Background: Valentine's a normal girl from Shinjuku, her parents died in a terrorist attack when she was 14. At the age of 18, Valentine was called by a scientist name Dr. Gregor Zelinsky for a lab experiment after the Japan government realized that she survived the terrorist attack 4 years ago. Japan government had secretly established a super soldier project over the years with the cooperation from the Anti-Bodies and they were backed by the United Nations. AB(aka Anti-Bodies) uses orphans as subjects, several cases of failed experiments and death reports of subjects were all covered up. Without any thoughts Valentine agreed to become guinea pigs for the experiments due to the high price the AB willing to paid. Several experiments such as gene implantations and virus injections were performed on Valentine, but report comes out that its neutral towards Valentine. As scientists works harder to improve, more experiments had to be undergone by Valentine as the pain she receives doubled back then. Time passes when Valentine's still didn't received a positive effect on the experiments she's taking, she decides to flee from AB. She succeed at her first try but luck was not on her side. Alarms went off the moment scientist realized their subject had escaped, thus sending guards to bring her back. When Valentine's feeling to give up in her attempt to escape, a hooded figure gave her a device somewhat look like a pair of headsets but has the ability to teleport in exchange with assimilating Valentine's stamina and a weapon named F.E.N.R.I.R that allowed her to succesfully fend off the guards and escaped from the lab. After the incident, Valentine applied to Shokushu in order to escape from her past. But her weapon F.E.N.R.I.R was prohibited by the hooded figure and only being able to hold on to the teleport device S.E.N.S.E.(Device is completely jammed from preforming teleportation upon reaching the island and is now served as a headset for Valentine's communication and music use.)

Yeah, no teleportation even if it was from a device. So either have the device taken from the start or keep it but it stops working the moment she arrives on the island.

Yeah, the teleportation device would've been taken away as well.

Though the whole "Government Lab" thing, I'm not sure I'm sold on... I'll have to get some more eyes on it and talk it over first.


UPDATE: Perhaps you can also go into some more detail about this lab and whatnot? What "Tests" were done, things like that.
