As she returned to the rock and knelt down, she dipped her hand into the water and felt the inviting coolness, which caused her to giggle to herself as the thought of taking a dip to cool off crossed her mind. She giggled because she would either have to do so naked or in her bra and panties seeing as how she hadn't packed a bathing suit. After pulling her hand out of the water the heat felt more oppressive and seemed to make her decision.

"No ones around Maki...and its not like they would catch you naked..." She rationalized as she jotted a few quick notes and finished taking her samples as the young woman quickly stripped out of her sundress and left it laying with her other things. She undid the tie holding her hair back as she scampered over to the rock and stood there a moment in her black and white lacy bra and matching undies before diving in, surfacing a moment later and slicked her hair back...unaware of the eyes watching her swimming on this hot afternoon.
