Fighting style: He is a master of the Terristtan-Style martial arts, which untilizes the user's speed to their advantage. Where he lacks in power, he more than makes up for in speed. Can only fight in Human Form.

Psychological Profile: He has a lot of confidence in his ability, and exploits every opportunity to show them off *show off = ravage girls*
Personality: Confident and cheeky, Satsuro has little self doubt about himself. When trapping girls, he will put up a false front in order to isolate them from any escape path.
Sexual Oddities: During the early stages of testing, he has shown to allow his quarry to try and escape, before using his Human Form’s high speed to catch and ravage them. Other times, he will trap the girls in some way.
Human Disguise Form: yes
Human Disguise Appearance: He has slightly darkened skin, and his hair covers most of his face. Wears a hood when the locale is exceptionally bright. Eyes turn blood red when in Human Form
Clothing: Wears a black cloak, black pants, and black boots. Little of his flesh is shown at any one time when not ravaging.
Special Attributes: In his Human Form, very fast, found to reach speeds of over 120 MPH. He is also able to release anesthetic opioids into his semen in which the subject when injected with it upon ejaculation, becomes sedated and although still conscious will suffer from Selective Retrograde Amnesia. This is where the subject remembers fully the event of the ravaging, but not of the person or thing that caused it. Overdoses of the anesthetic opioids while not lethal or harmful in any way, cause a condition known as Ecstatic Compulsion. This is where the subject will become very sexually active, and will attempt to have sex with anyone or anything, and even openly offer themselves to monsters for ravaging. Left untreated, the effect is only temporary, and can last anywhere from 1 to 6 hours. Anyone who has been overdosed is to be taken either to the Nurse's Office or N.I.C.E. Labs for rehabilitation.
Capabilities: He is very fast and athletic in his Human Form.
Weaknesses: In his True Form, his speed is dramatically decreased, and is meant only for ravaging. This is also the only time he is able to disperse his tentacles.
Likes: The chase, having a lot of ‘artistic liberty’
Dislikes: Interruptions, being corrected, being stalled, having to wait to act
History: Satsuro was artificially created by N.I.C.E. Labs as a test subject for genetic modifications for the Li-retstar-ans, who are unable to conveniently pursue and ravage girls. He is also a field agent, gathering data about the girls on the Shokusho campus and surrounding regions for the scientists at N.I.C.E.

Looks okay, but I think it would be good if you had a real description of your character. I mean, you have a description of his human disguise form, but not his more interesting form!
