Without the inhibitors, there was no way of knowing just what her limits were. Even then, it was not an issue of power but of control. The inhibitors protected her as much as the monsters as she risked serious injury from the backlash of her more powerful spells. Unlike the machine she was to channel into, there was more than just mechanical parts at stake when channeling the arcane for the human woman.

Kanoe did not raise her gaze at the insults thrown at her. The doctor was naturally cruel just like all monsters on this island. It was nothing new to her but it did make her feel rather small and insignificant. With the directions given, the witch would realize she could channel her mana here in this room. It never even occured to her to even attempt to use her magic this morning until asked. Shaking her head, Kanoe approached the machine. "That will not be necessary, Doctor Steiner," she replied.

With her control limited, the witch would need to be close to the machine to channel directly into it. There was a reason she produced fire in her hands before lashing or throwing it at her enemies. Closing her eyes, Kanoe took a slow breath. The spidery words of magic filled the room as the young woman began to gather and weave threads of fire mana into the machine. Her hands extended towards the machine as the threads continued to gather, becoming denser. There would be no change at first as the spell was prepared. The dark witch would devote as much as her strength as possible. Her body would strain, glistening with sweat for what seemed to be very little work until the student released the spell.

All at once, the threads of fire mana she channeled into the machine would ignite. Panting softly, she would feel the heat radiating from the metal frame but she would not relent. More mana would be fed into the inferno blazing inside the machine. She would see just how well this thing collected energy.

"Very good. Please, proceed." The woman smiled at Kanoe as she moved away to the side, watching as the student approached the apparatus. She did not bother to say anything as her lab subject began speak, seeing the words of power as little more than just a way for her to control the abilities that she believed to be magic. For a woman of science like herself, something like magic was simply an unexplained phenomena, yet to be explored and studied.

True, she did not quite understand how Kanoe had managed to generate such power but she'd find out. After all, the doctor was in the habit of leaving nothing unmolested, scientifically speaking. Though, it had seemed that the student had done little more than mutter some mystical sounding phrases, she was perspiring more than what was to be expected, a detail Dr. Steiner noted down on her clipboard. Eventually, however, she watched as the student released the spell and brought the flames into life. The equipment for tracking the heat concentrated on the machine, suddenly, began reporting a fast growing amount of heat. Intrigued, Dr. Steiner seated herself on the chair and examined the data coming in from the computer. "Still within structural tolerances, so if you can make it burn hotter, then you may go ahead. I will stop you if you're about to reach the machine's limitations, rest assured." Though, there was no chances of that happening, not when the technology was some of the finest ever produced.

A necessity, after all, when dealing with the unknown.

The machine seemed to easily take in the amount of fire and heat that was being produced inside. She did not care if she was still within limitations or if she was at risk of destroying the machine. Frankly, she wanted to melt this hunk of metal if possible but it looks like she would not be able to do so easily. Kanoe continued to chant softly, channeling her power into the flame within the machine. She tried to expand the flame and make it burn hotter, turning blue to represent the increase in heat inside the device.

The witch's nude form glistened with sweat but continued to use her magic as much as possible. Every moment, she added a bit more to the flame, testing herself as much as the machine. Her breathing was slow and deep. Kanoe struggled to maintain control and had little trouble in maintaining the spell for a long duration. A steady flow of mana from her abundant form ensured the flame would burn and grow for some time. She was uncertain how long she would have to keep this up. Was the doctor going to work her to exhaustion like the first experiment or were there more experiments after this one?

Dr. Steiner continued to watch both her subject maintaining the spell and take down the results shown on the screen of her console. While the heat of Kanoe's flames were significantly higher than she had expected, they were still within the machine's ability to absorb and convert into energy. Thus, she remained silent and left the student to her task, genuinely interested in seeing how far she could take it. There was also another purpose to the test, and it was to see just how deep the reservoir of power went within Kanoe.

With no limitations, both of them were dealing with the unknown. Expending power on a single machine designed for heavy absorption was, all things considered, a simple task. But what would happen if she had to focus on channeling her energies into two separate targets? A second machine stood about five feet away from the one Kanoe was concentrating on, suddenly powering up as the doctor fired up the device. "Maintain what you're doing, Kanoe. But this time, I want you to focus on both of these machines instead of just one. We shall see how you perform with your attention divided."

She then wondered whenever the student would be able to manage it for long and how intense the flames would continue to be if they were focused on two places. It was then that she finally broke her attention away from the console and peered to the side, catching sight of another female walking into the room. This one wore the same labcoat as Dr. Steiner, a fairly obvious piece of evidence that she too worked at NICE Labs. Having no need to speak to the dark-skinned scientist beside her now, Dr. Steiner returned her gaze to Kanoe, watching her once more.

The witch almost did not hear the woman. Her focus was in her magic. With the flames already flaring, keeping them going was hardly an issue. There being two machines was not necessarily an issue as she did have two hands. It was the distance that concerned her. Five feet apart, the dark witch would need to spread both her arms fully if she was to continue channeling fire like she was. Kanoe did not say anything as the words of magic spilled from her lips. Slowly, her feet shuffled until she was between both pieces of technology. Once in position, the chanting would change as she used new words to hopefully get the results she wanted.

One hand remained at the machine she was currently burning as her other arm lifted up and over her head. Flames licked in an arc until her hand reached the other machine. Gasping, she channeled through both her arms. Both machines continued to heat up as the dark witch released more of her overflowing mana into this relentless spell. Kanoe felt weary but her body also tingled as if pressure had been released and now all this uninhibited power had somewhere to go. But with no real knowledge of these machines limitations, the dark witch had no real idea of how much power she was putting at this very moment. The heat still affected her, her nude form glistening before the now two women watching Kanoe performing the experiment.

Brown eyes stared ahead at Kanoe's form, the newcomer watching as her fellow scientist's subject worked at her task. "You have to admit, she's doing rather well to get the system to rate her that high." The chocolate-colored woman smiled as she looked down at the screen, surprised that the student was performing well so far. As she had not read up on Kanoe, the woman was unaware of the amount of mana she held within her.

"Rather well? This is merely... adequate. If anything, I expected more from Kanoe. But what do you expect from a woman who clearly is more given to her physical characteristics?" The doctor leaned back into her seat, looking up at Kanoe's glistening body. No doubt it was quite appealing to look at but it too provided another tack for her to use against the student. "Ill suited for this sort of power, honestly. It would really be for the best if she were to have her abilities suppressed permanently and simply focus on pleasuring monsters... Her body's perfect for it at any rate." This, she said in a louder tone, meant to catch Kanoe's attention and goad her on harder.

This, the other scientist understood and smiled. Dr. Steiner was such a pleasure to watch in action, as usual. Delia Adams chuckled as she pulled out a seat and sat down as well. Though they were of different scientific backgrounds, the two had become fast friends not long after Dr. Steiner's arrival and the woman had to admit that it was always interesting to see how Dr. Steiner handled her subjects. She herself hated dealing with people and preferred to leave others to it. Leaning in closer to Dr. Steiner and speaking in a lower voice, Dr. Adams then asked, "How long do you plan to keep her up with this?"

Dr. Steiner merely smiled, and pitching her voice low too, she answered. "That is entirely up to Kanoe. She believes that I am testing the intensity of her flames, but I simply wished to see how much energy she has in her. So... the test stops once she can no longer continue, then..."

"Hmm?"

Dr. Steiner turned her gaze to the other scientist, still smiling. "There are others things to do as well, Delia. If you've nothing else to see to, you may join us."

"Wonderful then!" The woman smiled as she eased back into her seat, now watching Kanoe and waiting to see just how long the student could last until her reserves had been exhausted.

The witch's eyes flashed open at the mention of her magic being taken away. She obeyed. She played by this cruel monster's rules and yet the woman was still going to take it all away from her? Kanoe stared directly at Dr. Steiner as the readings suddenly began to drop. Both hands closed into fists as the flames suddenly snuffed into nothing. The raven haired woman did not think, she merely reacted as her mana flared, unseen by the two women, and began to weave into new magicks. This bitch wanted to see adequate? She will show them adequate.

Snapping both her fingers, both machines were engulfed in flames. The heat readings would go from room temperature to well beyond the witch's recent best. These flames were not red or blue but black. If she was going to lose something, she may as well make it cost as much as possible for these stupid labs. Kanoe's would not even leave ashes behind as the pillars of flame continued to sear the two machines. Assuming the systems were not already fried before sending a reading, it would show this was many times hotter than what the witch outputted just moments ago.

Panting softly, her arms fall limply to her sides. Eyes rolled back as she grew dizzy. She was not sure what she did. The witch remembered seeing red but otherwise the rest was a blur. The devices would continue to burn in black fire as Kanoe fell forward, collapsing onto the floor. Whether she spent all her mana or simply physically exhausted herself, that last spell apparently took its toll on raven haired woman. Her only regret was not being able to see the looks on their faces from breaking their toys.

Emergency alarms blared as built in extinguishers activated, putting out the flames with full blasts of the fire-retardant chemicals. It did not take long for them to put out the flames, leaving behind a mess and the charred ruins of the two absorbing machines. With the student passed out on the floor, technicians had rushed in quickly, grabbing ahold of Kanoe and carrying her out of immediate danger and to another room.

Dr. Adams, once the room wasn't as tense as it had been and the alarms deactivated, looked over at Dr. Steiner. "Well, that was rather unexpected. Still, was that more than adequate?"

Ignoring the stinging remark, the doctor stared at the ruined machines, a face of annoyance on her. "They... they're going to take those out of my budget, aren't they?"

"I'm afraid so."

"Hmm. I may have to reconsider the idea of letting her perform in these controlled situations with the full extent of her abilities." Dr. Steiner sighed as she stood up, shutting down the computer.
"That was rather impressive, however. Those things were designed to perform well under even intense heat and yet... If she had struck me instead-"

"Steiner Flambé."

The woman turned her attention over to Dr. Adams, clearly not amused by the pun. "Behave, Delia, or you won't get to see what she goes through next."

Smiling, the chocolate-colored woman stood up as well, a hand on Dr. Steiner's back. "I do apologize, really. That was simply uncalled for."

Still annoyed, the woman sighed as she began gathering her things and made a mental note to call down an maintenance team to fix the damage done to the room. "We'll give her an hour to rest, sleep off some of the fatigue but she won't get much beyond that." At this, Dr. Adams nodded, interested in what she had in mind next.

Once her hour was up, Kanoe would find herself gently awakened by Dr. Steiner, who was now wearing a pleasant smile once again, masking her true feelings on the student's outburst. She wouldn't be showing the student what she thought of her action, not at all.

"Time to wake up, Kanoe. You've rested up enough."

Here, the woman backed away and returned to the table she had been sitting at, where Dr. Adams was also seated at as well. A look around would reveal a medical room, very much what one would expect to see from a visit to the doctor. Kanoe, however, would find herself secured to her seat, wrists and ankles kept in place by harnesses, her legs spread open. As she was still naked, there was a refreshing breeze fed into the room, a welcome change from the heat she had suffered through recently.

"So, how do you feel? Proud of your... incredibly juvenile actions? Those were quite the expensive machinery, you know. Given the fact that you performed above adequate this time, your punishment won't be harsh. Instead, I've sent in a request to have your stay extended by several days..."

Dr. Steiner glared at Kanoe, her smile still in place, and daring her to argue against the punishment. Especially here, where the inhibitors were in place and her powers suppressed once again. Much too vulnerable to the scientist now.

Carried away once more, the witch did not what happened after the sudden outburst. Would she be punished for this? Probably despite following instructions. What little rest she had was interupted by the Dr. Steiner herself. The woman was smiling but that did not mean anything. The woman would probably kill her while wearing such a smile. Realizing she was bound, Kanoe's eyes narrowed at the two people who were apparently watching her sleep while bound and nude. Being told that she was being punished and would remain here even longer did not please her further. Before such things would crush her but now it was not helping at all. It was perhaps a good thing the inhibitors were on at full power at this moment.

"I did as I was told, Doctor Steiner," Kanoe repeated calmly as she stared up at the ceiling, "The last part was a bit of a blur but I do remember your directions. 'The hotter, the better.' You then threatened me because I was not outputting enough. I did as I was you ordered and now I am being punished and kept longer? Apparently there was never an agreement, Miss Steiner. I suppose it is my fault that I thought you would keep your word. My apologies that my abilities were outside your predicted scope? Did not really know I could do that myself... Not that it matters now."

The cool conditioned air caressed her bare body. It felt good after what she had been through but it was doubtful she was here to relax. Well, she was going to be punished again, big surprise. Kanoe turned her head away from the two scientists. She was bound, exposed, and helpless and she knew that very well. Struggling would only waste time and energy. The dark witch could only wait until these two were done raping her or whatever they wanted to do to her this time. Screwed if she did, screwed if she don't was the thought that crossed her mind as she layed there.

Waving aside Kanoe's explanation once she was finished, Dr. Steiner stared back at her subject, her smile still in place. "That really doesn't matter, truth be told. You did do as I asked, that much is true. But I also clearly said that I would let you know when to stop. Your little outburst, instead, resulted in the destruction of highly expensive laboratory equipment and the loss of crucial data."

The former was true, naturally. Such devices would be quite costly to replace and she would have to put in tedious paperwork, explaining what had resulted in their loss.

The latter, however, was false. All of the data the machines had acquired had already been saved and stored in another location, protected from the flames. This, the student did not need to know. "That is what you're being punished for. Now I have to find other ways to research your abilities without the use of those machines, a great inconvenience to both you and I."

Another technician then entered the room, pulling in a cart. Nothing could be seen of the contents of this cart, given that it was currently covered in a large cloth, obstructing the equipment from sight.

"As for agreements... What rubbish is this, really? I am a scientist, and you are merely my guinea pig. The only thing about you that I am concerned with is your health. Beyond that, I care nothing of your dignity or feelings. If this bothers you, and I'm sure it does, I'm afraid you will just have to learn how to suck it up. Fortunately, you're quite good at putting your mouth to work, aren't you?"

Dr. Adams barely stifled her giggle, a hand covering her mouth as she watched the student being verbally abused. It really was such a pleasure to watch Dr. Steiner in action.

Dr. Steiner then approached Kanoe, the technician having pulled the cart to right beside the student, leaving it where it was and remaining in her position until the doctor told her otherwise. "All that aside, I do mean what I said. It's irrelevant, especially to you. That was then. This is now. And right now, the only course you've left me is to take samples." Dr. Steiner glanced over to her technician, making a simple gesture with her hand.

The woman then pulled aside the cloth, revealing a smaller machine beside several canisters of clear glass, along with two syringes of some murky purplish liquid nestled within a foam cushion. Attached to the machine were two tubes and to the other ends of the tubes were suction cups, all of them clearly fashioned from the best materials and put together with infinite care.

"My dear guinea pig, I have no idea as to whenever you've gone through this before but... From what I understand, given the file on you that I was provided, you have a very interesting quality to these udders", Dr. Steiner place more emphasis on the word, aware that her subject did not appreciate it, "of yours. Therefore, I am going to milk you like the cow that you are. A fitting punishment, no?"

Dr. Adams snickered yet again, having gotten up and joined the other scientist standing before Kanoe. "And I'll be handling the milking equipment. Pleasure to meet you, I'm sure we'll... get along wonderfully."

The former was true but at the same time, the monster never did tell her to stop. It did not matter though. She was just a science experiment with no rights. With that knowledge, there was little point in doing anything whether it be resisting or submitting. The idea of finishing her time and leading was the carrot but now there was not even that before her. Even the threat of losing her powers did not matter. No point in having her abilities if she was to remain trapped her forever and punished for no real reason beyond the scientist's own incompetence. For now, she could only lay here and wait for her punishment to be over. After that, well... There is no reason to play these games any longer.

Being called a cow was a common insult coming from monsters despite the fact that monsters were the reason her breasts were this big and filled with nectar. Kanoe did not look over to see what was coming, she would experience it all soon enough. Besides, Steiner's taunts explained it all well enough. Any shifting the witch did was not due to struggling but simple discomfort for having herself bound spread eagle on the bed. She had been milked before a number of times. With no real promise of being let go, there was simply no reason to cling to foolish notions of hope any longer.

Dr. Steiner merely smiled as she ignored Kanoe for the time being, moving away to see to other things as she was quite sure her fellow scientist had things well in hand. The alien hybrid busied herself with studying the data she had gathered thus far on the student, running them against the information already gathered on a wide variety of students, to see whenever her abilities had any similar precedents. Even as cruel and ruthless as she was, the woman was still by far interested in how Kanoe's abilities worked, not that she would ever show it to the younger woman. No, instead, she would leave her little guinea pig in the dark and do what she had to do, it was not as if Kanoe needed to understand anything.

The other woman, however, didn't ignore Kanoe. Instead, she lavished her attention onto the student. "Such a nice body, I must say. I don't usually get to see specimen as... well endowed as you." Dr. Adams chuckled as she pulled the cart closer to the bed Kanoe had been strapped down to, standing just beside her stomach as she gave the student a look over, a file in her hand. "It would seem that your bust was smaller when you first came and some of the inhuman population seemed to have decided you could use some improvements. A rare case, actually, I haven't seen monsters make that many permanent changes to students."

Delia read on further, bringing herself up to date on her latest subject. "And then, there's the alteration they made to your mammary glands, modifying them to produce a nectar-like fluid instead of normal breast milk. My, how interesting." Dr. Adams smiled as she put the file down onto the cart, nestling it safely within the second shelf. "Naturally, samples need to be taken and examined." With that, the human doctor picked up one of the two syringes, the purplish murky liquid swirling inside the glass tube. "See this? I hear you've already found out what Dr. Steiner specializes in. This is one of her, shall we say, extraordinary compounds. It's a serum that improves the body's ability to interpret erotic pleasure of any sort, making those signals much stronger. In other words, a drug to make you quite sensitive. Of course, this has the added effect of temporarily paralyzing nerves that sense pain. Lucky for you, I think."

"It's not as simple as that, however. Most drugs, naturally, takes time to produce effects as they move through the human body using the circulatory system. In this little shot, however, is an accelerant that makes use of your metabolism. Instead of its usual time, the serum spreads through your body much, much faster using sexual pleasure as a catalyst. Any question?" Dr. Adams smiled as she brought the syringe close to Kanoe's neck, a malicious smirk on her face. Even if she was human, and not a monster like Dr. Steiner, in spirit she was very much similar to Kanoe's chief tormentor. She really would find no peace at all, not when she was confronted by the cruel doctor and her fellow monsters, whenever they were real or simply psychotic.

The human doctor began reading apparently a very extensive and large file on the dark witch. She did not see the point in reading it aloud. Kanoe was there through all those events, she knows what has happened to her during her stay on this horrible island. The woman complimented her nude form but that was hardly comforting as having a nice body attracted the wrong sort of attention in Shokushu. At least this one has not resorted to constant insults and name calling yet.

Kanoe did not over at the doctor as she held up the syringe in question. Her knowing did not matter. That did not stop her from hearing the explanation though. It was another compound that made her body even more hypersensitive than it already was. That on top of whatever was fed into her system before the experiment would not doubt add to the insanity. The only grace the witch would receive was that it would numb all the pain. The drug would get stronger as she feels pleasure until it fully runs through her system. The woman continued to explain the effects and capabilities until finally asking if there were any questions. Why would there be any questions? It was not as if her questions mattered. One would not talk to mice before testing drugs on them.

The dark witch remained silent. She did not look at the woman. It did leave her neck exposed though. There was tension in the air as Kanoe waited for the drug to be stabbed into her vein. Perhaps the witch would climax herself into unconciousness. Being knocked out seemed to be the only time she was able to rest or be left alone. Falling into a coma sounded wonderful at this point.

"No questions at all then." Delia Adams smiled as she merely shrugged, placing the syringe down on the bed before fitting latex gloves over her hands, making sure they were as snug as possible. After this was done, the woman then worked on locating a vein before applying a bit of cloth sterilized with alcohol to Kanoe's neck, strangely enough quite careful compared to how Dr. Steiner would have done it. Compared to the seemingly heartless scientist, Dr. Adams was simply painstakingly careful around specimen which she considered interesting and valuable.

And naturally, Kanoe fell under both categories. Not that it mattered to anyone beyond Delia Adams. Once she was prepared, the woman then inserted the thin needle into Kanoe's neck, specially designed to inflict as little physical damage as possible beyond the penetration, useful when one did not want to leave any evidence of wrongdoing. Once in, the syringe emptied of its contents, the murky purple liquid flowing into the student's neck, and from there, throughout her circulatory system, doing the damage it had been designed to do.

The woman went through the same steps once again as she prepared the second syringe and applied it to Kanoe's thigh, a double dose of the serum to ensure full body saturation. Upon this, she then deposited the emptied syringes into the trash bin slated for incineration, once again ensuring no chance that even a drop of the serum got outside NICE Labs. It was then she joined Dr. Steiner, leaving Kanoe alone and allowing her body the time - Ten minutes, to be precise - to fall under influence of the modified serum, the accelerants working their way into fibers of her being and the drug itself seeping into every part of her body, dulling the pain nerves and sensitizing pleasure receptors.

As the ten minutes went by, an ordinary measure of time to both Dr. Steiner and Dr. Adams, it felt excruciatingly long to the student whose body was becoming more and more aroused, even the pleasant breeze brought on by the air conditioning feeling horribly wonderful against her naked form, the snug harnesses digging into her flesh bringing on delicious sensations from the fiction, even squirming and twisting her body around would have worked against Kanoe in making her more wetter, more aroused, a sure sign that the serum was doing its work quite well.

The dark witch would soon be feeling the full effects soon enough.

Her entire body began to tingle. It felt like tiny threads were tickling her body. Each gust of air from the vents soaked her body in unseen fingers that were stroking her exposed form. Kanoe's breathing grew deeper and more ragged. Her chest rose and fell with each shuddering breath. Nipples hardened and stood proudly from darkened areolae. The air itself tormented the aching nubs as it collided and wrapped around them and ran over her swollen mounds. That was not the only place being touched though.
