It is a big world and they may not even realize that you are their those they are advanced enough to work sensors and might know that you have arrived or choose to even watch the skies, currently though they would be setting that up, perhaps arrangements might be made for you to come and go especially if you are not interfering with their interests. It is another option as a drop point for information, it is not so hard finding worlds off the radar so to speak though most have little there and have thus remained isolated because of this.
