Re: Nostalgia (for Sinead)
Sinead let out a little whine of terror as his tongue continued to lap at her breast... not wanting to feel the reaction that she was to such a degrading thing. Her legs tried to close but were pinned apart by his superior strength. His hand dug deeper, starting to pull at her pants...
A loud banging noise from down the hall interrupted him, and he looked up, seeming only to freeze in place. For a moment she wasn't sure what had happened, though she realized she was still breathing... her bared chest rising and falling beneath her assailant. Craning her neck to look up, she saw someone emerge... eventually identifying them as the other being she had seen earlier.
"You...? Hell, I don't care if it's Santa Claus. Are you... going to help me still?" She asked timidly. She'd never seen a creature like this before. As it seemed to pluck the thoughts from her mind, she bit her lip. There was a pretty good chance he was working for Savalis too and wouldn't take kindly to the idea of his boss being killed... perhaps only here to make sure Stirge didn't ruin a potential slave.
"I really should have asked what you wanted in return... shouldn't I?" She asked carefully, trying to wriggle out of Stirge's grip.

Re: Nostalgia (for Sinead)
As she wriggled the creature glanced at Stirge and released her as he got up and took a step away from her. The creature then turned it's attention back to her, seemingly picking up on her thoughts.
I could care less about Savalis so you can rest easy. His people took something from the ruins I was coming from earlier ... oh, yes, it was a good think you didn't fire then either, it either knew what she was thinking or perhaps it had seen her earlier, as impossible as it seemed, and made an educated guess.
It slithered forward a little, gazing down at her then extending a tentacle toward her to assist her up. So far they were still alone in the darkened hallway. Mouth tendrils writhed around his mouth as he nodded slightly.
Perhaps though time was of the essence.
It regarded her cooly then, without so much as touching her it pressed her against the wall slithering forward as a hand reached up to the side of her face, running along it as this invisible force held her in place. Another hand peeled over her breast, his thumb rocking against the nipple, then her gun drifted towards him, floating in mid air before his touch dwindled away from her and the pinning force against her chest vanished.
Her gun still floated there and Stirge simple stood to the side as all this unfolded.
Nice ... I would imagine that you could work out that price for yourself. Others are on their way though and should be arriving in a few days so your window of opportunity for getting this Savalis, if that is still your intent is closing. I am curious as to what you plan on doing.
He grabbed the floating gun, seemed to have no fear as he turned it over to her or perhaps it could not harm him.

Re: Nostalgia (for Sinead)
Sinead tried to catch her breath... adrenaline still pumping through her veins as she looked up at Stirge. The reptillian alien seemed to merely get up and remove himself from her. It was obvious he was being controlled by the new, tentacle laden being. She reached out a hand as it offered one, lifting herself back onto her feet. Before she could pull her sport bra back down, though, the girl was pushed back against the wall, and felt a hand running along her cheek. Another joined in, feeling over her large breast and pushing against her slightly stiffened nipple... getting a quick breath inwards from the girl that pushed her chest out into his hand slightly. She watched as her gun hovered closer... panic washing over her...
... and then she was free, and able to move again. She lifted her hand to her bra but lingered a second... fairly certain she knew what his payment would be. None the less she pulled it down over her sizable young mounds, tucking them back into the garment before grabbing the offered pistol. She looked at Stirge for a moment... thinking it would be easy to kill him now. That he would just come after her again unless she did. Somehow, the gun found its way to her holster.
"I'm... here to kill Savalis. I'm just not a great assassin." She admits, sighing as she did so... and as she pushed the tattered remains of her ruined jacket from her upper body. The redhead looks back at Stirge. "I should kill him... don't know why I'm even considering not." She says softly. "I'm sorry. You... I'm... well I'm Sinead but somehow I think you knew that already. I guess..." She paused. "... I guess I'll owe you one when this is over. Can take a guess how you'd like me to repay that."

Re: Nostalgia (for Sinead)
Yes, I am aware of that and you may call me Aegir. And the reason why you won't kill Stirge is simple. You're not a murderer despite your objectives and Stirge is docile at the moment. It would be one thing to kill him in defense but now that he is subdued so to speak you cannot justify it.
And yes, you have guessed my payment. Why not control you? He can do that right? To answer those thoughts it's too simple, amy of my kind can do that and I prefer more willing game, most times at least, rather fortunate for you. Of course, that is the primary reason why I don't simply take you here and now, though given you have little skill in this assassination buisness it may be wiser to do just that or at least assist you in the sort term so that you do not renige on the deal by getting yourself killed. Sleep ...
The last of course was not to her but to Stirge who instantly collapsed. Obviously he had no fear of the others in this place or Stirge being discovered before he got what he was after, got the very thing that drew him here fortunately for her.
Savalis, Stirge told me, is this way. He pointed a tentacle down the hallway in the direction she was going before she was discovered by Stirge in the first place.

Re: Nostalgia (for Sinead)
She sighs. "Could have guessed the bit about preferring me willing. Why have a slave when you can have a pet." She said softly. "I do owe you though... I'll make good on it if I survive. So, yes, if you want... any help would be appreciated. If you haven't already found your relic, I can help with that." She offers.
The agent readies her weapon once more and moves off down the hallway after Stirge had fallen asleep. She wasn't sure what to call this creature... even what kind of being it was. It was extremely powerful, that much was certain. It might also be reading her thoughts right now, she realized. This was going to be... distracting.

Re: Nostalgia (for Sinead)
A pet? Ah, yes, I suppose you could use that terminology though of course usually not as long contained ... He seemed to not readily understand analogies and the like but his ability to read thoughts allowed him to obtain the true meaning behind words. Perhaps that was one of the reasons he was not worried about her skipping out on her too, perhaps he saw it as futile or would know any sort of deception before she could pull it off.
He had just gotten here, being slower than her bike, even though he was closer to his destination than she was initially it still took him time to do it. Thus he had not obtained the relic he was after though he had absorbed enough information to know that they must have brought it here, and information stolen from Stirge's mind told him where it was likely to be. The sauron of course, did not know where it was since the team that took it just got back and he had yet to interact with them.
Your assistance is appreciated.
They traveled down the corridor for a few minutes the thing moving slowly but steadily as they made their way towards the light. He turned at all the right corridors as if he had a map of the place or knew where he was going despite never having been here before until they came to a single steel door.
Wait a moment ... there is one inside, human, not much of a fighter and distracted at the moment. He has the relic. Shall we?

Re: Nostalgia (for Sinead)
Sinead exhaled a little. Slightly exposed as she was with her missing jacket, she none the less felt a little better that he didn't intend to try to keep her... or at least, he was lying if he did. Didn't seem like he had much reason to lie though... he obviously could have subdued her back in the hallway if he had wished.
Sinead nods, trying to get used to the psychic communication. Their first exchange had been so desperate that she had simply grasped as whatever tool was available, but this new form of speaking was foreign to her now that she was actually trying. The kept her pistol held at the ready... if they weren't a fighter, perhaps her new ally could simply control them to. If not, pointing a gun in someone's face usually made them more helpful.

Re: Nostalgia (for Sinead)
Since he was a telepath she didn't even have to utter a word to speak to him. He could read her thoughts and respond in kind, though of course few did just that unless having some connection to psychic abilities or found themselves incapable of speech for whatever reason.
He sensed her relief that he had no intentions on keeping her, though he was more focused on getting this relic, whatever it was, to be suitably distracted. He did sense her curiousity though as they stood outside the door as to whether or not he could control the target as well.
It was true that he was so use to human minds that he could tamper with them in his sleep he showed no external concerns, moved towards the door where a motion sensor slid it opened as he slithered forth, the worker here looking up from the table he was at and towards the now opened door.
On the table Sinead could make out a lab top that the man was working out of and a strange pyramid like device that simmered a green coloration.
The man was shocked, instinctively went to the blaster on his hip though that was all he managed to do before he froze in place, he breathing and blinking being the only indication he was still conscious.
Aegir slithered forward, a tentacle coiling out to this glowing object and seizing it. I'll be taking this. Two down, there are four left plus Savalis. One is in the kitchen preparing a meal, another working on a generator back the way we came. One is asleep, two with Savalis in his ready room. This is your rodeo so what now?

Re: Nostalgia (for Sinead)
Sinead burst through the door… her training fresh in her infallible memory, and leveled her weapon at the man. She had little intention of firing, though as he went for his own weapon, her finger tightened across the trigger… stopping as he did. He must have been scared… maybe a researcher, and unused to defending himself. She sighed and lowered her own weapon slightly… trusting that her new ally could hold him a bit longer as he recovered the strange artifact.
“Thanks… that’s pretty handy.” She said aloud, realizing that she probably didn’t need to talk to… well… talk to him. She wasn’t even sure it was a male, to be honest. She tried to clear her thoughts… her mind was far from jumbled, but it was a supercomputer… always in motion, searching and reacting.
Sorry this… might take some getting used to. She thought. I wonder if… when this is all over, you might indulge a few questions of mine? Of course some might become clear with time anyhow. But yes… the mission. Assuming your stasis effect there will hold alright on these… I could really use the help with Savalis, especially if you want your… pay… out of this. He needs to go down… what happens to his guards is up to them and you I suppose. I had planned on killing anyone that got in the way out of necessity… but if you think we can spare some, I’m not against that.

Re: Nostalgia (for Sinead)
He chuckled a little, amused by her thoughts on his gender. Then the researcher dropped to the floor without Aegir really doing much, though a quick appraisal of the man would find that he was still alive though unconscious.
I am not being too creative today but imagination is something that my species is hard pressed in acquiring. I could do much, much. more though I will oblige your curiousity and even assist you with Savalis.
My sole objective and reason for coming to this world was to recover this device, our paths were crossed by mere coincidence. You wishing to get rid of this Savalis character, and I to achieve this device. Still, if I assist you things will take far less time and require all the less blood shed though it may not be as easy as this.
I gleaned from his mind that Savalis has a portion of his brain computerized. An explosive wound has turned him into a cyborg more or less ... organics are relatively easy to affect once I map out their minds. I have never attempted to alter the perceptions of one that has both before ... what functions would be governed by computerized components would not be affected, while others could. Still my telekinetic gifting is more than most can deal with.
I must admit that I am intrigued by this challenge, if it could be called that.
He regarded her cooly with pupil-less white eyes in her tattered cloths, mouth tendrils flickering in his species equivalent of a grin. Yes, indeed I still desire payment, I will be patient for now.

Re: Nostalgia (for Sinead)
Sinead nodded… trying not to let her self-doubt about being a killer enter her mind, though it was a futile effort. She spun the revolver once… again… obviously a nervous habit. She was just as nervous about ‘paying’ for her rescue as surviving and finishing her mission, though she would deal with that as it happened.
I could probably hit Savalis while he’s confused about his henchmen suddenly taking a standing nap, unless you want to do it more quietly and not alert the others. Otherwise… I just need to get close, but that might get a little messier. Not sure how thick skinned he is. As you probably saw earlier, some species take getting hit in the face with steel shot better than others.
She could almost feel his eyes upon her partly exposed body. A part of her almost appreciated the way he looked… though it brought a fear as well… a learned reaction to that kind of gaze from her few years experience between the school and fieldwork. Her breathing quickened a little between that fear and the coming battle, and her belly tensed a little accordingly as it flexed in and out.

Re: Nostalgia (for Sinead)
He could sense her nervousness, as well as her attitude in taking things one thing at a time before she would have to deal with the issue of paying him. Again those mouth tendrils curled into a grin of sorts as he analyzed her words. There was a much simpler solution to it all of course, and he realized that her being labeled as a murderer weighed upon her.
The others are fairly scattered, even if they should arrive on the scene, even if they hear the ordeal there are only two of them as two are with Savalis. I suppose ... He paused, pondering, they would need to get a little closer than they were now though it was possible to resolve things without even being there.
Easy enough to accomplish. Easier still is just having his guards kill him, oh, yes, there are many things I can do, even over load his active portions of his mind and give him a brain hemmorage if I wish it but we can decide along the way, I move slow as it is.
He was right about that as he slithered out of the room seemingly he was in no hurry as he made his way along. He was slightly turned to, inspecting the object that he had retrieved though she had caught him gaze at her from the corner of his eye.
A light invisible touch ran over a nipple, circling it slowly like a finger pressed up against it. Little did she know that he had a multifaceted mind which allowed him to do multiple things, a portion of his mind was pressed into hers, just a little as he stroked the very essence of desire within her, promoting the flare up in endrophines little by little by each passing moment.
Was he toying with her? Seeing just how she would respond? If she were distracted or not? Oh, he was watching her, she was sure as his gaze flickered to her then back to the object studying the cryptic runes engraved in it or possible reading them as he turned the pyramid this way and that to get a better look at it.

Re: Nostalgia (for Sinead)
Sinead sighed at his offer. It would be easy to take it... wipe her hands of this whole mess and simply let him carry out the dirty work. And she was strongly considering it. On the other hand... it was her mission. Let's just... be ready I suppose. If I don't get my hands dirty sometime... well I should, I suppose.
They moved along somewhat slowly for her tastes, though her new ally didn't seem capable of quick movement, which wasn't surprising given that much of his limb structure seemed to be composed of tentacles. You look like something out of human legends...
Her thought was interrupted as she felt pressure along her breast, despite nothing being there. The girl's stride slowed for a moment, but picked back up. Her body trembled a little, and her thoughts became a little jumbled. There again... why always there... feels good... hate myself... such a whore. She obviously wasn't meaning to transmit any of this, but still wasn't sure how to control her mind to that degree either.

Re: Nostalgia (for Sinead)
You've noticed, I have been the inspiration of many things on your world. At one stage I was though to be the norse god of the sea, Aegir, inspiring the name of that fictious deity though as they say all measures of legend have a basis in truth.
Of course as they went on he could feel her thoughts sift. He said nothing of this leaving her to wonder whether or not she had successfully shielded them or not. He continued to play with her though, another invisible touch lifting up her other breast feeling like fingers brushing against the flesh.
All the while he increased her arousal, steadily, slowly, though by now if it weren't obvious, it was his doing.
Very well ... I was just presenting that as an easy option, however, you're free to do what you wish.

Re: Nostalgia (for Sinead)
Sinead nodded... still feeling a phantom pressure on her firm breasts as Aegir spoke, seeming to identify himself. Interesting. And not that surprising. Though... the myths about your appearance tend to involve insanity and mental breakdown. She thought, pausing at the last bit before laughing. Seems to fit. The girl's belly tensed as she felt her heavy chest lifted slightly.
It's going to be hard to concentrate with you playing with my breasts. She thought... actually sounding more pleading than accusatory or put off. I'm surprised I appeal to you honestly. Always surprised by that quality between human women and aliens. You don't need to stop yet... but before we get into danger, it would be wise.
