Delia calmly walked inside glancing around at the better kept temple...much more than the other one as she noticed the Tapestry and quickly approached it looking at it for that familiar indent she knew before she heard the voices and acting fast quickly hid into the few shadows the temple had listening to the voices sounding like that of females....

She saw that the tapestry here was unlike the one she had seen a while back. Instead of a clever hole there was a painted image on it of a pyramid-like object. But hearing voices she hid in a small alcolve, just in time two as a pair of women entered into the temple. Neither seemed to be alarmed that she was here though both set out in setting out black candles along the room.

"I'm glad it's Miki and not me though," one said.

The other shook her head slightly then seized her arms as if an uncontrollable chill came over her. "I don't know if I could do it but there's been a lot of pressure on her since she was young, she is the head masters daughter after all."

Delia listened in with curious ears as the two girls walked in as she watched them carefully making sure to stay hidden as they seemed to be setting out black candles along the room talking about some girl named Miki as she just stayed calm and quiet waiting for the pair to leave or at least give info she needed....she had to fine the pyramid object and fast..

When the pair set out all the candles one of them set out a few sticks of incense and started them up, a cinnamon aroma soon filling the temple.

"Faftner will delight in her, she's been reared to serve in this moment since she was a young girl."

The other nodded. "That's not much of a childhood though being locked away and trained ... and the boys never once looked upon her in fear of Fafner finding out that they sought to tranish his prize. Has it really been 18 years since Julie's fall?"

"18 to the day, the head master will call him back from across the stars and he will shower us with praise for our continued devotion. Miki will be lost to him though he will leave directions as what to do for the next 18 years."

Delia's eyes narrowed it seems they offered a woman to the creature who owned this temple...no doubt one like Aegir as she shuddered...a poor girl in one of those things grip for 18 years...that must be hell and heaven combined as she smelled the candles in the air as she stayed quiet waiting for the pair to leave knowing she had to be quick once they left...part of her wanting to help this 'miki' but she had a job to do.

The pair left after setting up their candles and incense allowing her to continue her search of this place. They lit the candles before leaving generating a low lighting indicating they or another was expected here soon. But no luck in discovering a pyramid here of all places though as she searched she could hear more noise from outside as a group of people were approaching making conversation with one another as they went.

Delia looked around quickly but seeing no sign of that damn Pyramid as she clenched her fists tightly before hearing a group of people approaching the temple and quickly went back into her hiding spot staying quiet as she knew she had to wait again...she was really hating this job...

Hiding again a dozen or so robed people showed up, an even mix of male and female all adults save for the one teen, Miki she assumed, who stood in the middle of this group who began a chant in a dialect that she did not understand.

From the alcove she could see little without giving up her positon though the eldest one was holding a pyramid shaped object over his head. He stood by a strange podium that looked all too familiar to her, she had no need to see it fully to know that it was adorned with Norse runes and had a niche at the top to hold the pyramid point down.

They all continued to chant unaware of her presence it seemed and caught up with what they were doing.

Delia widened her eyes knowing almost what was going to happen that poor girl was going to be used as a sacrifice for the creature they summoned...but she knew she had to wait for the perfect chance, she knew her target now and had to wait to nab it..

Patience. Their was a high degree of ceremony and she knew from experience that all that was necessary was to insert the pyramid into the slot to activate it. She did have the thought that these keys had to be fine tuned to specific individuals rather than the closest entity, at least she rationalized the thought given that Aegir was the closest, but she could be wrong, Fafner could have been closer, the key might summon Aegir by accident or Aegir could be long gone by now.

She dwelled on the logistics for a moment before a masculine voice chimed out.

"Interloper!" Someone had seen her and heads where wheeling in that direction as a robed man was fast approaching the alcove she was partially hidden in.

"Shit," Delia hissed as she heard the voices and calmly walked out of the darkness arms crossed as she looked at them all.

"Don't mind me at all, just an observer," She said doubting that would work as she eyed the Pyramid, she had her weapons hidden for now incase she had to draw them to keep these nuts away from her.

A cold smile appeared on the features of the older man. "Bring her, she'll take Miki's place in the circle."

A relieved looking girl stepped aside as a large male approached Delia intending on seizing her by the arm and leading her to the circle. A quick survey of the group and Delia could see that only two of them had weapons of any kind and they were outside of the temple flanking the door and even then they were wielding simple staffs probably to intimidate the younger crowds from showing up here.

"How fortunate for you to join us," the older man said as he quickly appraised her. "Fafner will be pleased."

Delia just stayed calm as she gave the girl a small smile and wink as she was forced in her place and calmly dusted herself off from the forceful pulling looking at the leader calmly.

"If he's anything like Aegir...I'm not worried," She said calmly she doubt that they knew of the other creatures if this Fafner was indeed like Aegir..

Know one seemed to catch the reference as space was cleared out for her. Once that was done the chant started anew from the beginning in that same strange dialect though after about five minutes of the matter the pyramid was inserted into that hole producing a blinding green light. When it cleared she was no longer alone in the circle that the others created, but rather a being that looked very similar to Aegir if not him. Fafner?

Is this to be my rewards?

The thing gazed at her, studied her for a moment and seemed to be surprised. Why ... were is she from! It seemed alarmed as it jerked it's head toward the elder just as she could feel two tentacles coil around her legs holding her fast.

Delia calmly crossed her arms under her nicely sized chest as the creature's tentacles coiled around her legs as she chuckles at him.

"Fafner correct, Aegir sends his regards, I am his messenger...can't read my thoughts can you?" She teases not even worried about his tentacles wrapping around her legs.
